It was very central (you can’t get any closer to the Duomo) and we could walk everywhere. As Florence was still full of tourists it was nice to be able to just withdraw to our room for a little rest whenever we wanted without having to walk too far. The room was nice and big, everything worked perfectly (Aircon, plumbing, windows, kettle, coffee maker,… there was even a small fridge) The bed was big, comfortable and everything was very clean. We could bring our heavy suitcase to the hotel before checking in and on our last day we could leave it there until our train left late in the evening. Our breakfast at the café next door (we had vouchers) was very good and we could enjoy a view of the Duomo while we had it. Laura, the lady in the hotel, was very nice and very friendly. Thank you, Laura!

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Incredible location in Florence. Myself and my partner walked all weekend due to the central location, nothing was further than a 20 minute stroll away. The staff were incredible helpful and friendly before and during our trip, even providing a bottle of prosecco on arrival to help celebrate my partners 30th birthday. Would fully recommend (and already have) to anyone looking to visit Florence, myself and my partner have already discussed visiting again as soon as we can and we would 100% stay here again.

Genuinely nothing to note, perfect room and location.

The most perfect location. We were right by the Duomo so it was a perfect base to explore the city and pop back with any shopping, for a refreshment, or to freshen up for dinner. Laura was so kind and helpful, she arranged a taxi for us and ensured we got our bag which the airline had lost. Our room was comfortable and so much bigger than we expected. We were given breakfast vouchers for a cafe downstairs for each morning which included a coffee, croissant, sandwich, and juice.

The room we stayed in was so cute with the bed in a loft area. The breakfast was so fresh and delicious, as well as the coffee. The location was right in the middle of everything, just a short walk to all the great sights, stores and restaurants. We could easily walk back to the room to drop off purchases and get get right back out to exploring. Hoping to make it back there some day and stay here again.

Our only complaint was that we didn't stay long enough.

This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location, my balcony looked directly onto Florence’s beautiful Duomo, and the hotel is ideally placed for visiting all the main cultural attractions. My flight was delayed so I arrived late, but the online check in process was very smooth thanks to Laura’s help.

As you’d expect from a hotel right in the city centre, there was a lot of noise from outside throughout the night, but this wasn’t a major problem.

Location was excellent.

Breakfast fast was pretty basic.

Exceptional location with a view of the Cathedral and easy walk to all the main sites with 10 or 15 minutes including the main railway station. Large spacious room. Breakfast was via a voucher in the cafe 20 seconds walk from the front door which was good. Coffee machine and kettle in the room. A Pam supermarket is a minute or so away too. Aircon & wifi worked fine.

There was nothing I did not like about this place.

Location, service, cleanliness, snacks were fantastic. Laura thank you SO MUCH for everything-especially for recommending one of the gems of restaurants and booking our 5am departure day taxi to the train station.🤩

The bathroom can use a little help. The curtain is not long enough and water spills onto floor during showers. A longer curtain would resolve this issue. Otherwise, very clean, nice towels and thank you much for the olive soap and hair & body washes.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Laura was the most pleasant and helpful host. Communication with the property was excellent. The room was clean, well appointed, and the AC worked wonderfully (a much needed amenity in Florence in June!). The location was ideal. I would unquestionably stay there again.

I have no negative comments about this property. It was everything advertised and Laura made it extra special. She did everything to meet our needs.

It was very close to all the tourist sites but not noisy. The room was very clean and the bed huge! Laura, on the reception was very helpful and friendly and we could leave our cases after check in to have a walk until time for our train. We opted for breakfast which was in a cafe two doors away which was really lovely too

There were a few stairs to get to the rooms , this didn't bother us but may not be great for others?
