We are very happy that we chose this hotel... wonderful, in every way! Excellent breakfast, rich, with everything! Clean room and bathroom, very well equipped with absolutely everything necessary (I highlight the quality cosmetics, specifically Florentine - liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel, and yes, ladies, intimate shower gel!)! Very clean linen, immaculate white, comfortable beds and pillows! Kind staff, with a smile on their faces, made our stay more beautiful. BRAVO, congratulations to the entire hotel team, you do a wonderful job!

I have a small suggestion...mosquito nets on the windows would be necessary...that way, everything would be PERFECT! * The garage fee is a bit high, but the car was in a safe, supervised place!

We had a great stay at this hotel in Florence. The room size was quite reasonable, even after adding a crib for our baby, it still felt comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, which was a big plus during the July heat. Toiletries provided were adequate, and we appreciated having a kettle with tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of variety: a good selection of cheese, butter, jam, and yogurt, along with fresh fruit and juice, plus a coffee machine for fresh coffee. Overall, a very good experience!

The location was a bit far from the city center, and the nearest bus station was about a 10-minute walk away. This made getting around a bit less convenient, especially with a baby. Additionally, there was construction work on the street near the hotel, which affected travel times and made the walk to the station even longer.

I've booked the hotel mainly because of the breakfast recommendations and I was not disappointed- the choice was huge, included gluten-free & vegetarian options, freshly squeezed juices and smoothies. Big beautiful two floor areas to have your breakfast and not feeling squeezed in. Rooms are superb- no holes in the walls or dirty bathroom ventilators. Getting clean sheets and room tidy up every day. Fully equipped bathroom (if I've known earlier I wouldn't be carrying shower gels etc through the airports) and a safe. We had a small maintenance issue and we got a maintenance team member send to our room within 5min of making a call at 8 o'clock at night. Superb service. There is a park opposite the hotel facing the river. It was my go to location to read my book in the sun (you can also get an alcoholic/ non alcoholics drinks there).

We could have a had a better view from our window (we were in the South Wing) but we were out most of the time so it didn't bother us this much. Felt very private as well. Hotel is a 20min walk from the city centre so if you aren't a walker it might not be right for you.

This was our second stay in this hotel, and it was excellent. The staff, especially the Front Desk Manager, were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a small issue with our room, and they resolved it very quickly. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of packaged items that ensured hygiene, and it was impressively rich for Italy, including gluten-free options and high-quality branded products. The location is very close to the city center, and the hotel also offers parking and EV charging facilities, which is a great convenience.

The rooms are comfortable, modern and clean. The bed was ideal for me for a good night sleep. I would give this hotel a rating 10 out of 10, but I lost one piece of luggage, most probably in the hotel and my review do not reflect the quality of the hotel as a facility. I particilarly liked the free shuttle to the center of Florence.

The staff did not react promptly when I reported that one backpack is missing from my luggage and did not give us enough assistance. They treated me as I have lost something on the street, not in the hotel.

The hotel was clean and modern. The air conditioning in the room was excellent and appreciated. It is situated on the river and well within walking distance of all the major sites. The selection available at the breakfast buffet was excellent and suited all tastes. We went half board and the dinner on the evening was a generous 3 course meal. One just paid for extras like drinks. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and super attentive and efficient.

We booked for 5 nights and although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay perhapse a variety in the dinner menu would have been great. The only mirror was in the bathroom. A mirror in the bedroom would have been useful to apply my makeup while my partner showed.

A lovely location for a hotel, just outside the actual Hubub of the city, with a lovely park opposite who do great breakfasts. Room was lovely, facilities to match. Very Clean too, up to expectations of a hotel rated as such as this one.

Aircon was 'Broken' throughout the hotel, which i didn't believe since the other 2 hotels i stayed in on this trip told me theirs was just switched off due to it not being hot season. the room got very very hot and almost unbearable to sleep in due to the heat.

During our brief stay in Florence, we were warmly welcomed by Barbara at check-in. She was gracious, attentive, and ensured our family was accommodated with the most suitable rooms in a timely manner. Her professionalism, coupled with her personable nature, elevated our experience and set a refined tone for the remainder of our stay. Barbara embodies the spirit of true hospitality.

Perhaps I missed it, but during my stay I did not come across a convenience store on the property.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and bathroom was well equipped, supplied with everything that you would need. Good selection at breakfast and for evening meal, half-board option very good value. Good location for visiting the "must sees" in Florence!

Room was very hot, was told it's not possible to have A/C as this had been turned off. Room was extremely noisy if window was open, as adjacent to a very busy road. No English speaking TV channels, though this was resolved by reception.
