This was such a cozy hotel that was absolutely beautiful. Going on the Terrace at sunrise or sunset is absolutely a must do if you're staying here as you get a gorgeous view of the whole city. The hotel kindly upgraded us too.

Parking was really challenging. The front desk helped a ton by allowing us to temporarily park in the front so that we could take our stuff up to our room but there was never any parking in the lot we had to park about 5-10 minutes away for the duration of our stay. We only stayed one night I believe and we had two separate instances where the key cards did not work and we had to trek all the way back from our room to the lobby to get another key card

Great AC, Clean, comfortable beds and bathrooms, good breakfast options (you have to pay) Location was also great. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The bathrooms were a little dated and the shower is small. Only being picky here.

We loved this hotel, the Bedroom was spacious, with a huge comfy bed and nicely decorated. The hotel itself was stylish and the roof garden was worth a visit. The staff were very helpful and the breakfasts were fantastic. That said it may not be suitable for people who find difficulty walking.

Only one thing for us the bathroom door had dropped and scraped the floor when using it, But hey that's almost insignificant and to be honest we forgot to mention it to the staff it was so minor, That said, access to our room involved negotiating stairs and a relatively long trek past various rooms. The hotel is located away from the main sights so for those less able to walk easily/far it may not be a good choice. But for us none of that really mattered.

Lovely Boutique hotel with friendly staff who were extremely helpful whenever we needed them. Upon checking in they gave us a map and highlighted a few "must go to spots" and showed us that basically everything was within a 15 - 20 minute walk from the hotel. They also gave us some great food recommendations. The room were nice and clean and we loved that there was always iced water available at the reception. (Florence was very warm because we went in June). Even though check-out was at 11am, my flight was at 330pm and they were very generous to allow me late checkout at 1pm. Perhaps they had extra availability at the time but it was still peak season and we were extremely appreciative.

Although Florence is a relatively small city, if you want to be near the touristy stuff, it is slightly further out than certain other options. It basically meant an extra 5 minute walk which would normally be fine but because we went in June it was really hot (35 degrees on certain days). But besides that no complaints.

Huge difference between this hotel and more "standard" European hotels.... first time in 2 weeks we had an elevator for heavy luggage, a staffed and very friendly front desk, and willing accomplices in placing surprise champagne in the room! This was a fabulous way to end our trip and feel very special. The staff were outgoing and caring and offered a lot of great suggestions. The location is very walkable to everything. Breakfast is very good and plentiful. Can't say enough great things about the gentleman at the front desk!!

OK, so it's pricey, Like 3x of our other hotels BUT we had a private terrace with a view over all of Florence, and the room was huge. Other hotels were dark, unhelpful and absent when questions arose, plus we had to haul luggage up flights of stairs without assistance, and mostly in the dark since they don't seem to illuminate unused areas.

Amazing roof top terrace! We had wine there during sunset one night (wine conveniently bought from the hotel shop), and brought a shop-bought sandwich and coffee from our room one morning. Don't know if it was because it was slightly off season, but very few people used the space so it was nice and quiet. Spacious and light room (de luxe room) with comfortable beds. Very helpful and kind staff. Aircon. Nice and clean. Very luxurious feeling overall!

Some issues with the drains, meaning the bathtub drained very slowly after showers, also the toilet made klucking noises when the room above us flushed their toilet. The location is a bit off, meaning you always have a 20-30min walk to get to most of the popular places. But not a problem if you're only there for a few nights (and/or don't mind the walk). Aircon seemed hard to adjust, we changed from 19 degrees to 24 but didn't notice a difference!

The location of the hotel is superb, offering convenient access to various points of interest and essential amenities. Additionally, the availability of supermarkets and restaurants nearby enhances the convenience for guests, making it easy to pick up any necessities. The accessibility of the hotel is another major plus, ensuring that guests can navigate their surroundings without any hassle. A standout feature of my stay was the hotel's personnel, whose excellent service and hospitality were evident throughout. The internet connectivity at the hotel deserves special mention for its great speed.

The breakfast offered, priced at €13 per person, did not quite meet my expectations in terms of value for money and variety. Additionally, the lack of discounts for junior kids was a slight disappointment, as such concessions can make a significant difference for families traveling with children.

The hotel is very nice, has a great looking interior with classic white and accents of gold and pink. The staff was very kind and helpful. Also the location of the hotel is excellent, near the historical center of Firenze. From there to the Dome, it will take like 15 minutes walk distance and on the way you will see the most viewed attractions and a lot of suvenir shops and restaurants. We will return for sure here

The bathtub had a small issue with the drain, some of the lights in the room were not working. But those are not important and for sure it was only a particular situation. We really enjoyed our stay here

Convenient to everything restaurants shopping and tour pickups. Staff was very friendly and stored our luggage for us. They upgraded our room and were helpful with suggestions for us! They had fresh water with lemons upon arrival. We had a large room/suite with a view. Only thing backward was tub/shower was surrounded by glass so open to the whole room which is different!!! Having family/friends be able to see you in the shower is not exactly comforting 😂

Wonderful staff. They are extremely helpful, always smiling, friendly, just great! Carlota is the best! The terrace is so charming and has a great view. Having a wine there after walking around beautiful Firenze is so relaxing! The honest bar is great! Rooms are clean, cozy and great space. I loved it!

Nothing in particular. Everything was wonderful. I just think the breakfast location should have more light, it is a little dark.
