Great location, 5 minutes walk from the tramvia station, comfortable and clean room, kind and helpful staff!

Our room was gorgeous- beautifully decorated, lovely ensuite, and a perfect kitchenette. And aircon, which we needed as it was 39 degrees when we arrived ! Parking is onsite. There is a supermarket a short drive away (we could have walked but it was too hot). And the tram is station to either the airport or to the city centre is also only a short walk away (and Euro3.40 for 2 is a lot cheaper than the Euro30 it costs to park in central Florence !).

Super clean, lovely receptionist. Location was great for us, you could get the metro straight into the centre and we had a really early flight the next day and walked to the airport in 20 minutes. (It was a busy road so would recommend a taxi during the day time). We tried the Ibis for convenience when we first arrived as it was also 'close to the airport' and never again, wish we had stayed here the whole time we were in Florence.

A quiet area (which isn't a bad thing) so felt a little unsafe at night so I wouldn't recommend this to solo female travellers without getting a taxi as metro stop is about 10 mins away.

The apartment was very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind. We had a great stay overall.

The location is a bit outside the city, but the tram station is just a 10-minute walk away, which made it easy to get around.

This place was even more lovely than the photos! I loved that they really took into consideration the needs of their guests with bottled water in the refrigerator, snacks, lots of storage, clean and comfortable beds, and even a lock box in the room. The desk clerk was very helpful with ordering us a taxi and showing us where all of the best places to visit around florence were on a map. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Traveling with kids i appreciated the garden outside, and the parking spot. The room was a tasty combination of old stone wall with modern metal and wooden stairs - you could breathe the ancient atmosphere in, comfortable beds. The owner was very helpful - we had a late check in which he managed not to be a problem. All to gather it was a nice stop in Firenze and staying here made everything better.

Once we found it, not always easy, the place was lovely, the member of staff we met was first class, plenty of room to park and ideal for access into Florence via the tram bus. nice features in the room and a great garden to sit and relax after a long day walking around Florence.

Nothing, we felt blessed of finding such a nice venue, i am always quite open minded where we stop as i feel you are only sleeping in a place, but you could have relaxed around this place.

Villa Aruch is a very charming place! It’s great for travelers with cars and those that want the apartment feeling. There is a free parking lot on the property. Walking to the tram station is less than 10 minutes (there is an underground pass to cross the main boulevard). The loft was equipped for cooking (pots, pans, plates, cups), 2 tvs (Italian dubbed channels), wifi, and even has a very relaxing space in the garden for all stayers to enjoy. The bed was very soft, and the pillows were great! Everything around was quite, you can even hear birds chirping. The receptionist was very welcoming! She took the time to show the apartment and gave instructions for the tramvia to reach the center and how to use the air conditioner. From the villa to downtown Firenza took about 20-25mins. This includes the walking to the Rossi tram station. The T2 tram comes every 5 mins, so don’t worry if you see it leaving as you arrive. It takes about 10-15 mins to reach the last stop for the old town - Unity. I loved the architect of the building and the location to the tram to avoid driving into Firenze.

We didn’t have any issues with the apartment or location. There were a lot of mosquitoes, so I would advise against opening the windows and bring some bug spray.

We had a pleasant stay. Fot us, travelling with a small trailer, it was very important to have private parking, as this is almost impossible in larger cities. The city center is very easy to get in. View minutes walk, tram T2, which runs frequently.

Really interesting and lovely design and huge apartments. The fully equipped kitchen is a huge plus. Lovely and responsive staff. There is a huge supermarket within 10 minutes walk from the villa, if you need anything for dinner or otherwise. The shopping centre is a bit further out, half hour on foot or you can hop on the tram, if not in the mood for a long walk. Overall highly recommended.

There was nothing negative I should mention. Great value for money.
