Only a ten minute walk from the train station so easy to find accomodation. From there we could easily reach all the activities within walking distance. Host very helpful with where to go and places to go and providing a map. Did bring in food and make lovely coffee for you if you wanted it but we were away to early mostly. Only a phone call away which found great when wd left a phone in the taxi and he sorted for us.

Would have been great to have access to plates and cutlery at times.

This was the best accommodation experience I had in my 5 week Europe trip - it was spacious, clean and conveniently located near the train station, making it perfectly located for day trips. A huge thank you to our host Nicco who was nothing short of exceptional. He showed us a map of Florence on day 1 and included hand written recommendations of bars and local places to eat. He really set us up for a successful time in Florence and even gave us dining tips throughout our stay over whatsapp when requested. To top it off, Nicco even made us cappuccinos each morning! I would happily recommend this accommodation and our wonderful host - it had a hugely positive impact on our overall experience of Florence. Thank you once again Nicco!

No negatives - an excellent time

Room was beautifully decorated, spatious, loved the shower. Host was very friendly, offered us coffee in the morning and a muffin. We could store our luggage for free for the day Location was very good too, 5-10 mins from the train station

Was some issue with our booking since we booked last minute and the time of check-in didn't match the agenda of the host (although it was within official check in times). But we worked out a solution and everything went smooth after that. Room and host were so great it made up for this small hiccup.

Beautiful, extremely clean and comfortable room, the B&B is in the perfect location, so central to the train station, trams and restaurants/ cafes. Very comfortable bed and great shower! The host was so welcoming and friendly, he made us wonderful coffees and very kindly gave us muffins and cookies in the morning and was really helpful with recommendations of where to visit! Lovely communal area for breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much, would love to stay again!

The property owner was wonderful. He met me at the door, help me to the room, and make sure that everything was fine for me in the morning. He made me a wonderful cup of cappuccino, and we had a good discussion. The room itself was well appointed in the bed was most comfortable. I highly recommend this B&B and definitely will stay there again.

Very clean Owner is lovely and very friendly

The room is small but I knew this before booking however some of the items could be improved for example the dining table is very small and there’s not enough surface space to put things so you end up using the floor.

Comfortable, clean, very accommodating and helpful host. Great capuccino!!! Truly a home away from home. Great for long stays.

Wifi is unstable. Can be better. Price can be made better for long stays.

Lovely for a few nights' stay. Modern, clean and comfortable. Communication with host was excellent before and during stay. Less than 10 mins' walk from main station and an easy 15 mins to the centre. Nearby bus and tram stops for exploration further afield, host kindly gave us lots of useful info.

A very minor thing in that the shower wasn't private within the room (we were two friends sharing), so a frosted shower door would have been better than a clear one (WC and sink are separate though).

The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as seen in the images. I was especially impressed with the host – very welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We loved this B&B! It's a 20 minute walk from the centre of Florence on a nice quiet street. The communal area is tiny so we didn't spend much time there but our room was huge and gorgeous! It was impeccably clean and very comfortable. Niccoló was so lovely and helpful. He stayed up very late to meet us after we endured delayed flights & missed trains, which we appreciated so much.

The price on Booking.com did not include all charges so there was about €50 in additional charges added to our bill when we got there.
