The room is spacious and the layout is impressive. The amenities in the room are wonderful, including the shower gel, bathtub, and the in-room coffee machine with coffee capsules. The hotel is located in a great spot, with convenient parking (private service) and close to major attractions within walking distance. Also surrounding by great gelato shops, leather shops.^^ Fantastic experience!

Parking needs to be confirmed or have a fixed price on it. In the end, they charged us more than what was initially quoted on the first day of arrival—€10 per day. As for breakfast, it's not directly provided by the hotel, but they offer small pastries along with coffee and juice, which was okay.

The room was spacious and beautiful. We booked one of the rooms with a tub, which was great for relaxing after a long day. The patio was small but beautiful and relaxing. The location was perfect. You had a gelato shop and wine bar across the street and a convenience store a block away. There are plenty of highly rated restaurants in walking distance, and you can walk to any tourist attraction in less than 30 minutes.

Overall, everything was great, but I would like to point out some improvements they could add to their service. A microwave was needed for heating up food. It would be a good idea to have one in the lobby. The pillows were not comfortable, which made it a bit hard for sleeping, fluffier pillows, or memory foam pillows would be more comfortable. And it would have been nice for the garbage to be taken out every day to avoid any smells in the room.

We booked two King rooms with garden view, the rooms were large, plenty of room to settle in. The garden courtyard was quaint and a lovely place to relax after check in. The king rooms were on the ground floor which made them easy to access. Built in USB ports made for easy charging. The location was the biggest plus the Cathedral Di Santa Maria was 350m, Accademia 90m. Everything was easily accessible by foot. The breakfast cafe was delicious. Staff were helpful and welcoming and quick to respond.

The staff at this hotel are amazing!! They helped me to make my partner feel special as we were celebrating his 30th birthday. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us with a bottle of Champagne and help us out with booking a day trip to Siena. This is such a beautiful hotel with a lovely garden area for relaxing. It was relatively quiet during our stay and we often had the garden to ourselves, which felt very romantic. The rooms are gorgeous with high ceilings and beautiful baths inside the room. The room temperature was perfect and they provide a gorgeous breakfast basket each morning. The hotel is in a superb location, with the cathedral just at the end of the street. About a 10 min walk from the closest tram station so it's easy to reach from the airport. We can't thank the staff enough for making our stay so special!

Everything was perfect! Sadly i am gluten and dairy intolerant so the only thing I might suggest would be to add some free-from options in the breakfast hamper. Otherwise, we can't fault a thing and would love to return!!

the rooms were spotless and soooo tastefully done, we couldn't stop admiring the beautiful effect of the whole composition. the location was very central and the rooms were quiet despite this fact, as they faced a cute back garden. check in was super easy and everyone we met was very friendly.

beauty and practicality don't always go hand in hand, so there was nowhere to hang your bath towels, for example. the bathtub was right in the bedroom, so the other person in the room can't be there at the same time if you want some privacy. The reception is only available during a few hours so it took a whole day (and night) for them to organise an extra blanket for me.

Central location and super lovely, helpful staff. The room was huge and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was very delicious - you could choose from a range of delicious pastries and small savoury sandwiches and they always gave us bottled water to take with us for the day.

The small lift was fine for us as a couple but might be an issue if you are claustrophobic!

The location was excellent and the staff was really attentive and nice to us throughout the entire stay. Also loved having the garden area available to guests.

We booked the suite and, based on the name, we were expecting a bit of a better room. We didn’t like that our room door opened straight into the bar/reception area which made us feel like we didn’t have as much privacy as we would have liked. The room was also lacking natural light and didn’t have a view, which we would have expected for a suite. Not the end of the world but next time I’d just go for a cheaper room instead.

The location was great, walking distance to the Duomo and other attractions. The breakfast vouchers were convenient, the cafe is close to the hotel. The courtyard was a nice space to unwind during the day and evenings.

There should be some clearer instructions on the entrance process for the building. When we arrived at the door, we were unaware you needed a key code to enter the lobby and another code for the reception. Reception were very helpful and responsive at check in.

A little bit of paradise in the middle of beautiful Florence. As soon as you walk into this stunning guest house you are greeted with luxury. We stayed in the Dahlia room which was massive and decorated beautifully. The whole place was absolutely spotless. The beds were very comfortable and the room very very quiet. All guests are offered a complimentary drink in their lovely garden from 18:30 and we also ordered another round as they were so well made and very reasonably priced. Luca also gave us a fabulous recommendation for food that evening. The guesthouse does not offer breakfast, however this is clearly stated on booking.com so isn’t a bad thing, they just don’t do it! However they do offer a few pastry which is an added bonus. Also you are right in the centre of Florence, you will not struggle to find breakfast on your doorstep!

The arrangement for self checkout was not clear in relation to the city tax. I would prefer to have paid that from the outset. I didn’t manage to master the message process so now have a complicated arrangement to pay the city tax- far better to have done this up front. Because of my very early departure on my final day, I didn’t have breakfast; I wasn’t clear whether the water was complimentary or payable so left €5.
