The owner host, Ginevra, bent over backwards to help and assist in any manner she could. From an early check-in, to storing a bicycle box, to knowing your breakfast and coffee selections from the first day, this was an amazing stay. She took the time to write-out a suggested cycling itinerary through Tuscany and Liguria that ended up being an adventure of a lifetime. Very quiet location, in a small neighborhood, and comfortable. It felt like coming home when I stayed there again before the return flight to the U.S. Thanks Ginevra!

The landlord was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable and had a mountain view. The breakfast was really nice and varied. The B&B had a nice garden that could be enjoyed from the terrace. Umbrellas were available at the property which helped a lot. A free parking place could be found on the street next to the property. The price corresponds to the offer.

The smell of the old closet in the room was strange. Door handles were creaking, so they could be renewed. Walking distance to the train station to get to the city centre is approx. 20 minutes.

The rooms were well equipped and spacious, the breakfast was delicious, the owner was super nice during whole stay. They gave us some great advice on local places to visit and wine to taste!

Great b and b. The owner is so lovely and recommended lots of great places. In a great location (as long as you know there is a train to catch to florence). Train station is not a far walk and b n b is in a beautiful suburb. The train is very cheap and runs till midnight so no trouble with getting back and to. The bed was cosy, shower great with little shampoos and conditioners given (which is very much appreciated). Love how the tv had netflix on. Great breakfast with cosy feel. Great place to stay and the best one out of our two weeks travels.

Nothing... it waa fabulous

Very comfortable room in a quiet neighborhood. The train station to Florence is near (about 10-15 min walking time). The breakfast was very nice an the hosts did whatever they could for us to cover our needs.

One minor thing to notice is that our room had an external bathroom, which was not much of an issue because the other room on the same floor was occupied by our friends. If it was occupied by strangers maybe it would be inconvenient.

The B&B is located in Sesto Fiorentino, away from the tourist hordes that infest Florence, in a very quiet area. Florence is very easily rechable by frequent trains (the train station is ~1 km away). There is plent of free parking in front of the property, and close to the train station as well. Sesto Fiorentino also has good restaurants should you choose to dine here instead of Florence, My room was clean and spacious, with a very good bathroom, and very good wifi. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very highly recommended!

Very nice and responsive hosts! Beautiful garden, clean apartment, amazing breakfast more than a buffet! We checked out early and they gave us breakfast for the road! Thank you very much if we come again, we would stay there if possible!!!

Everything but everything was incredibly beautiful! 😍 beautiful house, spacious room, comfortable bedding, everything very clean and tidy. you have everything you could want and everything you need. The place is very close to Florence, and very pleasant to stay, especially to sleep, the neighborhood is very quiet. 😃 the hosts were very, very kind. they gave us great recommendations about everything we asked for, they even booked us a dinner in a last minute at their favorite restaurant where we ate a GREAT local recepy steak. high recommendations for this accommodation

everything was perfect !

There were variety of food for breakfast and the host also asked if I want something else to eat and drink. The host is super nice and friendly. My friend and I are 2 girls and we were not able to make it on time for the check-in, the host has drived us from the station to the house. There is also a lovely cat. Would recommend my friend to stay.

we felt at home as soon as we arrived. the house is beautiful and recently renovated. the rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. excellent place to visit the area of Firenze without being in the caos of the city center. it’s also a good place if you are driving through italy and you want to stop for a night as it’s close to an exit of the main highway and yet in a quite place.

in the room where i stayed internet connection was not very good but it’s really a minor point
