Nice property with an old time charm. Within walking distance to the city center.

The approach to parking place was very narrow and it was difficult to park the car. Be mindful of the restricted parking access and opening time (this was informed in advance and clearly by the hotel but we still did not understand the inconvenience it would cause until we experienced it)

The location of the hotel is very good. It is located in the alley near the cathedral. It is very convenient to travel and not too noisy. The staff of the hotel are very nice. They gave me travel advice when I checked in. When there was a problem with the room facilities, they could also solve it quickly. They were very kind and enthusiastic.

The facilities in the room may not be so good, and some facilities may have problems during the stay, but you just need to tell the staff that they can always handle it quickly. The soundproofing of the room is not good, which means the sound outside can be heard clearly. But the hotel is in the alley, so this part is acceptable as long as you are not very sensitive to noise. The mattress in my room is made of two single mattresses. When I sleep, they may separate to form gaps, which is not so comfortable for me.

Would definitely recommend staying at Hotel Dali and will absolutely book again when we return to Florence! - Fantastic location with extremely friendly and kind staff who were happy to share their recommendations and helpful tips for exploring the city. - You can see the top of the Duomo from the street outside and it is only a 2 minute walk along the street. All of the major sites are extremely walkable from the hotel and we enjoyed wandering the streets around. - The rooms were comfortable and clean and the shared facilities were also well maintained. We didn’t know what to expect from shared bathrooms but it didn’t pose a problem at all as we always were able to use them when we needed, other guests were respectful of the areas and there were two to use.

Nothing we didn’t like! Very small suggestion that possible bigger hairdryer could be put in rooms as it did overheat after a short amount of time.

The team at Hotel Dali were very welcoming. Marco is a wonderful host who took his time at check in with each guest to explain the area and personally escort guests to their rooms. The location couldn’t have been better for walking to all of the sites, proximity to restaurants. The bed was comfortable. Their website said they don’t have air conditioning but to our delight, they do! There was a small fridge in our room as well. The bathroom was very small but the shower was good! It isn’t fancy but it was fantastic just the same. Thanks to Marco and team for your hospitality.

The stairs leading to the street were a little dark but there was a small elevator.

The location of this hotel is excellent, very close to the Duomo and a short walk of no more than 10–15min from the major attractions in Firenze (Galleria dell'Accademia, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio). The staff is nice, polite, and ready to help you, and upon arrival they will explain all you need to know to walk around Firenze and enjoy your stay in the city. The hotel is very clean. We were travelling as a family (me, wife, 1yo baby daughter, and mother-in-law), we booked the family room and everything was excellent. The room had all we needed: the baby cot we asked for, a refrigerator for the baby's food and milk, air conditioning, private toilets (this is the case in only some rooms of the hotel, not all of them!), and very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and comfortable, amazing accommodation for the price especially considering we were barely in the room. Quiet at night from the streets and other guests which allowed us to sleep well for busy sight-seeing days ahead. Brand new Smart TV in the room which was great for us (we love music in the morning and at night before dinner, esp music videos). We were on a budget holiday as a couple exploring various spots in Italy, but I'd happily recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Italy. My good friend works in Marriott so I am accustomed to low price rates for 3/4 star hotels, but I have stayed in many locations throughout Italy of all ratings and have never experienced such value for money nor kindness from staff. Free espresso in the morning complimentary and luggage storage too after check-out. They also offer use of toilet and shower when picking up luggage (as well as a complimentary espresso again) when collecting said luggage - a service I have never come across before but if I was staying in summer would absolutely appreciate beyond belief. A shower and coffee after a long day of exploring before a late flight? Amazing! This is worth a whole night's stay's fee in itself! Very kind, very accommodating staff with great restaurant recommendations too. Only thing I would flag in this honest review is that the shower in our en suite (which was across the hall from our room) was hot and cold at times. We never reported to staff in fairness, as were not there long enough to figure out when or why it was happening. Not a major issue even in April when it is chilly outside. I have stayed in 4-Star hotels in Italy where this happens. Comfort and cleanliness on a budget in an ideal location? Book here! You will receive amazing customer service and value for money.

This property is just a one minute walk to the Duomo. The building is built around an old courtyard- charming. Parking is safe and secure. The host was so welcoming and could not do enough for us. We were given a ground floor studio which was split level and included a kitchen and an upstairs bedroom. We loved it! And for the price and location -wow! If you are after ultra modern, fully refurbished this isn’t the place for you but it is spotlessly clean, in the best location and is fantastic value for money. Would definitely stay again, we had a great time.

Although the studio had an air con unit upstairs was very warm.

Excellent welcome and service for part of Marco and Azurra. I recommend this place for the situation because it is close to the centre and has parking for cars. The only thing is to remember to arrive before 19 because after that it is not possible to enter the car park because that street has changed to a pedestrian street.

Very nice people working at the hotel. They told us where to go first. Hotel and parking in the very center of Florence (closed parking, like a private!). Close to every attraction.

It was the best choice to stay in the historic heart of Florence! The place was very clean and sanitary with an elevator which is very important for me. And it is right where all the fun activities of Florence - walking distance to all the important historic places, museums, palaces and gardens. Lots of trattorias, cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. And more importantly, Marco is the best host who anticipates our needs and is always available for questions! I would have preferred to stay here next week but no longer available. So book early when you can.
