Very spacious and clean apartment, with a well equiped kitchen. Great location!

All the contact is virtual, there was no one there to answer any questions we might have. We didn't even know if there was cleaning service for example and that we had to take the trash out when leaving... Could be a little more clear since the beginning.

First of Florence is with perfect location for all major sites. Duomo, Galleria Academia, San Lorenzo, San Marco are perfectly close. Santa Maria Novella trains station is 10 -15 minutes walking distance. Uffizzi is also 12 min by foot. There is a Conad supermarket just around the corner. When you look from the window, you see beautiful Florence. What we liked especially is the classic charm of the split-level apartment. The furniture is not first class, but is well maintained and we felt in the apartment like at home. The washing machine and coffee machine are working perfectly. Tableware is a little basic, but enough for 2-3 pax. The double bed upstairs can fit 2 pax perfectly well, even with a small kid like us. We used the coach downstairs just for the evening relax. Perfect choice value for money property. I will come back, if I have a chance. The communication with host was perfect as well.

Just the issue with hot water in the bathroom is a minor discomfort. There is a specific, because of the old building I guess and the hot-water boiler, that hot water in the shower is running some time with disruptions (not the supply but the temperature). For me it was not a problem, since I knew about that from previous reviews and expected it. So, it is just a minor issue, which does not spoil the overall good experience from the property.

It was central, 10 to 15min walk to station, 5 to 10 to Duomo. use the address of the flying tiger to get there. secure building.we were on 1st floor. apt was a loft. bedrooms upstairs. very narrow steep stairs for those with big luggage .second bedroom with twin beds was small just enough space to open a large suitcase. was OK for us with carry ons. didn't stay there except to sleep 2 nights. 1 bathroom failry updated.

we didn't like that there was no powder milk with the sugar for the coffee machine. And when I mentioned it was told we do not provide it. something very simple to provide since coffee machine and sugar is provided. fridge door was not closing tight, wasn't a big deal as we only put water in. Taking a shower was a pain to figure out the knobs, it's a old small jacuzzi style stand up with added shower heads. the shower hand held stand was broken but the overhead shower was OK. you just left the handheld on the floor of the tub. hopefully with my review they will repair as otherwise it was OK.

Its location. Right in the downtown. Once you are here you don’t need to go anywhere else . Main train station is also 10-15 minutes walk from there plus all eateries,restaurants ,bars and shops are right at your doorstep Check in was super easy and quick all done before our arrival

Some things were not working in our apartment. Even tough the team was really helpful and they helped us out all the way but some things needs to be fixed. 1 Fridge in our apartment was broken down and we didn’t know that. We brought all our groceries so all went waste like cheese, milk etc 2 There is no house keeping. We stayed there for four nights and had to use the same bunch of towels for 4 days for the whole family

Due to a malfunction in our original reserved apartment, the managing company offered us an upgrade for free to a bigger apartment, which was very professional. The apartment we stayed in is on Via dei Pandolfini, 28 and it was very spacious and cozy. The staff was very responsive and helpful. The sanitaty facilities were very clean and the furniture was quite new with nice taste. It was clear how well renovated this apartment was.

The heating system was basically 3 Air conidtioners but because the apartment is historic (high ceilings) and very spacious, it was never warm enough. There were no additional means for heating avavilable (e.g. electric thermometers to plug in). Also the apartment has no access to sun light or has a garden/balcony. There was suddenly no warm water in two bathrooms out of 3. Check out was at 10, which is earlier than average.

The location is perfect for travelers. Close to all important points of interests. The apartment is wonderful. The personal is very friendly and helpful when you meet them. It is a little bit a challenge to meet them.

If you have no roaming, not using internet or data on your phone you can arrive at the address and to stay in the front of door forever. No personal on premises. I provided my details about arriving time but, still nobody at the office. After I was able to go in the office , following other people, I was able to use the Wi-fi and to get all the details about how to access the doors. All of these because I refused to send a picture of my passport to "somebody" how ask for it by WhatsApp. The electric system need maintenance. Almost all the lights are flicker.

Location was amazing! Could not be more central, Duomo 1 minute down the road and Palazzo Vecchio under ten wins away! Beautiful views of the Duomo from the street. Could not get a better location!

The main room would have been improved by havig another air conditioning unit towards the other end of the room where the bed was. Although the air con in the room was good, it was only a small unit and it did not reach the other end of the room where the bed was, meaning it could be warm at night.

The location and the atmosphere.

There was a feeling of coldness in the communication with the managers, they gave me the impression that they were doing me a favor for renting me the facilities. And the sense they were scolding me because I got to Florence at 7:40 pm and to the apartment at 8:00 pm . Even though that nobody was there to welcome me, everything was done through a "What's up " call and punching buttons in three doors keyboards , kind of remind me of the computer game " Myst".

The apartment was spacious and the location was excellent. The taxi stand is one block away, Academia is one and half block away and the Duomo is two blocks away. Almost everything worth seeing in Florence is walkable. There is a good cafe across the street and lots of restaurants in close proximity. It is well suited for a family.

This is an apartment, not a hotel. There are no amenities that a hotel would have. The main drawbacks are that it can be noisy at night and the TV only has Italian speaking stations. Make sure you have completed your arrival arrangements and communications before arriving.

Great location, there is a lot of restaurants nearby, supermarkets, and everything is walking distance. The main attractions are close by and the apartment building is very safe. The self-checking is pretty good, and I was able to get in with no problem, the instructions are pretty clear and it fits perfectly 6 people if need it. The building has an elevator and washer machine which is a plus. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to use it (cooking). I love the property and it was perfect for my family. PS. The host is very knowledgeable and amazing. She explained everything about the process to check in and quick response if you need anything. We will come back !! Thank you for the amazing experience.

The garbage needs to be taken out of the apartment but it’s right by the corner (1min). I didn’t have an inconvenience at all but it’s good to know.
