I've booked the hotel mainly because of the breakfast recommendations and I was not disappointed- the choice was huge, included gluten-free & vegetarian options, freshly squeezed juices and smoothies. Big beautiful two floor areas to have your breakfast and not feeling squeezed in. Rooms are superb- no holes in the walls or dirty bathroom ventilators. Getting clean sheets and room tidy up every day. Fully equipped bathroom (if I've known earlier I wouldn't be carrying shower gels etc through the airports) and a safe. We had a small maintenance issue and we got a maintenance team member send to our room within 5min of making a call at 8 o'clock at night. Superb service. There is a park opposite the hotel facing the river. It was my go to location to read my book in the sun (you can also get an alcoholic/ non alcoholics drinks there).

We could have a had a better view from our window (we were in the South Wing) but we were out most of the time so it didn't bother us this much. Felt very private as well. Hotel is a 20min walk from the city centre so if you aren't a walker it might not be right for you.

A lovely location for a hotel, just outside the actual Hubub of the city, with a lovely park opposite who do great breakfasts. Room was lovely, facilities to match. Very Clean too, up to expectations of a hotel rated as such as this one.

Aircon was 'Broken' throughout the hotel, which i didn't believe since the other 2 hotels i stayed in on this trip told me theirs was just switched off due to it not being hot season. the room got very very hot and almost unbearable to sleep in due to the heat.

The hotel was clean and modern. The air conditioning in the room was excellent and appreciated. It is situated on the river and well within walking distance of all the major sites. The selection available at the breakfast buffet was excellent and suited all tastes. We went half board and the dinner on the evening was a generous 3 course meal. One just paid for extras like drinks. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and super attentive and efficient.

We booked for 5 nights and although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay perhapse a variety in the dinner menu would have been great. The only mirror was in the bathroom. A mirror in the bedroom would have been useful to apply my makeup while my partner showed.

The hotel is nice, breakfast was fine, good location, nice walk along the river to the city centre and back, we enjoyed it, although if you are very tired or if it is very hot outside it might seem a bit too far.

Generally we do not have issues with pillows, but the pillows ere too big and too hard. We remember better sleeping. Parking in hotel's garage might be free of charge.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and bathroom was well equipped, supplied with everything that you would need. Good selection at breakfast and for evening meal, half-board option very good value. Good location for visiting the "must sees" in Florence!

Room was very hot, was told it's not possible to have A/C as this had been turned off. Room was extremely noisy if window was open, as adjacent to a very busy road. No English speaking TV channels, though this was resolved by reception.

In a great location. Modern comfortable hotel. Spotlessly clean with excellent staff. Anything we asked from reception they facilitated us.

Breakfast was good but at 9.50 they started to clear the breakfast and they told everyone that breakfast finished at 10 and they stuck rigidly to it. It felt rushed as they hurried around taking plates off the table as we ate. We also had an evening meal here. It was quite expensive and service slow. We waited 15 mins for a bottle of water and wine and had to ask again.

Breakfast was perfect. Location is 15 min walking distance to historical city center. Parking space was available downstairs and location was out of ztl zone. Staff were professional.

Entrance ramp had steep slope and not suitable for baby stroller. Air conditioner was noisy. 4 bed family room (602) had 1 large double bed but two sofa beds! We expected 2 single beds not sofa beds. Room floor and beds needed renovation. Hair shampoo, body gel and hand washing liquid were all identical liquid but in different containers! Baby cot was too old and nit so clean.

Room was basic, but clean, bathroom quite spacious, looks like recently renovated. Maybe some additional furniture in the bathroom would be a good idea. Everyone at the reception was extremely helpful and kind. Plenty of choices at the breakfast, nothing to complain. Regarding the parking - there’a spacious underground garage, prices as any garage in Florence. The only unusual thing - the price of the garage is by the size of the car. But again, as anywhere in Florence. Walking distance to the historic centre. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Bathtub, comfortable room, friendly staff There is vegan food for breakfast, such as vegan prosciutto, soya pudding, soya yoghurt, vegan cheese, but one has to explicitely ask for it.

One has to explicitely ask for vegan breakfast. Was there for a conference and during a coffee break was told all the foods on one tray was vegan. Luckily they were in their original packaging and I know enough Italian to understand ingredient lists. Of the 3 products on that tray, one contained eggs, and one milk. When it comes to vegan conference lunch options, only on one day out of 3 there was a dish with enough protein (legumes). The wall sockets didn't work when the key card is not in the slot, my laptop would die every day while I was out of the room. Then I managed to lock myself out of the room because I forgot the card in the slot. Got another key card luckily. I understand you want lights off but wall sockets should work all the time.
