- building is very near the Dome - 5min walking time from the Dome - security was good, front gate, was automated - nobody disturbes you - living in an old historical building - new experience for me and my wife - fridge was present, balcony was present - bath was very clean - daily changed towels and took out the garbage - breakfast - HAM, Salami, Cheese, Butter, Croissants, Muffins, Tea, Coffee, Water, Orange Juice, Yogurt, Nutella, Cornfleaks. - Mini Supermarkets near the building. - AC works preety good - map of Firenze is at the reception desk, helful for us... - the guest gives you very good instructions so you can not fail entering your room

- no elevator - but I knew it from the start - but doing this 3-4 times a day, is like doing Cardio at the gym - small screen TV in the room, but a good thing that it was smart tv - the balcony is small and is in the backyard, so you see nothing - take sleepers with you, you will need them... - if you want to talk to somebody, during the day, nobody is there, but you can talk to them via Whatsapp

Excellent customer service. We had to check in incredibly late due to a change in schedules and the host was very understanding and helped us with every step of the way. Functional room. We didn't get one of the rooms shown in the pictures with the ornate decor but it was really nicely equipped and with modern appliances. Perfectly good breakfast. We booked the room with breakfast included and it was a small but quite nice selection of food. The best part for me was the freshly ground coffee.

Perfect location, in the center of all the tourist interests, yet in a calm building, great helpful staff, beautiful room. Breakfasts were nice. Big thanks for the possibility of keeping there the luggage on the departure day. (Only one tiny minus for the shower head, which is only as a plate on the ceiling. Not handy for woman personal hygiene..)

Place was much more than we expected. We booked this one, however we talked it out they offered a better one and tranferred us to a Domus Ufuzzi. Location was phenomenal, in center of the city and everything was within a walking distance. Place was incredibly clean, communication amazing. Highly recommend.

Location is very close to the Duomo, so walking distance from almost everything! Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are beautiful!

Our room had a private external bathroom which was not so convenient, but I think all other rooms had private internal bathrooms. Overall this would not stop me from staying there as the location is still perfect!

The decor was very pretty and pink!!! Provided everything that we needed. The bathroom was modernised while keeping the original style of the room.

Big climb to the hotel on the top floor, but that wasn’t something that the hotel could help. Perhaps may be an issue for accessibility for those who need it.

It is a safe location. The people on was comfortable. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff.

It’s on the 4th floor. Lots of stairs. The staff is not always on the premises.

The hotel was in a great location with all the lovely site’s of Florence within walking distance. It was so lovely to wake up to the sound of the church bells and the singing of birds.

The only thing that would have made this holiday perfect was that they could have put some milk in our room for making tea and coffee.

Check in staff were helpful and hilarious. The rooms have a kettle and English Tea and I was given a jug of milk for my stay. 6 minutes walk from the Duomo and on a major bus route.

Latest check out was 8pm it seemed. The clothes steamer (iron) was obviously designed by a man who had never ironed!
