Everything was excellent! The staff is wonderful and very helpful, always making sure you feel welcome and comfortable. The dinner with the sommelier was a special experience. We learned a lot about pairing food and wine. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful — even more stunning in person than in the photos. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, with drinks and snacks brought to us by the attentive staff, and the view from the pool over the countryside is lovely. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful Tuscan countryside. We would definitely love to come back!

Amazing setting, in the middle of nature, just outside a hilltop village. The pool was amazing, the room fabulous with vintage pieces of furniture, the building itself dates from the 1500's, a huge space surround the premises. They have a little cozy restaurant which serves amazing food, part of it produced by the hotel (the company) itself. We stayed there for 5 nights, it was crazy how time passed. Definitely in need of a car if you stay there (17km away from the centre of Florence) because the route comprises multiple hills, no public transportation available. All in all, a fantastic place. Will definitely return.

Our room was good, but perhaps not to the really excellent standard of everything else at this excellent hotel. The staff, and hosts, were outstanding. So friendly and helpful. We had an outstanding Dinner in a beautifully converted barn, and the breakfast also matched that standard. Sadly, during our stay it poured with rain, but in better weather to beautiful surroundings would be very special.

The room, particularly the bathroom, didnt quite match the standard of everything else at this wonderful property.

the owners and the staff are more than welcoming and make you feel instantly at home. the restaurant is amazing and the wine selection is perfect. the atmosphere when stepping onto the ground and the view are breathtaking. it is the perfect place to rest and have a quick break from the crowded cities. Florence is also only 30min away, so great for a day trip.

Excellent scenic location . Surrounded by beautiful landscape . Staff very helpful . Cathrina got us taxi and was very helpful . Old rustic charm of the place .

Connectivity is major problem . No taxi or Uber service available . Have a small suggestion for management if they can provide complementary transport from Vaglia Railways station then it will be helpful for tourist who are visiting from outside country .

The restaurant was unfortunately a disappointment. Very nice that many things were grown locally and by the hotel but the dishes were rather tasteless and dry. The breakfast was also rather simple. The tiramisu was amazing though!

Breathtaking location and beautifully restored 15th century building. The wonderful staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. They took the time each day to ensure our stay was perfect. It was such a peaceful and relaxing ambience. Magnificent fine Tuscan-dining in the restaurant and wonderful daily breakfast. Enjoyed a massage in the spa. For those wanting a quiet retreat, no need to leave the property! Travelled easily by taxi from Florence (30 minutes). Our stay at Agri Resort & SPA Le Colline del Paradiso was an absolute highlight of our time in Italy. Thank you for such a memorable experience. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Beautiful location for a few days break, we rented a car and only used it really to get to the hotel and leave on check out, and once went to a nearby restaurant which was lovely for lunch - the hotel staff booked this for us. I'd say more than a few days here would be too much unless you want to drive around a bit more as there isn't much nearby. The food was lovely, we did a wine pairing evening with the owner which was excellent.

The hotel allow people that aren't staying to use the pool which is fine, however on two of the three days we were there, there were 2 large groups who weren't guests using the pool, one large group of adults playing music, drinking and smoking and the other were a large family with 4 children. This took away from the relaxing time we were expecting.
