The room we stayed in was so cute with the bed in a loft area. The breakfast was so fresh and delicious, as well as the coffee. The location was right in the middle of everything, just a short walk to all the great sights, stores and restaurants. We could easily walk back to the room to drop off purchases and get get right back out to exploring. Hoping to make it back there some day and stay here again.

Our only complaint was that we didn't stay long enough.

Location, service, cleanliness, snacks were fantastic. Laura thank you SO MUCH for everything-especially for recommending one of the gems of restaurants and booking our 5am departure day taxi to the train station.🤩

The bathroom can use a little help. The curtain is not long enough and water spills onto floor during showers. A longer curtain would resolve this issue. Otherwise, very clean, nice towels and thank you much for the olive soap and hair & body washes.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Laura was the most pleasant and helpful host. Communication with the property was excellent. The room was clean, well appointed, and the AC worked wonderfully (a much needed amenity in Florence in June!). The location was ideal. I would unquestionably stay there again.

I have no negative comments about this property. It was everything advertised and Laura made it extra special. She did everything to meet our needs.

The property is in a great location and walking distance to everything. It’s the perfect spot for seeing the best of the city. The staff are so kind and helpful. If they don’t have something in the room, like an iron, they bring it on request. The rooms are very spacious. The breakfast provided is a nice extra. While the in-room coffee pods weren’t the best, the property is located next to a great coffee shop to start your morning.

As the property is in the heart of the city, and you have to travel through busy streets, Taxi fares can be pricey from the airport. It would be difficult to walk there with luggage from the train station or via any other public transport. Would only be possible early in the morning when there’s less people and traffic on the streets. The facilities aren’t modern and the room with a ‘courtyard view’ isn’t nice. The bed is firm.

It was very close to all the tourist sites but not noisy. The room was very clean and the bed huge! Laura, on the reception was very helpful and friendly and we could leave our cases after check in to have a walk until time for our train. We opted for breakfast which was in a cafe two doors away which was really lovely too

There were a few stairs to get to the rooms , this didn't bother us but may not be great for others?

The location is AMAZING! and the facility is very clean and tidy.

You need to be careful how to check in. Reception is open for limited time and if you want to check in late time, you need to fill online registration. I didn't know before I visit, but Florence has a lot of mosquitoes. Even in winter. i booked one room and woke up with 25 mosquitoes bite marks. The hotel immediately deal with the problem so it was fine but need to prepare for it!

Nice room, amazingly situated. Takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the mist popular tourist attractions. Very Italian (sweet) breakfast that is fully restocked every day. Very clean! We loved especially the easy communication with reception! The ac worked perfectly and was very necessary in the middle of summer.

The rooms with backyard view have very bad air circulation, opening the windows at night did nothing. Apart from that we were very happy!

The room was fantastic, the view was like something you dream of. You felt like you were stepping back into time, it was the most incredible room with such a huge wow factor. The bathroom was beautiful and clean. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Parking was close by and secure. I could not fault this hotel at it. Everything was perfect, we wished we could have stayed longer in Florence.

Lovely ‘florentine room’ with a fabulous view of the Duomo. Close to everything. Kind staff, who knew very little English.

Walking up all the stairs! The absolute hardest bed I’ve ever slept on! The breakfasts were not adequate - they were cheap packaged items high in sugar & fat, left in the bedroom. No instructions for unusual coffee maker; had to put the hot water jug on the floor to boil water for a cup of tea.
