The Location is Perfect! You are 15 minutes away from Ponte Veccio, Uffizi Museum and Palazo Veccio. Very easy to locate even if you don't have map. The room is cozy with very good air condition which is super needed in hot summer days.

If you are staying for more than 3 days know that the breakfast is very standard and you won't find any variations of what's offered. If you are looking for a Italian breakfast experience you'd probably find more options outside, but if you want something quick or maybe just a cup of coffee to start your day, it's more than enough.

the hotel is really very good. room clean, even bed and towel was changed daily. very close to the center of Florence on foot. nice staff. The croissants and sweet snacks for breakfast were the best of any hotel I've been to in Italy. The air conditioning in the room is noisy but works. There was plenty of space in the gated parking lot.

Location was great. 20 minutes walk from center. High ceilings with big Windows and good shutters. It had balcony and a bathroom was huge. It was clean. Breakfast server was good and attentive. I like that I could leave my luggage at the hotel for half a day. 24 reception, it felt secure. It's more like a 3 star hotel instead of 2 star

Breakfast was continental. It would have been good to be able to get a full breakfast or different. Could have had open bar witch they use to have.

The room was OK, a bit small, but fine. We only spent our nights there. Nothing to complain about. The gentlemen from the reception were kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good. We had the possibility to have our breakfasts outdoors in the interior yard of the hotel. The car park of the hotel is also fine. The location of the hotel is also good, it is situated at 15 minutes walking distance from the historical downtown and the famous bridge.

A very little fridge in the room would have helped. We went to Florence in the hottest days of this summer, and it would have been good to have cold drinks in the room.

Our stay at Hotel Arno Bellariva was nothing short of amazing! My opinion may be slightly biased as we got to stay in a standalone room in the backyard so can't attest to the room quality within the building. The room we stayed at was HUGE and comfortable. The AC worked well to cool the room quickly and the bathroom had just been remodeled. Felt like we had our own cottage and not a hotel room. Big surprise for us was the food court smack opposite the Hotel. It was such a lively and vibrate atmosphere just strolling through the park and exploring various eating options. The hotel is also walking distance to the various attractions in the city. Breakfast was good as well with many options to choose from. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Florence.

Nothing to complain about during our stay. It was perfect and better than expected for the price/ convenience/ location.

The location is convenient and nice, and we were so grateful to have parking available. Right by the river and an easy (~20 min) walk to sights.

The hotel is perfectly comfortable but not updated in any way. We chose this place because we really only need a place to sleep, park, and eat breakfast and was CLEAN. The room and bathroom were absolutely clean!

Nearby to most areas. Near to public transport. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Room is small, stuffy, with no functioning window & awkward bathroom/toilet. No soundproof, the noises made by the staffs & other customers can clearly be heard. The wall & window frame shaking a lot even with simple movement like opening the main door. The people walking upstairs can be heard & sounds like they are stomping their feet.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth and I was able to check-in early. Booked economy room, but was upgraded, which was nice. Breakfast was good - continental buffet. Opposite parkland area and by the river if you want to be close to that but far enough from the busy areas. Close to the market, which you can walk to in 10mins, and has fruit and veg market stall plus restaurant/cafe's with italian food.

A little bit far to walk to walk from centre on hot day but buses do operate in the area. A little bit expensive for what it is and where it is located, but apparently Florence doesn't really have a slow season and is busy all year round, so perhaps reasonable. There are no lifts, but staff will assist with luggage.

It's an ideal place to stay for those who prefer less touristy areas but from where the city center is just a twenty-minute walk away. The staff is super nice and helpful. The room was clean and equipped with everything just as stated in the description. My room had a balcony with a view onto a park at river Arno. The breakfast was delicious and varied.

Everything was perfect.

Big comfortable bed, nice breakfast with a lot of choice. Cool room even though the outside temperatures were over 30 degrees. Nice staff. The hotel is by the river Arno a nice 20-minute stroll from the city centre. Bus stops are near the hotel.

I stayed in a small single-bedded room with a huge window facing a wall. Not a good choice for someone who needs to work - there is virtually no daylight and there is not much work space. However, great place if you want to use it just for sleeping and spend the day in the city.
