This is my favourite stay from my 3 week Italian honeymoon!! The bed was very comfortable, the shower had amazing water pressure, the AC worked phenomenally, and the large smart TV was a nice touch to unwind after exploring the city all day. It’s in the perfect location, very close to the Duomo so very central to the historic part of the city and only a 20 minute walk from the train station!

We didn’t download WhatsApp before our trip and we’re using esims, in order to get into the hotel for the first time you have to call a number on WhatsApp for them to unlock the first big door. We were able to make it work but looking back I should’ve downloaded WhatsApp before I left so there was less stress on the trip! It is also located close to the hospital, so during the night you’ll hear sirens if you’re a light sleeper!

The directions for how to get to the place were very accurate. The problems I had were due to me not following the instructions carefully the first time. Location was amazing, and room was very clean.

There were others staying down the hall that were quite noisy at times. I don't know if there is anything to be done about this, but they would talk and play music until late at night.

It was a lovely room very central. There is a lot to do to check in but the instructions are all clear with pictures

It was very noisy from other guests at times and from the street below at night could do with better windows or walls. The shower also leaked water everywhere

Great localization close to the cathedral. Very clean and comfortable, once you close the window not so loud during night. Easy to find, long instruction to get in. Very good contact with host.Important to remember check in time.

Very central, perfect location to walk to nearby attractions. The apartment was very well kept and clean, the bed was comfortable and there was even a tv with Netflix which was a nice wee extra!

Shower was a little bit small, meant the bathroom floor would flood a little but nothing major!

The location of the property was excellent. Round the corner from the Duomo and very central. Good choice of restaurants.

The toilet water kept bubbling presumably when other rooms were using the shower or toilet. There was a lack of view however we appreciate the balcony area for light.

Good location right by the centre square. Easy access and nice and clean. Air con and facilities worked well.

There is an outdoor terrace but it’s empty, no seats or chairs to enjoy the outdoor space on. Room is also very dark. Additionally there was no safe or anywhere to store valuables.

My room was gorgeous and I felt so safe being a female solo traveller. Although there is no official check in the process was very easy and there was always someone at the end of the phone to provide assistance. the bed was comfy and the bathroom facilities excellent. my room had a terrace which was fabulous. There was a very bad storm on my last night and unfortunately my room was flooded. However the hist ensured without too much inconvenience to move me to another room which had views of the Doumo. I would definitely recommend this residence

- Perfect location. Everything you need to see within the city is less than 20 minutes away on foot. Also close to the central train station (Approx. 10 minutes) - Very helpful staff. The worker was very understanding when we had online payment issues for the city tax and supported us to solve the problem. She also showed us where we could store our luggage in the city on our last day. - Big room, bathroom is a bit small but sleeping area is huge. - Smooth automated check-in, especially helpful for people arriving late. - Well equipped: Big bed, smart TV, closet, couple of chairs...

- The shower drain was clogged, which led to a leakage from the shower to the bathroom floor. We fixed the problem by completely removing the shower drain cover, but this was inconvenient as we had to dry the floor with towels. - Trash bin is too small. Adding another one for the room would help, especially for people who are staying for longer periods of time. - Walls aren't really soundproofed. We could hear the neighboring room, and they probably could hear us too. - Toiletries would be nice to have. - Bedsheets seem a bit overused.

Location was good to walk to the centre and main market and sights. Easy self check in. The bathroom and room was a bit “tired” but still clean and nice, everything you need for a few nights. Bed comfortable and the room spacious.
