the location by the river was nice, not the closest to the city center but very easily accessible by bus, also restaurants around this accomodation were some of the best we went to and we went multiple times because of the great food, staff was very friendly and they gave us a map with recommendations and directions; the rooms and bathroom were clean enough and we encountered no bugs other than the mosquitos who entered through our window:)) but they do offer some anti-mosquito device to plug in so that’s nice

it’s not like the usual hotels I was expecting; this one is more of a mix between a multiple airbnbs building and a hotel; they do clean and change your towels everyday, they offer you water everyday and some instant coffe and tea alongside a sweet snack everyday since they do not offer breakfast. I did not expect breakfast since I knew when I booked that they don’t have it so the sweet snacks were nice and they do indeed have AMAZING breakfast places right next to the hotel

Fabio from the reception was very helpful both before and during the stay. He kindly advised on bus stops and restaurants. Spacious family room with nice atmosphere. Great location near the city centre.

The airconditioning was not strong enough for the 38C outside, so it was warm in the room. The paint was coming off the walls in the bathroom.

They have really big room, which is clean and comfortable too. One more bonus point, is the they have terrace for hanging around. Folks are really helpful. Helped us to get our taxi with in 10 min. It is located just next to the river,a nice place to go for walk. It is a value for money hotel.

Although they mentioned in the chat, they told that they have a option for breakfast, but which was not there. This is only missing point.

-Clean room & toilet with enough space -Water kettle & free cookies in the room -Luggage can be left at reception -You can buy bus tickets from the front desk (this is convenient on weekends when many tabbacherias are closed, & buying from the bus driver costs €1 more!) -Close to Rose Garden with great views of Florence and a nice park across the bridge

-You need to take buses/walk to get to the main attractions but it's not a problem with us; although it's not close to Florence SMN station (30min bus ride away), it's more conveniently located for Florence Campo Marte station -We stayed in the room close to the front desk and can sometimes hear voices echoing from the hallway

Out of ZTL area. Room was bigger then my expectation. Room & Toilet was clean. Receptionist was kind and helped us to pay parking machine. Value for money.

Unfortunately no lift. The entrance to parking lot was narrow, so our middle size car counlnd't enter there and do park in the street.

The room and facilities were clean and maintained throughout the day. We didn't benefit from the breakfast as we woke up too late however, the stay was lovely and staff members were very helpful. The Hotel is around 20 minutes from all the tourists attractions.

The only "minus" I would mention is that the walls are very thin, so you can hear everything from the hallway and other rooms.

A little bit too far away from the main attractions of the city, although of course a better location would make it more expensive. Air conditioning didn’t work in one room but was rectified for the second night.

Spacious, comfortable room. The location was great for me. It's a 20 min nice walk into the city. It's nice to stay out of the busy centre. Excellent value for money. The neighbourhood is lovely, good restaurants and bars, everything you need close at hand. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay again. Grazie!

Everything was perfect

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the reservation was spontaneous and easy, the room was nice with a beautiful ceiling. Staying here with a dog and a huge load of luggage was no problem, they also found a taxi for us and made our travel easier. The terrace was also very nice!

location at walking distance to the center of Florence, parking easy to find in the neighbourhood, air conditioning in the room. we appreciated very much the bottle of water free of charge in the fridge after a long walk in the heat
