The location of the hotel is great. It is an easy walk to get anywhere in the city and centrally located near the Central Market and leather district. It is very pretty and comfortable and the front desk staff extremely helpful. Then room is clean and comfortable. We asked for a room change after the first night due to street noise at front of the hotel. We were moved to another room facing the back and it was much quieter. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

The bathroom is cramped, having to close the door to get to the toilet. The shower was very narrow as well. Two people cannot be in the bathroom at the same time easily.

The hotel was amazing, great service & great staff. Everyone was so friendly to us from the check in to the cleaners and wait staff. We would like to specifically thank Simone & Valeria from reception for their exceptional treatment of us from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. They helped with all our requests and were so informative & polite to us. We had a great experience chatting to them, such amazing people who made this stay so much better. Grazie Simone & Valeria

The location is very centrally located to most sites, markets and shopping venues. Staff is very accommodating and very friendly. They actually remembered me the whole time I was there and made me feel special.

Everything was good. I had a single room so it had a single bed. The room was small but the bathroom was a good size and very nice. Anyway, it’s an older hotel and hotel rooms have usually been small in Europe in my opinion.

Location was excellent on a quiet side street. Air conditioning fantastic after a long day in the heat. Very friendly and helpful staff who gave great recommendations for dinner. Good choice for breakfast in the morning and after returning in the evening there are two sitting areas where you can chill out. Small grocery store around the corner which was very convenient.

Perfect location for walking to museums, shops & restaurants. Lovely sitting and dining areas and an upstairs porch. Our room was very quiet.

The bathroom in our room was very small & cramped. The water pressure would vary greatly depending on the time of day as well as the temperature.

Bathroom needs reviewing. The shower is placed on the long side of the bath with a half shower screen which means the floor got constantly soaked, regardless of how careful we were. The hairdryer was useless and very old fashioned.

Amazing hotel - unbeatable location not far from the centre of Florence but still away from the highly touristy areas, great hospitality, lovely selection of continental breakfast foods, nice rooms with comfy beds and showers with really good water pressure!

The decor could use some updating but it’s really not a big deal - it still looks nice.

Location Friendly and helpful staff Always obliging

The first room I had was a little noisy and I had just flown from Australia and had been delayed because of a train strike so needed sleep. A quieter room was kindly found for me.

A smaller hotel that was ideally located close to the cathedral, it was very comfortable and with excellent breakfast each day. the 24 h reception and security was excellent and, overall, it exceeded my expectations!

The bathroom is a little tired and very small but served its main purpose.
