Such a cute place! Clean, nicely decorated & very roomy. Loved our patio area. The staff made great cappuccinos in the morning. Good little selection for breakfast . They were really helpful in "trying" to get us cabs. But in Florence its not always possible. Would stay again . Some nice restaurants, bakeries & stores nearby .

Although we thought this place was great, we found it was always a 30 minute walk to wherever we needed to go (main city area). That's where all our meeting points were for tours, so keep that in mind. If you leave early enough, you can catch a cab at one of the cab stops about five minute walk away. But you do wait for cabs In Florence so be prepared. This has nothing to do with the hotel. They're just not readily available.

B+B Attico is in a really good location - 20/25 minute walk to the Duomo and the centre of the city. The local area has good restaurants and cafes and a really buzzy atmosphere at night. Our room was great - a good size with a terrace looking out towards the hillls and breakfast is good. Niccolo, was so friendly and helpful answering all of our questions with a smile - he was great.

We really enjoyed our stay and only had one issue during our visit. We didn't check in online in advance and you really need to do that so that you have instructions on how to access the property. We didn't have those and couldn't get in when we arrived. We spent some time trying to contact someone but when we did manage to message via Booking.com the problem was quickly solved.

So beautiful. Felt more like an air bnb than a hotel. The balcony was huge and window stretched across the room letting in the most beautiful natural light. The shower was like a spa. So heavenly. The breakfast/reception area was amazing and peaceful with the view of Florence as you eat. Best croissants I’ve ever had.

Just wish there were blankets as it was cold in the room at nights.

We stayed at B&B The Attico with my family and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent – close to the main attractions yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The highlight was the warm hospitality – the host was very welcoming, helpful with recommendations, and made us feel at home. Breakfast was fresh and a great start to the day, enjoyed on the lovely terrace with beautiful views. It was a perfect spot for our family trip, and we would happily stay here again when visiting Florence. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, family-friendly place with a personal touch.

Room and Facilities: it has all the essentials for B and B. Clean facilities, sufficient hot water, great sliding door to the balcony from the room, fast Wifi speed, easy check-in and check-out process, delicious breakfast with good variety of choices. It's located on the top floor (5/F) so you have beautiful views from the balcony! Staff: very friendly! Naomi has been very helpful! Location: It was perfect for me as my work was only 5mins away from the location. It might be slighly far from the old town Domo, but still it's well reached by foot (around 20 mins walk). Florence has those apps for ebikes and e-scooters so it's very convenient to reach the popular spots in Florence! In short, it's well worth the money!

All good!! The elevator might be small and accommodates 4 people. If you are travelling in big group or large pieces of luggage, you might need to take turns for the only elevator or walk up the stairs to 5th floor.

The place is very good, we didn't expect much for a B&B place but it has exceeded our expectations. The room was big, toilet is also big with a rain shower. Bed is also comfortable. And the view from the Terrace is beautiful, we even can see the Duomo from our Terrace.

Door sound is loud, so whenever the next room will open their room we can hear it from our room. The place is 20 minutes away from the city center but it didn't matter to us that much as the place has also shops and restaurants nearby. The button for the exit from the front door, going out of the place is not indicated. So we had a few minutes wasted trying to figure out how to exit the place. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay in B&B Attico and will consider here staying again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms and linens, awesome balcony view, central location close walk to everything and the bed was by far the most comfortable we had during our trip, lets not forget those dreamy rain showers. Staff were friendly, attentive and easy to contact. Breakfast was lovely and again, location, location, location. Thank you for an awesome travel stay, Attico team!

The only thing was I was under the impression we had booked a room with 2 single beds, ended up with one double but it was fine. As soon as I laid in it, it didn't matter anymore, we made it work. That bed was so good! Other than a few bits of late night noise, and the neighboring rooms door buzzers being loud, I have no complaints. To be expected in a city stay. Wouldn't take any points away from the stay.

BnB The Attico was an amazing stay in Florence! It was close to a lot of local shops and restaurants. You really felt like a local living in Florence. The staff had good communication regarding check in, the room was clean and overall great service. The view from outside the balcony is incredible! Breakfast was simple but had an ideal collection of the essentials that helps you not have to worry about having to organize the first meal of the day. It was relatively close to public transport but there is a little walking to be done to get to the hotel. The location was great to access all of Florence main attractions and it really is so easy to walk down any street and find a beautiful bistro, restaurant, pizzeria or a gelato place.

The lift can be quite small so please be aware of bringing too much luggage. The lift had no problem when we used it.

We had a lovely stay at the B & B Attico. A small establishment with a communal area where a lovely breakfast is served each morning by a host. Extremely clean and modern rooms with a balcony overlooking the city. Situated on a road with plenty of eateries around and only a 15 minute walk straight down to the centre of Florence. The walk to the centre passes lots of restaurants, The breakfast host is extremely friendly and obliging with any questions. A perfect location for vising beautiful Florence. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Everything was great!

Once you get the hang of Florence as a city, you realize the accommodation is not far from the buzzing downtown - about 20 minutes of walk which can be nice after a pasta dinner :). The breakfast is good value for money, you can take it in between 8 and 10 AM, freshly baked croissants, jam, ham, and cheese - like a simple standing breakfast. The kindness of the staff was outstanding (Christine), she accommodated all our questions and wishes and they even prepared a surprise for my mom's birthday after I asked them to help, they got her flowers for the next day. As long as rooms go ours was clean, spacious, and comfy for 2 people with a cute balcony and Tuscany view (just as pictured).

Nothing much comes to mind as we did not have problems during our stay. Maybe a tip: Beware of sending your travel documents and data for online check-in a couple of days before your stay to make it easier on yourself.
