Very comfortable room in a fabulous historic building which is a short walk from all the major attractions. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower great. There are a few steps to the rooms which are obviously old so you have to be a little careful but as long as you turn on the lights you’ll be ok. I’ve read in some of the previous reviews that it’s noisy, I wouldn’t say it was at all, however, if you’re a very light sleeper take ear plugs. My only very minor complaint (and it is very minor) is that our room could have had some drinking glasses (even plastic ones) and a couple more coffee mugs (see very minor!) it’s not 5 star but we had a very comfortable stay at this quaint historic building. Lastly I must mention the staff who were very helpful and friendly.

The location was great. Right in the middle of all of the great spots with walking distance to everything. The room. Was well presented at first glance.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the slates on the bed were broken meaning it dipped near the head. The pillows were very uncomfortable with very little cushion. The shower was good pressure but old and mould in spots. The bathroom smelt of urine sometimes and the noise from the people walking above you in the room was awful at night.

Great location, within 5-10 minutes walk you are at all the main sites. Lovely building and nicely furnished room. Large bed and great shower! Receptionist gave us a list of restaurants that were recommended and the ones we tried from the list were all good!

The bed was very soft and the pillows also felt very old and flat. The room was a little smaller than it appeared in the pictures, particularly the bathroom.

It was a great location, close to all the main tourist attractions. Check-in was easy as the management have an office on the ground floor of the building and the lady who checked us in was very helpful & friendly. The room was very spacious & there was a good supply of towels at our disposal.

There were only a couple of tea cups & mugs in the room. It would have been great to have a few small plates. Overall though it was great for a couple of nights stay.

The apartment was in a wonderful quiet part of the city. The location was convenient to many of the sites. Your staff is fabulous and were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Thank you.

Great Location for Sightseeing, Dinner or Shopping. Perfect Place to reach everything By foot! A room in a beautiful historic building :) Outside lots of restaurants But during the night it was very quiet in the room. Tipp: parking the Car in Garage Bargello (ca 150m away)

There was a lot of mold inside the shower and the Plaster Fell from the ceiling while taking a shower :(

Great Location. Nice shabby chic interior. Great building security.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. With no fitted sheet by the morning we were sleeping on the matress.

We had an amazing time. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The building is 500 Yeats old and gorgeous. The shower was large and good pressure. The walk in closet in the Giotto room was amazing.

The bed broke causing uncomfortable sleep and the key collection not being at site.
