The hotel is located outside Florence (about 20 minutes by car), very close to the airport. There is a parking lot outside the hotel but, in case you won't find a place there for your car, the hotel has an underground parking that costs 8 € per day. There is a small gym and a pool. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good (eggs, bacon, cakes, croissants, pancakes etc.). The TV has netflix. Overall I would recommend this place for a business trip or to anyone looking to stay outside Florence.

The location is not ideal to visit the city centre.

I stayed there more than once. Staff is very kind. Room very big and comfortable and clean. The room has also a big sofa. Bathroom so nice with a big shower. Wifi ok. Breakfast with a lot of salad and sweet food. I have not tried lunch and dinner so I cannot tell anything about that. Easy parking if you have yiur own car. Position good if you need to stay close to the airport but it is far about 30 minutes from the city center

Moquette in some rooms. I do not prefer it. Into the bathroom there is no soap near the bidet. Not so good if you wanna go out for walking a bit,, as there are only some places where you can eat something. Fitness room very very little and poor. In some rooms I found so little pillows.

The hotel was great and the staff most accomodating and helpful. Its a great location if you have a vehicle as there is ample parking. It is not easy to get into Florence without a taxi. It is 1.9 k to the airport but a €30 cost due to traffic. I left hotel at 0900. The afternoon cocktail was nice as was supper one night. It is good to have the food service. There is a local restaurant adjacent to hotel for breakfast at 0730 as well.

The breakfast coffee from machine was awful.

It is the perfect place for those who don't have cars because it is near station of metro 5 min away. The staf, the room is perfect, the room is clean and is the first time all those years that i have sleep so good in the hotels the bed was so comfy. The price it is. From the center is almost 30 min away with car but it's was ok, if i come again i would choose again. Thank u

Staff was very helpful and friendly, fast and efficient and all with a smile. I was by car and could park it in the basement for a very reasonable price where there was plenty of room and save.

for me as I was visiting Pitti Uomo the transport to the fair was long and expensive by taxi, public transport was doable but more complicated

Everything about the room was wonderful. The staff members were excellent. Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Wish they had an airport shuttle, but the staff were nonetheless helpful booking us a taxi.

We stayed here as a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

We ate in the dining room and we were asked first if we were guests of the hotel. We were then ignored for 15 minutes before someone took our order as other guests seated after us were helped more extensively than we were (explanation of menu, recommendations, general friendliness). We felt staff undermined us and did not treat us well. Food was below average for the cost. Paid 20 euros for a taxi after city tax and luggage fees even though it was a 7 minute drive to the airport.

The staff, especially Renato and his team in the diner and breakfast, were extremely amazing and helpful as they always greet you with a smile and a warm welcome. Their attitude towards me and my family were excellent,all staff were very helpful with question to get to the city centre and access to anywhere. My son has a special diet due to autism and they store his food well in their refrigerator and was always ready to assist me in the afternoon...Thank you ever soo much RENATO!!!!

A decent budget hotel which as everything you need at the standard you'd expect from this type of a hotel. The car park is available and free.

The shower seems poorly designed, with a slanted floor that does not stop the water from overflowing, thus creating a potential safety hazard. Management should look into this.

Air condition did not function, this was the second time we stayed at this hotel that happened. We opened the window all night unfortunately this were loud people drinking in the pool area two floors below until midnight. This the evening of April 30. We plan to stay twice more this year in October.
