Excellent location just outside of Florence centre, although an Uber is around €30 each way as driving in wasn’t an appealing idea! Small but very comfortable room. Lovely pool area, comfortable loungers. Great dinner menu and service. Breakfast good on the whole but had to pay extra for an omelette or fried eggs. Coffee could have been better! Staff were very friendly and helpful. (Not related to the property but there is an AMAZING gelateria a few minutes walk away, with a cow statue outside!)

Parking was limited, and one night we had to park a little precariously and let Reception know we’d move the car if needed, as there were no spaces left at all. This didn’t detract from the really enjoyable stay we had at the Villa Neroli.

We really loved the old Italian vibe this property gave off. Even with the external giving traditional, the inside was beautifully modern and had a fresh clean feel to the place. The staff here were so welcoming and accommodating, we had a flight cancelled and they booked us another taxi with a new time, they were also going to provide us with breakfast boxes for our 4am start but unfortunately due to our flight we didn’t need. The distance from city centre is a little out, perfect for the balance between city life & quiet. There is a bus line 17 running straight from around a 5-10 min walk from the hotel to the city centre which is soooo useful and reliable. We used the app “at bus” and the local shop to purchase our tickets which was super easy. The food in the hotel was great, we had breakfast and there was a lovely selection of pastries, rolls, pancake making machine, juices, fresh honey. Couldn’t fault it. Rooms were lovely, beds so comfy had a great nights sleep!! We didn’t use the pool as we had too much to do in Florence but we sat by it one night and the atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing!!

Not to do with the property, more a hint for the area. We sat outside at night and got eaten alive by mosquitoes so remember bug spray so you can enjoy the outside area too!!!

Nice pool in relaxing garden. Good breakfast choice and brilliant cappuccinos provided by the lovely Rosaria. Great staff on reception very helpful, especially the team member who remembered we wanted a coffee prior to our 05:50 taxi and organised it for us. Good quality dinner menu. Good size clean room and bathroom.

Slightly further away from Florence than we expected but the centro storico is quite accessible by bus ( use the atac app for ticket purchase and route planning) Not quite near enough to be going in and out during the day.

Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. Convenient location – only 4.5 km from the historical center, around €20-25 by taxi. Outstanding staff – very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. A truly emotional moment – huge congratulations to the hotel for inclusivity! One of the breakfast staff members was a wonderful young man with Down syndrome, bringing warmth and positivity to the experience. Overall: A top-notch stay with great amenities and service! I booked the hotel in a hurry a couple of weeks before our trip to Florence, basically because it had parking on site and it was not crazy expensive. What a great experience it turned out to be, beautiful hotel, very nice comfortable rooms, everything newly refurbished, and a nice garden area where you can enjoy a coffee or a Aperol Spritz. The location has his ups and downs, depending on what to expect. I personally loved the location a little bit outside of the city center, not that noisy and of course much more space. The breakfast was also very good and with lots of variety. Staff, very professional but also very nice and polite with the guests. Definitely a very nice experience, can't wait to come another time and enjoy the stay

Everything was great, sadly we could not experience the pool because we were in April, but we use this as a motivation to come back maybe this year

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Neroli in Florence. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated their flexible approach, especially since we were traveling with our dog. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy—perfect after a day of exploring the city. It's also a very dog-friendly place, which made us feel welcome and at ease. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection to start the day right. Public transportation to Florence's old town was very convenient, making it easy to get around without a car. Another big plus was the free parking with plenty of available spaces, which made our stay even more hassle-free.

If there's one area that could be improved, it would be the dinner menu. While it was decent, we felt it could offer a bit more variety or creativity to match the overall quality of the hotel.

There were many things to love about Villa Neroli - these are my family's top three: Firstly, the beautiful and serene location as it gave us the opportunity to relax and enjoy countryside Tuscany while being reasonably close to central Florence. We take a taxi to get to the Duomo (very easy to take, around 15 minutes drive with traffic) but there's also a bus service outside the hotel and if you particularly like walking, it's 45 minutes away from the city). Secondly, the rooms are extremely cosy, spacious, and clean with all the amenities you need. Finally, the service quality is very high and I really appreciated the professionalism and hospitality of the staff. I look forward to coming back.

Really nice comfortable hotel, beautiful pool area, really accommodating and kind staff, a really nice escape from city hustle and bustle. Breakfast was really decent!!

It is expensive but Florence is expensive in general and we had such a good experience I am not sure I can call it a downside of the hotel. The gym was a little limited in terms of equipment, but it’s minor if you don’t really care about the gym. It’s a stretch from the city centre but we didn’t mind, other guests might prefer to stay closer to city centre.

The hotel, the pool, the staff and the general cleanliness. Superb!

There wasn't much not to like really...but if I were to be picky, I'd say, the pool bar wasn't always staffed at busier times and there is no communication (that I could see and I looked to tell you whether the items in the fridge were complimentary or not. Most are not but then they have some notification to tell you and the bedroom was missing a full length mirror for the ladies...the one in the bathroom behind the door doesn't count.

Location, staff, breakfast was more than wonderful. Staff spoke several languages and sought to accomodate every need. Area is dreamy, well connected by two buses to city center. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Plumbing is iffy, sometimes noisy. Communications with front desk is only through tablet, which I found annoying and cumbersome. I also relayed messages in person, but could not do it if already in bed and needed to communicate. I would’ve have liked to have a box of paper tissues, face terry towels, writing pad and pen, conditioner and a metal spoon and napkin for coffee
