Great location and price. The host was really nice and provided some good recommendations around the place. The fact that they have umbrellas available for guests is wonderful, really thoughtful. Even though I didn’t book it with breakfast, there were some biscuits available and that was really nice too. The bathroom had a good size and it was clean. The shower area was spacious too. The bed was comfortable and ar conditioning worked perfectly.

Let’s say that they have an elevator but I never thought an elevator could be that small. It literally only fits 1 person and maybe you will be able to carry your small luggage. We ended up carrying it all upstairs using the stairs. I know I booked with external private bathroom, but I didn’t like it. This one is my fault, but thought I’d mention it for the next travellers. Still about the bathroom, as it’s private only you have the keys to use it. This is hard to explain but the keyhole is the bathroom was loose. It was like if I had to insert the key and search for the open/close system with the key. I was afraid of getting stuck inside the bathroom a few times.

Such a cute space, hosts are very helpful and kind, walking distance to so many tourists highlights as well as food options that you can see the locals frequent as well as tourists. Easy to get to via bus from the station and if you like riding e-scooters you can park right out the front so it makes getting around very convenient. They provide a little tea, coffee and snacks section which is thoughtful.

We like to stock up on a few groceries, snacks etc. there's only 1 small bar fridge that's in the shared space, no cutlery other than teaspoons. Have to be comfortable climbing stairs as the lift is extremely slow (you can climb 5 storeys much faster) and tiny it's only worth it for sending luggage. Double bed was 2 singles pushed together but ours kept coming apart in the middle

I loved everything, the communication, welcome... the taste and depth of accommodation, filled with class, books, wood... it was cosy, with wonderful hospitality. We slept well and the room was perfect with everything we needed. Laura was a beautiful soul her warmth made us feel assured from the start. The host was accommodating and gave us a warm welcome treating us to some biscuits and tea. She even showed us her terraza, which has a wonderful view of the city. It would have been nice if we had access to that part anytime during our stay. The host also allowed us to store our luggage after checkout while we had our final stroll around the city.

The place was a 25-minute walk from the main train station. With the condition of the roads and side walks in Florence, and with tourists like us who bring several luggage, it felt much further and tiresome. At night, the place is a bit shady. The elevator, as mentioned in her description, was working but really slow and barely fits one person and a luggage.

Warm welcoming hello from the host. Easy instructions for getting in and out of the property with all the keys etc. Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and hot shower with great water pressure. Plenty of towels and free showering gel. Hairdryer available. Table and chairs in the room and plenty of storage. Wide opening windows. Free cakes/tea/coffee on the table, water in the fridge, kettle etc.

Slight thin walls so we could hear other rooms. Not much English from the host but he tried very hard and it’s my issue as I didn’t speak much Italian either.

The host was very nice. The place itself is small but cute. I mean, now much are you actually in there when traveling in Italy, ya know? The bed was comfortable. The AC worked well. The only thing I would say is that she did not give us any check in information, so her and I had a little bit of trouble getting us in. But knowing now, just call her whatsapp number and she will let you in and everything!

Had communal area with kettle and snacks. It was quiet. Room had a TV as did the communal area. Not far from a laundromat.

Communication a bit of a problem since the gentleman who checked us in did not live there and we did not get a response to messages, but later we did speak to a nice woman who lived upstairs and she addressed our concerns (needed another roll of toilet paper). Room itself was very small and our bathroom was down the hall (not shared).

Breakfast: No breakfast is offered, but in the central room of the B&B everything is ready to prepare coffee and tea and there was also a bowl of fresh fruit for self-service. Room: From our room we had a wonderful view of the top of the dome of Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Air-conditioning works very well, which is especially important during the heat periods that are not uncommon in Florence in the summer. Location: The B&B is located in the historical part of Florence, yet away from the zone with the tourist crowds. Extremely quiet location above the narrow streets of the old town. The famous places are within a few minutes walking distance. Numerous small cafes and restaurants nearby.

This B&B was amazing! The rooms were immaculately clean and the style of the rooms felt so homely and welcoming! It was also in a very central location. Easy access to transport, ie train station, buses, trams. Also very close by to all the big landmarks in Florence, like the Duomo and Uffizi Gallery

There is 1 elevator in the building, but it is quite slow. It's easier to haul your luggage up on the stairs. But there is about 3 flights of stairs to get through, so it can be difficult if you have heavy luggage (like we did).

Communication with owner was very easy and fast and she was super nice and accommodating, the place was clean and pretty, the bed was really comfortable and the unit had a/c and a beautiful view. The location was close to transit and walkable distance to the main sites in the historic area of the city.

The stairs and fact that the elevator is tiny and you can only fit small luggage or only 1 person can use it each time.
