The B&B was a good value and in a good location. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We were three single women traveling together and one of the bathrooms was en-suite which made it hard for everyone to use it. The third bedroom had bunk beds and was advertised as such so it really isn’t a complaint, just something to be aware of. Breakfast was an extra £8. Not a dealbreaker but it was a B&B.

The allure of this room takes a dip when it comes to the shower experience. One of the most frustrating aspects is the lack of options for those who prefer to keep their hair dry. With no separate shower enclosure or adequate means of controlling water flow, attempting a "normal" shower quickly turns into a precarious balancing act, leaving you feeling more drenched than rejuvenated. The shower door seems to have a mind of its own, refusing to close properly and allowing water to escape with every turn of the faucet. The result? A bathroom floor that resembles a small lake after each use, requiring a strategic towel placement to navigate safely.

It's a very close walk to all attractions and Central Market. If we get tired, we can return to our room anytime. A lift is a plus. And the parking garage is nearby. Taking a short walk to Breakfast location is not bad, especially in the early morning hours you can take pictures of Duomo and Baptistry without tourists. We'd definitely come back if visited Florence again.

It's busy street with tourists outside the building. And the city cleaning crews might be noisy in the early morning. however, we did still sleep well.

Very friendly and good service from the staff. Room was great, location was exceptional of course; just walking out the door and seeing the Duomo was magical. From the location you can easily visit the big highlights of Florence, just by walking. Of course, for some highlights you have to traverse some hills. But starting from there you have a lot of the important things covered without hills. Was easy to eat very well around the location, and for a good price. Even the 'touristy' stuff is well affordable and fun; walk a few minutes and it starts to quiet down and you can get even better food. Also still close to the very local places, just walk one bridge further to the left or right of the Arno, and you will find stuff. Breakfast was good. It was at a very nearby restaurant, which I did not pick up from the descriptions on booking. We didn't mind, breakfast was perfectly fine and it was nice to get out early as well (mid summer when we were there, so start the day early).

Press A at the intercom to speak to the reception and enter the building. Check in was easy and seamless, they were able to take the tourist accommodation tax via credit card. Breakfast was offsite and that we already knew about - I recommend going to the breakfast early because towards the end they stop refilling the food and shut down the coffee bar without much warning.

Great experience, the room was clean, spacious and quiet. The air conditioner worked very well during our stay and was very much needed. Happy to spend time at this location again, conviently located with access to the city center. The office staff made several suggestions and gave directions to things needed like coffee at Shake Cafe and where to do laundry. ( Young lady that had previously worked there) Thank you .The breakfast location was convenient and with a nice selection of food and beverage selection. Will definitely return to Florence to stay at B&B Le Stanze del Duomo .

They were very very kind. Helped me with the Firenze card and even gave me ideas of where to eat since I was alone with my 3 children. They kept our apartment clean. Changed the towels, gave us cold water whic was like treasure in August there. They also made a beds and folded our clothes. The handle the car parking very well. Be ready! They will get your car from you together with the key. This is a bit inconvenient for us, but it is alright. Parking was 26euro for a night. I as a woman managed to find a garage.😉 so its not that difficult. I can only sugggest to choose this hotel! ❤️

Everything was okay.

Location: The location is fantastic, with everything you would like to do in Central Florence within a 15 to 20-minute walk at most. If you plan to rely on your feet or public transportation, this is a great location. I recommend taking a taxi or a rideshare to the Hotel if you have luggage. The walk from the train station was a little brutal, especially in the heat of June. Customer Service: Laura and Angelo were so helpful. When our ride to Chianti was cancelled at the last minute, Laura went above and beyond to help us find an alternative way to get there. Her effort in assisting us was a godsend and so much appreciated. Angelo was invaluable with recommendations and in helping us obtain a taxi for Piazzale Michelangelo—one of the best customer experiences I've had in all my travels. Comfort: The shower was great, the room was super clean, and it had a working fridge and AC. The bed was a little softer than what I like but after all the miles walked it ultimately did not matter as we were exhausted at the end of each day of exploration.

The WiFi was a little glitchy but not enough to stop me from booking this location again.

Stayed in Pisa room at the top 4th floor, glad they had a lift as the stairs was like climbing the Dome. Lovely room and beds were comfy, the windows were glazed which stopped all noise but air con failed to work so was too hot when sleeping. We had breakfast too included, which was laid on in a restaurant 4 min walk away, but the staff were lovely and food was great. Location was superb to the main attractions and markets, train station was a 15 min walk. Would definitely stay again. View from top image of the room.
