Wonderful location within walking distance to all major sights in the city. Easy to reach the hotel from the airport (or vice versa) with the tramway. Stable wi-fi and a good variety at breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were on the top floor and it took quite a while to get hot water in the shower (but once it started, there was plenty of it, no worries!). My partner found the mattress too hard and would have loved extra sheets.

a comfortable and relaxing stay in the heart of Florence. Location is ideal with access to all major attractions in less than 20 min walk. If travelling by car, the Borghese Art Palace is an excellent choice with premium parking located right next door. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was a highlight with a broad array of choices. Highly recommended for a rewarding stay in Florence.

The air conditioning was less than ideal. Florence was experiencing a very serious heat wave during our stay.

Very beautiful hotel, conveniently located to restaurants, attractions, laundromat. Very helpful staff. My wife fell sick and the staff helped her to see a doctor immediately. Would stay here again.

It would be great if they had room service or a hotel bar or restaurant. Also they do not have laundry service due to low demand.

Excellent location to explore the city, and down a back street so is away from the crowds. Easy to get to and great for the train/tram and bus links.

Breakfast was ok. The scrambled eggs and bacon could have been better, but there were several alternatives for breakfast.

Everything was perfect!! The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was rich and delicious, people at the reception very helpfull and the locacion was superb!! I will choose again this hotel if i visit Florence!!

Location was perfect. Walking distance to all the major attractions. Lots of good restaurants close by. Staff very friendly and helpful. One tiny misunderstanding about a taxi on our departure day was resolved really well by the team at reception. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.

We had a family room with kitchen. There was plenty of space. The breakfast was good and included eggs and meat. The staff was helpful and booked us a taxi for airport. We had to leave at 5:00 am so it was nice to have a hotel desk member in the morning to greet us.

This hotel is CENTRALLY located within walking distance of many of the main city attractions. The rooms are well appointed. Fantastic air con that worked throughout my stay. A very generous breakfast that provided a diverse selection to start your day. The hidden gem is the cellar wellness centre: gym, steam room, sauna , jacuzzi and massage area. A must to soothe your tired feet after a long day of exploring. The building is a blend of modern furnishings, modern art exhibit housed in palace of the nobility from many centuries ago. Many thanks to Fillipo, Lucrezia , Chiara and the rest of the superb reception team to ensured that my stay was just perfect! I would certainly stay here on my next visit, moreso now that I know that the hotel also has a fully furnished apartment as an option for my stay!
