the place is newly furnished its very beautiful and location is good. staff are friendly.

the noises on the streets were very clear in the room couldn’t sleep well the whole stay. the shower room (in the family suite) has clear door which was weird honestly since its 1 shower and 2 rooms. the living room is very small and is more like a kitchen/wardrobe not to sit and chill.

Beautiful room with amazing amenities and the most comfortable bed! The soap was amazing and the bed is the most comfortable bed I've slept on! Very good night sleep! The room was so spacious and wonderful. The communication between the accommodations was also very good. Very quick to respond and also very flexible with allowing us to leave our suitcases in the hotel early on in the day

There was a clump of hair under the pillow on the sofa. Be aware that this accommodation is far from the station. And for some reason, I couldn't call a taxi to get to the hotel; freenow, Uber and even a local taxi company that the hotel staff recommended couldn't reserve a taxi for me so we walked.

The room is big, i believe they only have suits . The location is perfect just 5-7 min walk from the centre , parking is available. And the host was super friendly and nice and helpful. The hotel is newly renovated we were one of the first customers

Location, 10mins walk down the river into Florence, or less if you take the roads behind towards the Duomo. Its clean. modern, stylish, new decor with an enormous and very comfortable bed with excellent quality linens and towels. We loved our roof terrace in Apt 9 - we could have coffee there in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening. This apt also had multiple rooms which felt spacious as we were there for 3 nights, so ideal for longer stays.

Only downside was the temperature as we visited in Oct and Italian law dictates the heating could not yet be put on. They kindly gave us an extra quilt which was sufficient but wish we had done our research and brought some warmer lounge clothes in which to sit inside. Maybe providing a blanket on the coach, or towelling robes would have made it more comfortable. They change the very lovely towels every day to prevent you having damp towels ( as towel warmer also not on), which helped but if you shower more than once a day- which we tend to, may still be a problem.

The hotel is new and the decor is luxe within the rooms. The walls are wrapped in velvet (not sure how it will wear). The room was spacious. We had beautiful views of the river and in close proximity to historical sites, restaurants, and shopping but not in the midst of the chaos. Wonderfully quiet except for the walking tour groups and weekend revelers heading out. The room came with lots of complimentary snacks and drinks. The staff were friendly and eager to assist. It's definitely a wonderful surprise.

The room was hot 🥵 and it's November. Thankfully, it was cooler outside, so having the windows open assisted in cooling the room down. The bathroom was poorly planned, though there is plenty of space available. The bidet and toilet crammed up close to the shower. The hotel is new (opened in May) but feels like it's unfinished in areas. There was no table/work space in the room (no coffee table or desk). There was a stove top but not pots and pans. It feels like the kitchen area was started not finished.

Location is excellent, especially since parking is available. It's in front of the river and walking distance to all sites. Place is new, room fantastic, and very clean. Staff was also very nice and incredibly helpful. Would surely recommend and stay again next time we visit.

The staff was exceptional. Friendly and helpful. We came in super late and they were very accommodating. The hotel is great because you can drive straight to it without entering the city which has more limitations for car access. It was recently renovated and was very comfortable. The hotel was walking distance to all the major sites in Florence.

The place was great. There were a couple "user errors" on our part. We accidentally turned on the heat rather than the air conditioner, which had been turned off for the season. Then we opened the windows for the day to cool the room. The hotel is right on the river and so a lot of mosquitoes came in. I would caution against opening your windows as there are no screens. It was unseasonably warm for November in Florence.

The staff are amazing and courteous, and the location is perfect. The rooms are clean and spacious by Florence standards. I’d definitely stay again, only in a room on a higher floor.

Unfortunately, our suite for three adults had no ventilation in the toilet, which was a bit inconvenient when showering, as steam wouldn’t dissipate unless we left the door open. Additionally, since the room was on the ground floor facing the road, opening the window at night to cool down the room felt awkward, as passersby could see inside. We had to open the window because the AC was set to heating mode only (due to authority regulations, which were beyond the hotel’s control). One improvement that would make the stay even better is offering breakfast—it would be a great addition.

The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—close to everything yet peaceful enough for a relaxing experience. I had the best room in our honeymoon. As they gave us a sweet that has a big living room and has a great space in the entrance as a dressing room and a balcony in the second floor. Above all, the decor and design of the sweet is absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed it a lot. 100% going to it again. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and so nice. The parking is also great and the cost of it was on the range of Italy parking to a lot. The location is a bit far from the center shops 12 minutes away walking but it’s very enjoyable and safe to walk. The hotel has a great view.
