the location was fabulous, far enough away from the centre for peace and queit but close enough to be in the heart of florence after a short walk . the hosts were brilliant and went above and beyond to welcome us and were good enough to book a taxi for us for our ridiculously early flight home . the room was clean and comfortable, cosy with lovely big windows. The continental breakfast was fresh and a total bonus .i will absolutely book here again on my next trip to florence .

Great location. The property is on the river, about a 10/15 minute walk to the centre or to Ponte Veccio. There is a great cafe next door and a supermaket just down the road. The property itself is an old building with large entrance hall, inside it is large and well maintained. The staff are genuinely helpful and really made the difference for us. We stayed with an infant and they were very accommodating with their support. A lot of nice choices for breakfast that are cooked the same morning include cakes.

Colour scheme of the rooms is a bit unimaginative for such a beautiful city full of culture.

Very convenient to my original lodging and near my daughter. Staff was helpful with allowing me early entry and getting a cab. Easy access with codes.

Very dated room. Safe didn’t work. Didn’t make my bed or empty trash second day. Shower needed to be painted. Several lights didn’t work. Pillows were not great. Toilet only flushed with one of the two levers.

We had a lovely stay at Sognando Firenze. Accommodation was easy to find, check in was simple and easy. The staff were lovely, welcoming and very helpful. The BnB is slightly outside of the city centre but is well located as you could easily walk everywhere. Overall a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend.

The room we had was located close to the front door, so was a bit noisy at times with people coming and going.

Barbara was so welcoming. All the staff were lovely and easy to talk to. The breakfast was really good too, lots of variety. The room was really clean and comfy. The room had air conditioning which was really nice after walks around the city! The location was really good for us but if you cant walk well then I'd say its too far for you unless your happy to take the buses. The buses were really good and quite cheap. Overall I'd really recommend this B&B, the ladies were so lovely and everything was great.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! The front desk helped us book a taxi to the airport on the morning of our departure. The room was very clean and comfy, and an excellent price. Having breakfast served every morning was also great!

This hotel is a little further from the main attractions than some may want (20 min walk), but my husband and I liked having a hotel that was a little further away because it provided for more quiet at night.

Property was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Nelle was helpful and welcoming. Clear communication about finding and entering the property was given days in advance. Good breakfast was a bonus. Lots of lovely restaurants within short walking distance. We would return.

I really enjoyed my stay overall! Very convenient location, not far away from the main tourist attractions, but not in the most crowded part. Based on reviews, I expected my room to be smaller, but it was spacious enough. I appreciated desk at room, as I needed to work. Wi-Fi was good. Stuff is amazing, very friendly and professional. Breakfasts are plain but tasty.

Check out at 10:30 was quite unexpected for me, standard time is 11:00 - 12:00. But thanks to friendly hotel stuff, I was allowed to stay a bit later.

Sognando Firenze was in an overall great location. Bus stop was right in front of the building plus there is a taxi stand about thirty feet away. Our room was large and spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast was rather good and the two women we dealt with seemed very nice...I believe a Marina and a Barbara. Barbara in particular was super friendly and funny. I did encounter one ice cold shower but overall it was quite comfortable there. If I have one negative and it's probably not fair for me to complain, one of the women told us she'd call us a taxi. As in"CALL" I had booked a $100 train at the major Florence train station. The woman used some taxi app ...the app was non responsive...even no taxis at the taxi stand. If we were simply just told prior, that getting a taxi is not a sure thing we would have taken an earlier bus and all would have been well. Instead we waited and waited while no taxi responded to the app...we ended taking a late bus and I lost over $100 in missing the train.. That aside it's a nice place to stay in a very good location.

One freezing shower, a bit oldish, bathroom floor looked rather unclean!

The owner gives detailed inidcations on the arrival and check in in the room which facilitates a lot the process. The location is very close to multiple bus lines of the city and the area is particularly convenient to explore the part of Florence along the Arno river. The quality of accommodation is in the top tier: cleanliness, decoration, space, bed. Certainly a great choice.

The room AC was a bit too cool when arrived, but could be easily reset. But I guess such big power of the AC is necessary for the hottest days of summer (it was a chilly September day in my case).
