The place was close to all main museums and attractions.

The room was perfect but very cold. The room temperature was at a maximum of 19 degrees (C) the owner mentioned that due to the war with Russia and Ukraine the government didn't allow them to increase the temperature which was weird because we didn't have that problem in Rome or Venice. Besides that everything was perfect. If this is a government thing they should advice the guests about this before they make reservations.

Location was very convenient. Hosts were extremely helpful - pointing out restaurants etc to try, and putting it on the map. Room was decorated nicely. Bathroom was nicely updated. Having converters available was a wonderful surprise. Air conditioning was a treat. Felt very safe. Nice touch being able to slide open luggage under the beds so we weren't tripping over extra luggage. Room/bathroom was overall spacious for the 4 adults, who very much enjoyed being in a king size bed.

Not having access to an elevator for all our luggage for a 2 week vacay was a bit of a surprise. One person in our group had a very bad back, pending surgery, and the stairs were a challenge in themselves for her and those of us lugging all the stuff up the stairs. There wasn't a common area that someone might sit and enjoy left over pizza, other than on our beds. Common kitchen area had a table and chairs but they weren't for the guests.

I had a fantastic stay at HomEdo B&B.The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the city, and the hotel itself is a lovely place to relax. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and excellent recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Their suggestions truly made my trip special, as I got to enjoy some amazing meals at nearby spots I wouldn’t have found on my own. The atmosphere at the hotel was warm and inviting.I highly recommend HomEdo B&B to anyone looking for a great place to stay with outstanding service and expert local advice. Can’t wait to come back!

Stayed for 2 nights, a couple and one child (9yo). Room was huge and incredibly spacious given two queen beds! Very clean and well layed out - stairs up to the property, host was kind to assist with bags and also great information about what to see, but most importantly, wonderful local eateries that we never would’ve found otherwise. On the last day it was pouring with rain and we couldn’t get a taxi to the station, the host saw us downstairs and drove us there himself saving us a drenching - a godsend given my husband had hurt his foot so a walk in the rain with bags wouldn’t have been easy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again.

Stefano was amazing! He took the time at the start of the trip to sit down with us and talk us through where to go in Florence and how to plan our trip. He told us about some hidden gems and we had the best night at a rooftop bar he suggested. The location is perfect, 2 minutes from the beautiful duomo. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment with no windows; but this wasn't an issue at all. It was simple but all that you could need.

Only comment is there is no elevator, otherwise brilliant.

Perfect accomodation for our trip to Florence. Clean, ample space, excellent facilities and a brilliant host. Host's recommendations on activities and restaurants were a particular highlight - we literally went to all the restaurants and they were all fantastic. The location was also amazing - 10 minute walk from the train station and right in the middle of the town. Only 2 minutes walk from the Duomo and Galleria dell’Accademia. We never tired of the stunning view of the Duomo every time you leave the apartment! We saw another review commented that the room door wasn't fastening properly and the host responded saying that there was a method to it (and shared a video on how to do it) . We can confirm this is true and people shouldn't worry about it - the room and wider apartment are very safe and secure.

HomeEdo BB location was as described, large enough for the three of us, very comfortable and always clean. It was also in an excellent location - minutes away from most of the places we wanted to visit - the Duomo, Medici buildings, David, shops, cathedrals, and museums. The staff were amazing - they were so accommodating and friendly. They offered great places to eat and unique or not so busy places to visit like the Museum of Natural History. We also enjoyed visiting Galileo Museum and the Gardens, at their recommendation. We had a very early flight on our day of departure and staff went above and beyond to find us a taxi ride; we arrived at the Florence airport on time and without any hassles or worries. A wonderful visit to Florence because of HomeEdo.

Everything was great.

This place is in a great neighborhood that’s and easy walk to a lot of desirable attractions in Florence. The staff was so helpful when we checked in, gave us recommendations that were phenomenal and answered questions for us about the area.

We were in Room D, which we found didn’t latch all the way when we closed the door. We could jiggle the door handle and pop the door open with ease. This is scary, especially as females traveling alone. I did let the staff know about this but it didn’t get fixed while we were there.

Stefano and Massi were exceptional hosts - very responsive to questions, flexible with our reservation extension, thorough with information, available when we had questions during our stay and helpful with our heavy luggage on both ends of our reservation. We appreciated their recommendations for sights and restaurants. The room was lovely, with very tall ceilings, ample storage and quite a large bathroom. Very hot during our stay, so the air conditioning was a necessity and much appreciated. The location is very central to the old city sites - 2 blocks to the Duomo - and was very quiet in the rooms despite the outward busy-ness of the street.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

The location is excellent. Stefano was incredible!! Everything was clean and nice, it was comfortable and felt safe and secure. We had no issues with our stay. They were extremely accommodating. They also managed to bring us to the airport with all of our luggage at a very good price!

We had absolutely no complaints. The only slight downfall was the lack of an elevator, but that's very very common in Florence. If you are able, the stairs are worth it.
