Our host was very friendly and informative. We were late for arrival due to our train and he was very receptive to meeting us for checkin. The location is excellent . A 17 min walk from the train station and close to many restaurants and tourist sites. The Galleria dell’Acaddemia is a 1 minute walk away. There is a delightful Gelateria located beside the main entrance door. We had the Acaddemia room on the third floor which faced the street. It was generally very quiet. The generous modern space was excellent for our stay which included a master bedroom, kitchen/eating area and also a second bed loft. Many turnkey amenities were included which improved the quality of our stay. The highlight was a huge jacuzzi tub which also featured a rainfall shower head. It was located behind the master bed and adjoined two separate bathrooms. The entrance foyer and adjoining suites are very secure and the building is in a safe neighbourhood. There would be no concerns for security. I would highly recommend this facility.

Apartment was very close to center and all sights. The apartment was well furnished and even equipped with basic kitchen stuff.

I would never use such a shabby bathtube during romantic weekend in Florence. Maybe replacement for shower should be good recomendation for next reconstruction. See pictures.

The apartment was in the heart of the city - a 5 minute walk to Duomo and right next door to the Accademia Gallery. The jacuzzi tub was awesome. I read reviews that it was dirty - it was not dirty at all. Any grout discolors overtime. We asked the staff to bring us more coffee pods and pods for the washing machine (which was such a blessing to have on our long trip) and they brought more over the same day. We are already planning our trip for next year and will stay at one of their properties (ideally this one!).

The bed was a little hard, but I like softer beds. My husband loved the bed.

Fabulous location right across the road from the Academia and an easy walk to everything in all directions of Florence. Easy to check in and to access, very clean and 10/10 staff. A special thank you to the staff who helped me get back the clothes I realised I had left in the dryer a day after leaving!

The only thing was one bathroom door didn’t close and with the configuration of toilet-shower-toilet accessed through two sliding doors on either side of the head head, there was not much privacy in the bathroom, but I’m sure the sliding door has by now been repaired!

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. It was in a great location, right next to the michaelangelo museum and away from too much hustle and bustle. Nice restaurants, cafes and convenience shops near by.

The bathroom needs fixing and cleaning. The handle to lock the bathroom was broken on one side. And the plug hole in the jacuzzi bath is broken. There is a lot of mould all over the bath. You can actually see it everywhere, and that needs to be treated and cleaned. You can also smell mould from the point you walk into the apartment. This was the let down, to what would otherwise be a perfect apartment.

Very nice property in a great location. Lots of space and a balcony. 2 bathrooms! Clean. We were greeted on our arrival & given a tour. Lovely guide. They gave us biscotti & Prosecco on the house as a welcome gift. Elevator was appreciated. Elegant style.

We could not figure out if the hot tub/jacuzzi actually had hot water. We tried to communicate with staff, but they did not respond. We were so looking forward to that from aching legs (endless walking during our travels), but we couldn’t use it. Just cold water. 😞

The location was PERFECT! Walking distance to all the local attractions and near a ton of restaurants. We were as close to the action as you can get including being only 15 mins from the train station. Included Washer/dryer access, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, large apartment, HUGE indoor spa bathtub and lots of privacy.

In Italy we found most mattresses in our stays to be on the firm side and this location was no different. I have back issues so it presented a challenge for me. My only other complaint was I couldn’t seem to get the thermostat to work correctly and the room was slightly on the warmer side of 77 which isn’t a huge deal just not optimal.

Its proximity to the Duomo ensures easy exploration of the city. The spacious, interconnected rooms provide ample comfort, complemented by cozy beds. Well-equipped kitchen facilities allow for convenient self-catering, while the laundry is a practical bonus. The private spa adds a touch of luxury, perfect for relaxation after sightseeing. This apartment combines prime location with home-like amenities for an ideal Florence experience.

The cleanliness and location.

The TV should probably be updated to a smart TV so that you can stream YouTube and other streaming services like Netflix and Hulu. The coffee pot and teapot really didn’t have an area to plug into. The cords would not reach the plug in the current location.
