we stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the experience has been mostly good the staff was amazing, 5 stars for them:) to get in after work 23PM you need the room code, i found the technology nice, you could even check in after 23 from the machine at the door we didn’t have a car but i saw that they provided parking at the reception you had a coffee machine, you could make tea, you could buy water and snacks (with coins) the room looked very nice the bed comfortable tram station 4 minutes away which takes you to the city center in 15 minutes, nice neighbourhood with coffee shops around i don’t know if there was any noise or if you could hear the people on hallways, i was so tired i slept like a baby

the bathroom smelled like mold (i am alergic to mold and felt that instantly, my sister didn’t smell a thing) and it looked bad and a bit dirty no fridge:( but for 2 days is was ok the cleaning lady entered the room at 10:00 while sleeping even if i had the DND sign on, but it’s ok, she was nice also:)

The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was fresh, clean and quiet. The pillows were particularly comfortable. My room on the top floor had amazing views of the Tuscan hills. It was also a nice calm area to be in that provided a much-needed break from the bustle of Florence city centre.

My departure was in the early morning and so I asked reception to book me a taxi for that time. Unfortunately the taxi didn't arrive and since the hotel doesn't have a 24 hour reception I ended up walking to the airport (even if the road is not designed for people to walk to the airport) - this of course wasn't really the hotels fault, they tried their best. Also the location didn't have many nearby shops or food places, especially in the evening.

Super helpful and polite staff, unfortunately I forgot their names but two young men who were great. Super close to the airport - 3 mins in a taxi. Super close to a tram stop into the city centre - 5 min walk. Breakfast was good, pretty wide choice and vegan options too (soy milk, vegan pastries, fruits, nuts, seeds, muesli, toast & condiments etc)

Mosquitoes in the room so I got bitten like crazy but I think during humid months there’s not much they could do about that. The air con worked well and the room was a comfortable temperature for sleeping.

This hotel was SO clean, friendly and safe. The staff was amazing since I first put foot in the hotel and until I left. The room was one of the cleanest I have ever seen and the breakfast was so cheap ! Tram to city center and airport was 2´ by foot so awesome !

Would have been really nice to have a small fridge at least to put our own water. Also, neighbors from the other room were quite loud and I could hear them pretty well during the day but at night it was okay.

The front staff were very friendly and always helpful. The room was clean, well air conditioned, had a great view and was quiet and relaxing. The linens were soft and comfy. It was easy to find.

It’s a 20 min drive from City Center which was a concern for getting rest between obligations. The king sized bed would come apart into 2 separate mattresses very easily, sliding around a bit, which could be frustrating.

Our room was on the 8th floor, so we had a great view of the surrounding area. The personnel was really friendly and we had access (via passcode) to a private parking lot to securely park our car, which was great because outside of the hotel there wasn't much spare room for tourists and their cars.

The hallway on the 8th floor wasn't the cleanest, it had a very large stain on the carpet. The breakfast also could've been a bit better, we didn't pay much but somehow I expected a tiny bit more. And lastly, and this is just me nitpicking, the elevator gave me the creeps sometimes, not an elevator I want to take when it is fully loaded.

The staff were incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. The reception staff in particular. The added breakfast was a treat and the bathrooms were incredibly comfortable.

There was a small problem with the air conditioning one night of our stay but we were informed about this by the staff so no harm done. The only thing we would suggest you add to the facilities is a laundry room, even if it was coin operated.

This may be the smallest hotel room, I lived in for the entire Italy trip, however, this hotel is packed with basic stuffs in a brilliant way. It has water heater, microwave oven in the downstairs lobby. It has perfect space for a family with 1 child. The bathroom is small but greatly designed. I liked this hotel very much. Parking is also secured with code entry.

The lift is too noisy and small.

The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the tram station (line 2), which in turn is two stops away from the airport and the same line to the city center and bus/train terminal. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Joseph and Levy.

There should be a QUIET HOURS schedule - there was loud talking and partying from the next door rooms, likely college students on a study tour of Florence. Soundproofing isn't good since you can hear people's footsteps in the corridor from inside the room.

Our stay was lovely, got a bit confused with the venue address as I received an email with the B&B Hotel down the road. But once we arrived staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely we added it onto our stay during our visit. Easily accessible from town on the tram at the bottom of the road.

Our rooms air-conditioning leaked quite blasting badly, we went through quite a few towels whilst on our visit, the metal had bent and was leaking into our wardrobe so we couldn't put any clothes in there.
