Grandeur and dimensions of the room, cleanliness, well equipped. Proximity to the Cathedral Santa Maria Fiore and so much more!. To be able to stay in such a lovely apartment in such a prime location was an honour. We don't do fancy hotels it's not our style. If, like us, you are seeking classy, quirky, memorable, clean accommodation Monica's place is for you. The bathroom is small but perfectly formed with plenty of hot water. Unless you are on the larger side in which case you may struggle with the shower lol. Comfy bed. Monica is professional and a great communicator. We had a fantastic time! I am attaching a pic of the duomo taken from Via dello Studio which is just around the corner. (Great little restaurant there too btw.)

The location was central - having a walking distance near the major attractions. Everything at the accommodation made us feel like we’re at home, Monica bought snacks for us guests, I am celiac and she bought me gluten free items which I never expect! The bathroom is shared but you will find no issues. The bed was comfortable, at night we did not find it noisy unlike other reviews. Monica is an amazing host that gave us the best welcome we could ever imagine and always replied as soon as possible when we needed to ask a question :)

The apartment is in the perfect situation, close to both the Duomo and the Uffizi gallery. Monica the host was delightful, always ready to answer emails and help us with suggestions for restaurants etc. The apartment is spotlessly clean, and offers all you could need to cater for yourself, or use the surrounding restaurants and bars. The decor is tasteful, and waking up each morning to the beautiful ceiling in the bedroom is a delight.

Because if it’s central location, which is a major plus, the streets are noisy at night, Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper!

The location was simply the best. As close to the Duomo as possible. The room was very spacious and the ceiling mural was amazing. Monica was extremely helpful and very responsive.

The bathroom was not in the room. It is a short distance down the hall past another apartment. It was really no big deal as you get the key to the bathroom so it is private but several times I went to take a shower and the other tenants were coming and going. Also if you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night like me you have to be very quiet not to disturb the other tenants. There is no TV in the room and due to the location the crowds outside can get pretty noisy. The king bed was 2 twin beds put together so it was a little lumpy in sections. The refrigerator and snack area is outside the room as well. We observed the other tenants taking some of our items even though it was to be just for us. I would recommend putting this in the room.

The accommodation is excellent! Its location is unbeatable, putting you close to everything. What I loved most about this property is its ability to connect with the vibes and spirit of the Renaissance in Florence; the room's ceiling is simply spectacular! Additionally, I want to highlight the incredible attention from Monica, who, even at 5 in the morning, was willing to help me with a personal issue.

The location is perfect for exploring Florence. Lovely big spacious room with a small bathroom down the hallway. Nicely decorated.

It was very noisy at night with people going home late. Impossible to get a taxi to the airport (they were on strike) but location is not easy for taxis so suggest the easy 12 min walk to train station and catch the T2 tram is a good option.. or walk out to a taxi stand… when they’re not striking..!

The location was excellent; ideal for exploring the city with all its attractions, bars, restaurants and shopping. Great communication from Monica, helpful suggestions for restaurants and gave us all the information we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Amazing location, fantastic detailed and personal instructions to find the accommodation, beautiful building and furniture. Well equipped with the basics.

The apartment is perfect - central to everything in Florence. An oasis during the highest heat and the apartment breathes the history of the place. We loved it. Were inspired by it, and would recommend.

The gorgeous painted ceiling in the bedroom and antique furniture - such a beautiful vibe. There was also a lovely space to sit in the foyer.

The bathroom/shower is tiny - but the water was hot and it all worked well.
