Hotel agreed to change rooms for us (to a view room) without charge. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Breakfasts were OK but nothing special. The breakfast room was very tight and the tables made it tough to sit without knocking things over. The biggest issue was the very narrow and steep access lane to the hotel. This made taking the bus as suggested by the hotel to access Florence only possible by using taxis. So that was a $30 euro hit each way. And getting taxis to return to the hotel at night was not easy.

The hotel is ideally located in the center of Fiesole, just a few minutes' walk from the main square where you can catch a bus to the center of Florence. The location is great, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it easy to find meals and daily necessities. They provide a simple but cozy breakfast, perfect for travelers, especially with all the delicious food Italy has to offer. The staff is very polite and welcoming, making my stay even more pleasant. Overall, my time here was very enjoyable.

It might be a good idea to consider changing the room lights to a warmer tone during future renovations. It could help travelers find a cozy and comfortable feeling during their stay.

We arrived late but the staff member on duty (Marietta?) remained beyond her shift to receive us and was very helpful! The view from our room over the valley below Fiesole was splendid.

It would be good if the information provided in the Booking.com website specified in more detail how to navigate towards the hotel from the main street through Fiesole and and towards the parking lot of the hotel - a slightly nerve-wrecking experience the first time you do it.

The room is clean,spacious,the bed is comfortable,there is always hot water and everything is new,the staff is very nice,and so is the location,very close to the bus that goes to Florence

The breakfast is bare bones for the price.There is only bread and ham,and maybe boiled egss,for which you have to wait to be boiled,and they ran out of eggs at 9 in the morning... It was disappointing, everything else was excellent

The hotel is located in a quiet street at the top of a hill. We had lovely views of the rolling hills form our room. The staff, especially the receptionist, were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, and the staff were attentive. The room was clean and functional—compact but it had everything we needed. The location is great- close to all amenities (bus stop, restaurant and sites).

Great breakfast. Lovely staffs. Great location. The hotel met my expectations, the hotel provided me a room with a view that I requested, they didn't disappoint me at all. Also handed me a map to see the area around which had a never ending spectacular views. The breakfast area outside the hotel was nice too.The room also had a mini fridge which became quite handy to store some chilled snacks/foods and water especially as the days were very hot. Regular bus no.7 service from Central Florence. I would like to stay at Villa Bonelli again. Would like to thank the hotel manager and the staffs for their great hospitality. Fully recommended if you are looking for a stay out of the town in a peaceful place with amazing views. Also don't miss the night views and the sunsets.

Couldn't adjust the shower head, but wasn't a big issue. Just a little bit hilly to get to the hotel on foot. Not many places to eat and always crowded. Reservation for a table might be the best option if you are looking to eat in a local restaurant.

We were thrilled with our stay at Villa Bonelli. The owner greeted us and made us feel at home. She gave us recommendations on what to see and where to eat in Fiesole, which made our stay very enjoyable. Fiesole is a lovely town with amazing views if Tuscany and of Florence. The hotel was in a perfect place. Breakfast was extra good - featuring freshly cooked delicious cakes. I recommend Villa Bonelli completely.

Nothing could have been better.

Martina in reception was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on places to see and transport options. Off-street parking which is a huge benefit.

The driveway was a little challenging and somewhat obscure the first time we parked our car but with care it was fine.

A wonderful hotel in a very pleasant and cozy Fiesole. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 7-minute walk from the bus stop in the city center. There is a supermarket not far from the hotel. A very pleasant and responsive owner of the hotel, to whom we turned several times for help and advice on tourist places. The breakfasts are simple, but there is enough in excess not to feel hungry until lunch. It is very cool that there are restored old furniture in the rooms, this only adds to the charm of the villa.

Great little hotel in Fiesole, located close to restaurants and public transport. The room was basic, but clean, it was great to have a little fridge to keep drinks cold in the middle of summer. The staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful. The breakfast is basic, but fresh and tasty, with little home baked surprises, we enjoyed it very much and were satisfied with it everyday. The olive grove has 2 tables were you can spend some time in fresh air listening to the birds and enjoy the view of the hills around Florence. The bus goes from Fiesole to Florence train station and is about a 25 min ride, depending on traffic. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to be able to return one day.

Though we had a bit of a view, it was not like the one in photos, but can’t find any other faults.
