Amazing. We had a 5-night stay and it was amazing. The building is old (est 1200 Albizi Palace) but inside is all renovated for comfort, yet keeping the charm. We just loved it. We got the room with the terrace. We had a balcony and could see the Duomo from the bed. Then upstairs was the terrace for another view of the Duomo. Great location with good restaurants just downstairs. Floors have high ceilings, and the room is very clean. The bed is comfy. There was a walking closet and an elevator. The staff is super nice and accommodating.

That we had to leave! Really, nothing could be more than this.

Residenzia d'Epoca Visacci is an great place to stay. The location was excellent, very central on the second floor of a old beautiful building. From the bedroom and the small balcony we had the view to the Dome, amazing!! Although the place is so central, we did not hear any noise. Our suite with terrasse was according to the pictures on the webpage, spotless clean, every day service, including goodies for breakfast. The Donatella is a Super Host . She will book restaurants for you give you suggestions where to find what ... She is always very eager to help and make the stay in Florence the best possible. Highly recommended! We feel lucky to have found this place and will certainly be back.

Residenza d'Epoca Visacci is in a perfect location to explore the city, all of the major galleries, museums and monuments are within walking distance and there is an abundance of great restaurants and cafes near by. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is Donatella. She is by far the most gracious and accommodating host we’ve ever encountered. Always available, whether by message or in person at the reception. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warmth and attentiveness are what make this place special.

A Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Florence This accommodation exceeded all my expectations! It’s perfectly located – just a two-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo and close to all the main attractions in Florence. The room was incredibly fresh and clean, with a balcony and a beautiful view of the garden. Despite the central location, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels, clean sheets, and even restocking of the minibar – something we hadn’t expected. Our host Donatella was there every day and took amazing care of her guests. I truly want to highlight her hospitality. She welcomed us with a big smile and immediately offered to help me with my suitcase – something that really impressed me. A kind, elegant young woman who genuinely cares about her guests. My wife and I had a wonderful week in Florence, and staying at this place made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back!

From the moment our booking was made the property was in contact with us for any questions that we had. Upon arrival, we were met by the lovely Donatella who made sure that we were happy and if we needed any reservations/recommendations. The room was perfect with a gorgeous view of the Duomo. Close to everything but so quiet and peaceful in your room. A great grocery store right across the street. The location was central to everything. We found an amazing gym, Florence Fitness, that let you buy day passes. All the sights were within walking distance. We were so sad to leave Donatella and our beautiful spot in Firenze.

The apartment has an unbeatable location — right in the historic center, just a 5-minute walk from the Duomo. It’s set in a beautifully maintained historic building, which even has an elevator a rare luxury in this kind of architecture. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious and features a stunning terrace with direct views of the Duomo. The mini fridge is restocked daily with juice, water, breakfast snacks, wine, and beer such a thoughtful touch. Everything you need is provided, and the place is spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping. The staff is truly exceptional — always ready to help with anything you might need. The host, Donatella, is extremely warm and friendly. I had an early check-out and a late flight, and she kindly stored my luggage and even helped me arrange a taxi. I felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for. I will absolutely be returning — for the location, the comfort of the apartment, and above all, the perfect hospitality. A 10/10 experience.

I liked the fact that the Balcony was very romantic at night and during the day. This is my first time being offered the whole bar for free on my trips (except alcoholic drinks), as it is replenished every day, which is absolutely an added value. Highly quality room and bathroom with authentic touches. The balcony is amazing, and I took beautiful photos. (see them) The receptionist, Ms. Mervet, and the host, Donatella, were just amazing. I will definitely come back again for my honeymoon in lovely Florence. Thank you very much!

Everything was perfect! We stayed here for 7 nights and we could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. The location was excellent! It’s near to grocery, pharmacy and an abundance of shops and restaurants. It’s also 5 minutes walk away from the Duomo. It’s really near to everywhere. The residence itself is located in a historic building (an old palace), which was really cool. The place is very well maintained, very clean and charming. And our host, Donatella was amazing! She was so friendly, warm and thoughtful. She really made us feel welcomed and looked after. This place really felt like home for the week we were there. It made our stay in Firenze so memorable and enjoyable, I think I left a little of my heart there. Was so sad to leave.

I couldn’t speak highly enough of the attentive and caring service from the staff, especially Donatella and Michele who made every effort for a smooth check-in and stay in Florence. The AC is good enough, the bathroom well maintained, the mini-bar very generous and the view from the balcony overlooking the Duomo added to the charm of the residence. The location is super convenient and you can walk in 10-15 minutes to major attractions including the Duomo.

We stayed here during our honeymoon. It was a wonderful place to stay, with a romantic view of the Duomo and lovely staff who were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were surprised with a red rose and a bottle of wine upon checkin, a perfect start to our honeymoon. The location is perfect for exploring Florence. The room was very clean and we got free water and snacks in the fridge every day.

There could have been better lamps by the bed for reading without disturbing my wife, but not a major issue.
