Breakfast was great: a nice buffet, diverse and with hot eggs (unlike one comment). Hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Pratignone train stop. room was spacious and immaculate. Crisp white sheets. All nicely updated. Enormous bathroom. Quiet room. Mini fridge and safe were appreciated. Would definitely recommend the hotel as we traveled by car and liked the secured parking log. Nothing around the hotel for dining. Ate at the hotel one night and it was good value. Better choice that the First something hotel. Not too far from Autostrada, Spent 4 nights. Comfy beds, pleasing interior design.

Check-in was efficient, and the lady was confident, efficient, and friendly. Checked us in, and we talked about King Charles Coronation, which shows a sign of friendly reception, and she helped us with directions to our restaurant, which was only 2 minutes away. We had booked 4 separate rooms for one night (no breakfast). All rooms were very clean and extra large. The beds were queen size (UK). There was free Aqua in the fridge for guests, plenty of socket points, and good lighting in the room and bathrooms. The soundproofing was excellent. The showers were hot and powerful. They provided quality towels and 2 bottles of body wash and shampoo and cream. My room had spare bed as well. The hotel is in an industrial area, but once you're in the hotel, you don't feel any different. Has restaurant but not used it therefore can not comment.

There are tea making facilities in rooms with packets of tea, coffee, and sugar, but no milk pots or milk powder. Checking out- Ours was prepaid so all we had to do was pay the tourist tax of 3 Euros each pp next day but the Night manager kept stopping and dealing with another Italian lady and kept stopping our transactions which was super annoying and impolite as we wanted to head off to Pisa Airport a 2 hour journey.

I chose this hotel as it was near the motorway. Not far from Florence. You can reach it by car to Sesto Fiorentino and then catch the train to Florence city centre. Staff was great: friendly and professional.

Breakfast was ok, but nothing compared to a 4 star hotel

Private parking without a fee, with closing gate. Pet friendly Restaurant available at the hotel, with great choices that you can make. Large rooms for standard options also. Also my room was clean without any problem.

Property location is a located in an industrial area, you must be careful when passing the road because cars usually don’t want to stop, but the train station is only 7 minutes walk.

Very high standard of decor and service quality from reception and restaurant staff was excellent. Food was high quality and exceptionally good value for money. Only 10 minute walk to railway station for train into Florence, 20 mins and easy to buy tickets.

Great customer service, especially at the reception. The room had everything needed for a short stay, and I appreciated the free coffee/tea.

Everything was perfect...the train stop to Firenze center is a few minutes from hotel...fully recommend..👍breakfast good selection 🙂

At first sight the location seems remote, but in actual fact it is only a 10 minute taxi ride from the international airport and a short walk from a train station (with cheap fares) only 25 minutes from downtown Florence. The hotel is a tranquil haven away from the busy city, and offers spacious, comfortable rooms, a wonderful extensive breakfast, and an excellent restaurant offering delicious dishes of Tuscany. The staff were welcoming and friendly.
