Great location with lots going on literally outside the hotel's door. You could turn down any of the streets outside the door to find shopping, dining and sightseeing. We found a great place to grab lunch close by and we went there when we didn't have much time. The rooms were a bit spartan but very clean, large and well-maintained. The exposed beams in the ceilings give you a glimpse of the hotel's past. There are two rooftop verandas with fantastic views of the city and they're ideal for catching the sunrise/sunset. Breakfast is cold but they have two coffee machines that work well and a wide spread of available foods.

There's no eating allowed in the rooms (understandable) but also no eating allowed in the breakfast area outside of the two-hour breakfast period. That's not ideal since it can be quite hot in Florence and it's nice to be able to sit down in the air conditioned breakfast area with takeout food from nearby. Without that option it can be hard to find a place to sit with the food sold to be eaten out of your hands (think pizza, wraps, sandwiches) and so many tourists sitting in the few available places. Also you don't want to sit in the hot sun while eating so again, it would be nice to be allowed to eat in the breakfast area.

The property was conveniently located within steps of everything frequently visited. It gave old works Tuscan vibes and still very clean. Within the property it was very quiet, safe and private. The water was always hot and the pressure was perfect. Davide and the rest of the staff were incredibly professional, kind and courteous. He even arranged our taxi for our departure. The outdoor patio was a beautiful introduction to our stay in Florence, as you can see the entire town from the view.

The breakfast was ok, we had a few mosquitos in our room from the open windows and there is a little bit of noise from the nearby bars below us. Nothing that would deter me from staying there again.

View was great and location the BEST you can imagine. Super close to 'everything'.

Directions to parking were HORRIBLE - - - we almost cancelled as it wasn't clear how to access the NZTL area and get to parking garage. So you know, you CAN enter the NZTL and then go to the City Parking (name of garage) just a few hundred feet from Palazzo Graziani and they register your car with the City so it doesn't get fined and then park it for you and bring it back when you notify them by phone about an hour before you need the car. This was never explained to us and we spent 2 hours & 10 minutes (not kidding) trying to get this handled. The reception finally text us the information as their phone was not answering and I found an old text from them. Other than this HORRIBLE situation, we'd stay again as the LOCATION is amazing.

The property was “old school” Italian right in the heart of Firenze. The staff at check-in were gracious and helpful. We quickly were assigned our room for the next three days, given our room key and we were all set. The rooms are quaint, a tad small but it’s Europe so it was expected. The WC/shower was clean and able to accommodate us both. Being a B&B, the breakfasts each morning were scrumptious and filled with a variety of items sure to please every taste. The coffee machine made the best cappuccinos! Now let’s talk about the view. What an incredible view of the Duomo (Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore) from the roof top vista. The sunsets and sunrises made this an epic vacation. We highly recommend B&B Palazzo Graziani !!

Great location. Love the building it used to be a palace. Would love to know more of it’s history. Breakfast was great. Staff very professional and helpful.

Overly modern rooms. The clean towels were so high on a shelf you had to perch upon the toilet seat to reach them. Was told we couldn’t eat or drink anything except water in our room at the request of the owners. However there was a kettle, tea bags, sugar, mugs and a small refrigerator!

Good location near all highlights; good dome view from terrace ; decent breakfast.

After checking in we entered to room and I found only a sheet on the bed no blankets so I asked, one staff came in and opened closet using her feet touching a quilt blanket to show us there was a blanket, her attitude was kind of rude and I asked to give us a clean one, they provided another one but this clean blanket also smelled bad.

Gorgeous building and great location. Rooms were pretty modern and very clean. Air conditioner worked well. Great views of the dome and city from the terrace. Breakfast was similar to most breakfasts in Italy.

We arrived into Florence and wanted to drop our luggage off around noon. The door was locked and we tried to buzz the hotel as well as call the provided number. I sent them a message asking if there was any way we could drop off our luggage, didn’t hear back. We ended up going for lunch with our suitcases and bags and then went back to the hotel at 3pm. So a heads up - get in touch with the hotel a few days earlier to arrange for a luggage drop off

Our stay at Palazzo Graziani was great. We received lots of information upon check-in and staff were all very nice. Our favorite part of the stay here was the rooftop terrace which looks out at the city of Florence. The breakfast was great and had a lot of options/variation. The staff were aware of my allergies and were able to recommend safe foods for me. They allowed us to store our luggage after check-out which was very convenient. The building itself is a historical 17th century palazzo and the room reflected its Florentine charm.

The location was very central to tourist attractions with lots of food and drinks establishments close by. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were really clean and comfortable and both spacious. We were lucky and had a room with a view of the street that joins the hotel's street so it was quite nice. We were there at Xmas time so lovely lights everywhere. The breakfast was very generous and it was so great to be able to go out on the viewing platsforms for the amazing view of the Duomo and surrounds.

Very friendly staff and the building is beautiful. Great room with a mural on the ceiling and stunning views from the terrace nearby. Better than expected breakfast too. Great location, plenty to do nearby and close to the Duomo etc.

The only real drawback was that there is no bar and they do not allow you to have food or drink in your room or in the communal areas. This is a real shame as the roof terrace is incredible and would have been such a nice spot to have a glass of wine in the afternoon/evening.
