I was in Florence for three nights and I had a jam packed agenda of things to do. This hotel was the perfect base to comfortably get everything done. The staff at the Hotel were super helpful. I did have an issue with my room one night. When I raised it the next day they immediately offered a different room for me with no questions asked. This was really great. The location was amazing. Palazzo Medici Riccard is across the street, Palazzo Lorenzo is a three minute walk. The Dumo was a 5 minute walk and Piazza della Signoria was 10 minute walk away. You could not ask for a better location to the sights.

I see from other reviews it was mentioned that the area was noisy. Given the central location this is to be expected and there's no avoiding it. However I felt the hotel did a great job in soundproofing the windows from the street i.e. they are modern heavy glazed windows. In my experience this drowned out the heavy noise very well and had no issues as a result.

The location is amazing, the rooms are updated and very clean, and the price is super fair. They have very good air conditioning and they even have a mini fridge, which I did not encounter. I did not use the kitchen area with available hot water, coffee, but appreciate it being available. For negative reviews about no lift and noise from the streets - you are staying the middle of a busy European city, bring earplugs if you need and pay for another hotel if you can’t go up stairs. Make sure you are in communication with the hotel about checkin time because it is not 24 hours. Dorina, the receptionist and the cleaner is amazing. She is so sweet, so helpful, and works so hard..

The location was great. Right in the center of florence and only 5-6 min walk to the duomo. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby (make sure to drop by La Gelatteria, on your way back to the hotel, as they have the best authentic gelato- we had pear and cheese gelato everyday, its that good). Great facilities that you can use are available at the lounge/ kitchen areas We checked in late so no one was available at the reception but the host or owner of the hotel gave us very clear instructions on how to self check in. There was a mishap when we accidentally closed one of the main doors leading to our room, which would require another key to open. But the owner instantly replied and addressed the issue.

Well located in the historical center and with many attractions and good restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is inside ZTL area (in case you come by car) - the suggestion is to park in Garage Sant'Orsola, just behind the hotel, where they can remove any ZTL tariff from your car.

The building hall smells cigarettes. Wifi connection is terrible - it only works in the reception floor. Bad sound insulation.

Perfect location very close to everything. Didn't need to use the car the whole time we were there.

Parking was very hectic but that's expected in a major city in Italy. The hotel could use a little updating and a microwave would be nice for at least the common area. Shower was small and very low water pressure.

We loved the location and our clean quiet room. We also loved our wonderful host who went out of her way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We couldn't be more grateful 🙏.

The only comment I could make is that the layout of the hotel was somewhat unusual and took a bit of getting used to.

A good location just a short walk from the Duomo and train station. Safe, secure and extremely clean with helpful staff. There is a supermarket directly below it to get basic supplies and restaurants and a great ice cream parlour nearby. In the hotel there is an area with free tea, coffee and biscuits available which was a nice touch.

The street noise was quiet loud until 11:30-12:00. The walls are also quiet thin so when other guests are talking in their rooms or on their phones you could hear it.

All good, I left my earphones and charger after checkout and when I request to back to collect them, they are so nice to give me them, and she also told me the best solution to get the Florence airport, whatever it’s so nice hotel experience! Lovely!

The stay was good. The bed much bigger than expected for a single room. I just had not realised I had booked the shared bathroom option, but even that bathroom was clean minus a small smell. Great location with loads of restaurants nearby, the duomo is a stone throw away.

The location was good. I also liked that I had sink in the room. Kitchen with the cookies and tea was also nice.

There wasn’t information about that you need to pay city tax by cash. It would have been nice to know it before. My fridge was warm, so I couldn’t use this. I feel that this place is a bit overpriced.
