I'm so glad that I booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport. The T2 tram was a short walk (<5 min) from the hotel and the airport was only 2 tram stops away. Staff was super accommodating because I arrived in Florence at 9:30am from Cinque Terre to avoid the national train strike from 9:00a-5:00p. They kept all my luggage in the office, so I could have one last day exploring the city. I would say it was good for an overnight before flying home from vacation.

Dedicated work station desk in Room 808 was super wobbly. didn't place anything on there because I was afraid it was going to fall over.

we stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the experience has been mostly good the staff was amazing, 5 stars for them:) to get in after work 23PM you need the room code, i found the technology nice, you could even check in after 23 from the machine at the door we didn’t have a car but i saw that they provided parking at the reception you had a coffee machine, you could make tea, you could buy water and snacks (with coins) the room looked very nice the bed comfortable tram station 4 minutes away which takes you to the city center in 15 minutes, nice neighbourhood with coffee shops around i don’t know if there was any noise or if you could hear the people on hallways, i was so tired i slept like a baby

the bathroom smelled like mold (i am alergic to mold and felt that instantly, my sister didn’t smell a thing) and it looked bad and a bit dirty no fridge:( but for 2 days is was ok the cleaning lady entered the room at 10:00 while sleeping even if i had the DND sign on, but it’s ok, she was nice also:)

The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was fresh, clean and quiet. The pillows were particularly comfortable. My room on the top floor had amazing views of the Tuscan hills. It was also a nice calm area to be in that provided a much-needed break from the bustle of Florence city centre.

My departure was in the early morning and so I asked reception to book me a taxi for that time. Unfortunately the taxi didn't arrive and since the hotel doesn't have a 24 hour reception I ended up walking to the airport (even if the road is not designed for people to walk to the airport) - this of course wasn't really the hotels fault, they tried their best. Also the location didn't have many nearby shops or food places, especially in the evening.

Super helpful and polite staff, unfortunately I forgot their names but two young men who were great. Super close to the airport - 3 mins in a taxi. Super close to a tram stop into the city centre - 5 min walk. Breakfast was good, pretty wide choice and vegan options too (soy milk, vegan pastries, fruits, nuts, seeds, muesli, toast & condiments etc)

Mosquitoes in the room so I got bitten like crazy but I think during humid months there’s not much they could do about that. The air con worked well and the room was a comfortable temperature for sleeping.

Balcony. Ice and coffee machines at the reception. You can buy even food and snacks. There is a microwave oven as well downstairs. Very friendly and helpful staff. The cleaning lady tidied up our room perfectly. The tram line is literally 5 miles away. Really happy with the accommodation. Would come again.

The room felt a bit empty. A small sofa or armchair would be nice. Also no proper wardrobe as well.

The property is great value for money and very close to the tram station—just a 2-minute walk from the station to the hotel. The service is exceptional. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would definitely give more—especially for the outstanding service from the receptionists, Alexandro and Alphonso.

American style ... receptionists are very welcoming. Inspiring room balcony. Good breakfast. 4 min walking distance to the tram stop. 2 Tram stops away to the airport. 17 min away to Trains Main station & Florence city center thru the tram. 2 tram stops to a near mall. Many selling points nearby. Quite area.

Shower to be better ... one part not working while the shower handle had no fixed point.

The location is very convenient as it is walking distance from the tram station with direct trams from Central station and Airport. The tram takes you to the heart of the Florence city in 20 mins. Excellent and helpful staff (special thanks to Manuell). Perfect for those who want to visit Florence but want to stay a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city Center.

This hotel was SO clean, friendly and safe. The staff was amazing since I first put foot in the hotel and until I left. The room was one of the cleanest I have ever seen and the breakfast was so cheap ! Tram to city center and airport was 2´ by foot so awesome !

Would have been really nice to have a small fridge at least to put our own water. Also, neighbors from the other room were quite loud and I could hear them pretty well during the day but at night it was okay.

The front staff were very friendly and always helpful. The room was clean, well air conditioned, had a great view and was quiet and relaxing. The linens were soft and comfy. It was easy to find.

It’s a 20 min drive from City Center which was a concern for getting rest between obligations. The king sized bed would come apart into 2 separate mattresses very easily, sliding around a bit, which could be frustrating.
