The views were very good, bed was comfortable and lodgings clean. Pool view was nice, breakfast foods good and the terrace is nice. Netflix in rooms is useful. Lovely old ornate furniture. Good shower pressure. Pretty easy to find on Maps although VERY twisty road (be mindful if motion sickness). Mostly polite and helpful staff. Nice farm animals too.

Most of the staff were friendly but one young waitress with brown hair was very very rude. Reception staff remedied situation and ensured correct dinner payment but that waitress spoiled the evening. Pool could have been a bit cleaner. A LOT of horse flies (biting) in August. They won't allow use of an iron for "security" reasons and want to charge €5EUR per item to do it for you. Lunch picnics too expensive at €25 per person. Mostly met expectations and had a pleasant stay but these couple of things did diminish the visit. Likely won't stay again.

Just a gorgeous location! The 2 bed apartment was really authentic. Breakfast was superb and staff really helpful. The farm was lovely for our toddler. We had no need to leave the property. The pool was ideal for our teenage boys. They had it to themselves one evening mid week. Gorgeous food in the evening, views are beautiful.

Nothing! We had a toddler with us and 2 days is enough for a quiet location. Just a note: The pool is deeper than my height 5ft5 and we was confined to the steps with the toddler which is fine, plus the property have shallow pool 500 meter walk away which is ideal for toddlers to paddle in.

Incredible beauty and amazing views and amazing food

Food portions were a little too large for the risotto and cooking class, perhaps for American tourists. Also our service dog had to be in a cafe in the restaurant rather than just a leash at our feet which felt a bit mean seeing as he is so quiet and well behaved. Also some of the communication was a bit bossy in tone. I felt a bit ordered about. However the lovely lady at the desk was so kind and also the massage was amazing. I think perhaps any tension was just from how busy they are, the chef Laura is a special talent and a lovely woman. I do recommend you experience it but book your activities in advance and only book the picnic on the day as if it rains it’s not ideal.

Ok, i grew up in Italy and have traveled all around Europe. This is probably now my new favorite Agriturismo in Italy! And this is not an overstatement. Fantastic staff, gorgeous view and scenery, beautiful pool. We ate dinner on the patio - perfect! and the breakfast ... well, I was speachless. I would pay the price of the stay just for the breakfast. When I checked out I told the lady at the front desk, "ok, I'm ready to move it ... like forever!" :)

Amazing place in the middle of Tuscan hills. spectacular terrain filled with old and astonishing nature. Great cuisine with variety of option and daily new menu.

Atmosphere of the place itself and stuff is stiff and posh so you do not feel this italian relax and charming warm vibe. almost everything what we were asking the stuff was a challenge as they were either busy or just not willing to support, lack of "can do attitude" - never had this in Italy before even once being there over 20 times by far.

Stunning location, the property and the view. The furnishings and decor are kept in tasteful traditional Italian style to complement the beautiful manor and complex of the villa. The grounds are extensive and there are multiple areas with lounge chairs and tables to enjoy the outdoors and the gardens which are very well maintained. The property and apparently some neighboring properties and town maintain some walking paths one can take directly from the villa grounds. The staff is readily willing to answer questions, offer suggestions, and to ensure our stay was satisfactory. The cleaning staff was very thorough and daily so, very appreciated. Recommend to take the train ( 10 minutes drive) to Florence, although lovely, driving to Florence requires navigating the hills, small towns and traffic at times.

The breakfast was phenomenal! The pool is fabulous. The Olive Oil tasting was so great - so informative and interesting, definitely worth doing.

Note - it is an old building. No A/C in the summer, but that's manageable with a fan and open window. But it is hot in the summer so be prepared. You are in the countryside, so open windows mean when the sun is coming up you will hear ALL the birds as they stir. Some may find it charming (me), others may be irritable at the early wakeup (DS).

The property sits at the top of a hill with sweeping views in every direction of Olive and Fruit trees. The house is more than 800 years old and is breathtaking. The sisters who own the property are so welcoming and friendly, we truly enjoyed talking with them. The rooms are HUGE, the breakfast is out of this world good with every selection of food, coffee and tea you could imagine. Sitting on the patio in the morning was truly special. We were lucky enough to be there for the olive harvest, just fascinating. If you love nature and peace, this is the place to be. We only stayed one night and wished we could have stayed longer, it will recharge your soul.

This charming hotel completely exceeded our expectations. What truly sets it apart is the soul of the place. You can see the love and effort the owners, two wonderful sisters, pour into every detail. They were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, recommending hidden gems of Tuscany and making sure we had everything we needed. One of the most heartwarming things was meeting other guests who have been returning to this hotel for 15, even 30 years! Their love for the place speaks volumes about the experience. We felt so welcome and at home, and we can definitely see ourselves becoming regulars too. We will absolutely be back!

We have visited Villa Campestri on previous occasions and it is nice to see that some things never change. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, even though the style is very classical and somewhat dark.

Information on the restaurant facilities could have been clearer. We were not made aware of the fact that the restaurant only served a fish menu on Sunday, that lunch is no longer served in the restaurant, but a picnic hamper is provided on request, or the need to confirm the hotel restaurant booking by 10AM.
