The location was fantastic and easy to get to from the train line. The room was big enough for a short stay. 

The staff are a little and attentive and the couple of small concerns we had, we’re not fixed. It wasn’t major just a little slow from the staff. 

Great location, beautiful atmosphere room- vintage furniture, gorgeous ceiling painting, cozy balcony with long windows, big sink. Kettle in the room. Breakfast served at a coffeeshop nearby, cute place but didn't include options, only juice, pastry and coffee,still was tasty.

Room was clean but not perfect- the table was sticky, dust in some places. Sink and shower had some cracks. The kettle was a good addition to the room, but it leaked and there was no mugs for hot beverages. The kettle requires electric adaptor, which is connected to the fridge, therefore you can only use one of them at a time. The room isn't completely silent proof, so you hear noises from the street, especially during the weekend.

The size of the room was fabulous. It was spacious and airy. The room was clean and comfortable.

I would have preferred a kettle and proper facilities to make tea and coffee. Free bottles of water should also be included to assist with hydration.

I chose the place for the location and for looks and it did not disappoint. The building is old and also the locks so the place has it's own quirks but that just adds some character. AC in August with 40 C outside stayed a bit weak but there were also ventilators that helped out a little. Small entry area is shared with guests from other rooms and it has a workspace with a computer and coffee/tea making possibility. Bathroom is private for every room and the room has a mini fridge. Italian breakfast is served in a lovely small bar about 50 meters from the accommodation.

I would have liked to receive detailed information about parking and about getting to the place a little sooner. I was driving and had to make stop and wait for the answers. Communication from the staff had a delay but all worked out fine.

The room itself was good. Bed was comfortable and there was a balcony to sit on. The pictures make the room look more regal than it really is.

The entrance of the building was old, smelled and there was a dumped mattress in the stairwell. The lobby area of the rooms looked very disorganized and unkept.

The location perfect and the host was nice and let us store our bags after checkout. The breakfast is in a cute cafe on the same street and was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious.

If anything maybe a kettle might be nice in the room for tea and coffee.

The ceiling is beautiful! Such a gorgeous traditional style room. The location is about 3 min walk from the duomo so perfect place to be. The balcony is gorgeous. The floor is beautiful!!

The lock on the door was very temperamental and wouldn't work quite a few times, the water from the tap never ran cold so you will need to buy bottled water, most of the plug sockets in the room are the old type of European plug, not the standard ones that most UK - EU adapters work for so be prepared! (There's an extra converter you need)

Great location. Great communication. Lovely balcony looking over street. This was a little noisy at night but only to be expected. Breakfast was included by way of voucher to local cafe about 6 doors down. Consisted of coffee, croissant and orange juice. Restaurant next door was fabulous. Great beer and great steak with Florentine potatoes.

Bed was comfy but sloped towards the middle.

Gonzalo was the guy we had communications with. He met us at the property and was very friendly and helpful, and a few queries we had, we were able to text him, and he sorted straight away. The entrance from the front door to the room was a little dim, but the room itself was full of character, and air conditioned. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was powerful. It was a 3 minute walk to the Duome. We had the breakfast included, which is not provided directly by the property, but they give you vouchers to a cafe a couple of doors down, and this was a treat - IT was called Bistro Twisted, and was a really quaint, interesting little cafe with loads to look at - and very friendly staff

Gonzalo was very kind and he was there to help when we needed. The place is modest and clean and the best part is that it is a few steps from everything, the best possible location.

There's no lift, so you have to carry your luggage but just one floor so is not a big deal.
