Everything about this hotel was just right for us. We loved the comfort, the excellent breakfast, and the peaceful atmosphere. The shower was hands down the best we experienced during our entire stay in Tuscany. Although the hotel is located on the outskirts of Florence, the surrounding neighborhood is quiet and full of great restaurants — and it’s a very pleasant walk to the city center. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Massimo, Michella, and Francesco, who truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip to Florence!

The receptionist Mr. Massimo who was of an extreme support, politeness, and kindness. Also, the hotel is new, clean, rooms are in excellent condition & breakfast is good.

At the checkout time; the lady asked to pay for the omelette I have requested during my breakfasts! I told her why would i get charged when I have breakfast included in my booking?! She told the omelette is extra to the breakfast and she said “I will inform the waiters at the restaurant to inform customers that that omelette is with extra charges in the future“!!

Friendly staff, they answered my needs, very nice room and facilities (size, great aromatherapy, coffee...) , excellent breakfast (products with high quality), with panoramic view. A plus to Frederico, very polite.

For 5 star hotel I was disappointed. The sauna was at 40 degrees, not a temperature for sauna. I asked them to prepare but still at 40 degrees. After my complain one member of staff came to change to 50 degrees. The area surround of swimming pool had dust, the glasses of water of the previous day still there, and the two toilets had no paper as well they were dirty. The phone on the room had no number of reception and pressing the 'room service' nothing happened. I showed all this to the lady of reception, In the end I thought with all this they wouldnt charge me my bar drink (6€) or the parking, but they apologize saying "we are new" "we are lack of staff" and that's it.

Pool and spa were perfect. Very spacious and clean rooms. Nice rooftop view for breakfast and some of the rooms facing the river.

Staff were not that much caring. We had a tour and had to leave the hotel very early in the mooring. They gave us a food pack but did not ask our preferences and the pack was not filled in a proper way.

Incredible view, delicious breakfast, amazing spa, incredibly clean and chic rooms. The hotel staff was particularly kind and accommodating. Especially Frederico who gave us a tour of our room, answered our questions, and was truly invested in our trip. Enzo was also incredible during breakfast time. Catering to every need and being extremely kind.

The hotel was modern in its design, and it was newly opened. You can park your ride anywhere around the hotel for free or be charged 45€/day. The best thing is that the hotel location is not in a busy area so you can go any were in Tuscany easily. Last but not least at this hotel the staff will make you feel at home 🌹

Front office staffs are very friendly especially Paolo and Frederico. They are very informative and communicating. Housekeeping was very clean and tidy. Room size is unbelievably spacious and stylish. Totally recommended eventhough the distance is a bit out of the centre

Location is good but 15 to 20 minutes away by car from city center and main attractions.

The staff were very nice & sweet. Quite location. The hotel is new and very nice and clean include reception area, our rooms and the restaurant with nice veiw. The breakfast selections were limited.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, as were the rooms and the swimming pool. Great residential location to see local life and walking distance from the city center.
