Gorgeous unique rooms that are so well designed. I was contacted via WhatsApp and email about that check in - which was clear and concise. I had a brief issue accessing one of the doors (my own fault) but got a quick response resolving the issue. Very kind people and great features - mini fridge, soaps, glasses/cutlery, a wine key —- just very thoughtful and considerate.

There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like - maybe some coffee, since tea was stocked? But that’s so minor

The apartment is up to the standard set by the Duomo in front of block. The size, the decor, the colors, the comfort, the quietness of the room in the heart of the city was an everyday joy. You exit, take a look to the right and you don't believe what you see: the presence of the Duomo was overwhelming every morning. Last but not least the housekeeping lady was extremely helpful and kind.

Reading other's commentaries first I expected the view of the Duomo, but I found only a view to the common terrace. Later realized this was the compromise to sleep centrally in a real quiet room not to be disturbed by noise of the streets. There was one thing I could not get used to: the smell of the communal staircase and corridor. Thank God it stayed outside!

We had a wonderful stay at Stanze di Caterina. Lovely building with lots of character! I cannot say enough about Giacomo, who was a delightful and helpful host. No matter what request we had, he was there to help. I had a few questions before we arrived, and he responded immediately. Since we had a flight out of Florence after check out, we were able to keep our suitcases at the building until we were ready. The room was steps away from the action, in a historic part of town. I loved the oldness of it. We don't have that in the USA!

The access to entry inside the hotel was flexible, easy and fast. It is located in the heart of Florencia. Communication with the host was great. The bed is VERY comfortable which makes a big difference when traveling. Every was clean and decorated

location location location, couldn’t be better. room nice and had all you needed.

perhaps send out the details for entry code either before, or at check in time. we didn’t get notifications till after check in time and we had to phone for the code, it was lucky I had the number.

The decor was unique and beautiful.

Some of the decor, although beautiful and interesting made the room very crowded with barely any room for our large luggage. Also, an umbrella on the terrace would have nice as it was too hot to sit out there at times.

The breakfast could have been more varied , but on the whole with the layout of the accommodation e host has done an amazing job.

Pillows, pillows were uncomfortable

The location was great, being very close to The Duomo and in easy walking distance to tourist destinations like The Uffizi Gallery and the Palazzo Vecchio. The facilities were excellent with a spacious room and private bathroom which was clean and comfortable.

The room was nice and the location was perfect and very central.

The breakfast that was included was very minimal and not the best quality (small supermarket packet croissant and biscuits)

Pleasant room and a great location near the Duomo. Jacomo was very responsive to our questions and kept the room very clean. Comfortable bed and amenities such as espresso machine and complimentary drinks in the mini cooler.
