It was a lovely room very central. There is a lot to do to check in but the instructions are all clear with pictures

It was very noisy from other guests at times and from the street below at night could do with better windows or walls. The shower also leaked water everywhere

- Perfect location. Everything you need to see within the city is less than 20 minutes away on foot. Also close to the central train station (Approx. 10 minutes) - Very helpful staff. The worker was very understanding when we had online payment issues for the city tax and supported us to solve the problem. She also showed us where we could store our luggage in the city on our last day. - Big room, bathroom is a bit small but sleeping area is huge. - Smooth automated check-in, especially helpful for people arriving late. - Well equipped: Big bed, smart TV, closet, couple of chairs...

- The shower drain was clogged, which led to a leakage from the shower to the bathroom floor. We fixed the problem by completely removing the shower drain cover, but this was inconvenient as we had to dry the floor with towels. - Trash bin is too small. Adding another one for the room would help, especially for people who are staying for longer periods of time. - Walls aren't really soundproofed. We could hear the neighboring room, and they probably could hear us too. - Toiletries would be nice to have. - Bedsheets seem a bit overused.

My room was gorgeous and I felt so safe being a female solo traveller. Although there is no official check in the process was very easy and there was always someone at the end of the phone to provide assistance. the bed was comfy and the bathroom facilities excellent. my room had a terrace which was fabulous. There was a very bad storm on my last night and unfortunately my room was flooded. However the hist ensured without too much inconvenience to move me to another room which had views of the Doumo. I would definitely recommend this residence

Nice room, small bathroom. Air conditioning for when it was super hot

Not tea and coffee making facilities but says so in the advertisement. No noise from outside but very easily disturbed by the noise of others checking in or in nearby rooms. Balcony, but no where to sit outside.

Location excellent. Basic comfort . Room was very clean. Plenty of towels. Extra blankets if needed. Instructions to enter were straightforward and worked perfectly. Air conditioning was excellent. Building is nice with character

It was very clean and amazing location right near everything! We were a little worried because the check in process seemed very specific and complicated but it really wasn’t and we had a seamless check in! When we wanted extra pillows they even went out and bought them for us! it was really great!

Great location just 2 mins from Duomo. Nice and easy automatic check in. Room was nice, big comfortable bed and big TV.

The water was running out of the shower to the bathroom floor.

Excellent location for exploring Florence.

Room was too cold, I think the aircon had been left on prior to our arrival, and took a couple of days to warm up. Only a thin bed sheet which didn’t help with temperature.

Great location! Just round the corner from the Duomo. It has everything you need. Spacious, clean and modern. Highly recommend!
