The guy who checked us in was super nice and helpful. He gave us great tips on where to go in Florence, which made our trip so much easier. The breakfast was simple but good enough to get our day started. The place itself isn't fancy, but it's a great deal for the price

The stay was very pleasant, we were a group of three friends travelling to Florence. The breakfast was good and delicous. The staff there were very polite and helpful, they do not speak English but try to communicate using google translate which I found awesome.

The bathrooms can be improved a bit like soap holders on the walls, the shower doors in our room was not closing fully so the water spilled out a bit. However these are minor improvements, overall the stay was pleasant.

Location was fantastic, the staff were friendly and the place was clean. We enjoyed the breakfast that was provided. The staff were very helpful, the owner spoke English and called us a taxi when needed.

The bedroom had floor tiles that were very old and need to be maintained as it didn’t feel safe to walk on some areas.

The property was on the 5th floor with no lift. I have a mobility problem and would not have booked this hotel had I known.

Yuri is a fantastic guy. He made everything to ensure we had a great time in Florence. They have a 24h coffe and tea machine for free. We got great advices on what to do while in Florence. The breakfast is a good plus that made the experience much more convenient for us. The hotel is close enought to the main attractions so you can visit walking, but far enought that you don't hear noises from the main areas.

Sometime in the morning was loud sound from the street

The staff were so helpful and friendly! We felt at home. Gave great city walk information. Good morning coffee. Due to an incident in Pisa we had a very late check in and the staff waited for us and reached out via WhatsApp.

The stairs to the entrance are a lot and uncomfortable with luggage. Very basic accommodation.
