It was a nice simple breakfast but was fantastic to have coffee available all day and fresh fruit and yoghurt in the morning. The staff were so friendly and it was so easy to check in, even outside of the reception hours. As a solo traveller I was a bit anxious, but I felt so safe and looked after the whole time. The location is so central and the experience was just wonderful! The staff are amazing and friendly. The bed was super comfy and the toiletries provided smelt amazing. I would highly recommend staying here 😊

Honestly nothing! Everything was fantastic. The rooms had character and were very cosy and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was that I hadn't booked to stay here for longer! It was the perfect spot.

The people who run the facility are super nice and easy to work with. The property is close to everything and easy to get around. Directions for check in and getting keys were easy. The room was a decent size for two and kept clean. The bathroom was on the smaller size but private and in our room which was good. It was a very quiet stay.

Just know most places have flights of stairs you will have to carry luggage to The queen size bed was two twin beds put together so in the middle of the bed you had the edge of each bed which was hard if you slept on it

Our triple room was spacious and comfortable for 2 people and the bathroom was modern and spacious. The location is fantastic right in the city centre. Despite not making use of it we liked the small common space with a coffee machine and TV.

The physical door keys made it difficult for the two of us travelling together to separate for a couple of hours and coordinate not locking one another out of the room - a good upgrade would be electronic locks and keys. There is not a full time reception, just someone to check people in for a couple of hours a day - otherwise there is no staff presence (this was fine for us, but something to note if you would require assistance or recommendations suring your stay).

Federica! hightlight of our trip, she was so warm, welcoming and helpful. The location was excellent and the facilities were first rate. delicious muffins & an epic cappuccino maker, we're the icing on the cake.

Would have preferred a bathroom attached to our room, ( wasn't clear in the booking description) but it wasn't an issue really. and such a beautiful bathroom!

Very close to important and fantastic places to see in Florance. Smiling and helpful staff especially Federica was great. Room was extremely satisfactory and clean. Kitchen facilities were ready-to-use.

Manual access system from exterior door to interior door. E-access system will be much more effective for both guests and staff.

The location was great. The room was big and comfortable, with good amenities. We loved the shared area with the long table and sofas and the coffee machine. It is a walking distance from everything. The staff was very nice, but most of the time, there is no one there. We arrived late and they were very kind to send someone to help us with the suitcases, as there is no lift.

The place is not a hotel but an apartment with rooms. Some of them have bathrooms outside, but ours was ensuite. The most difficult part was the stairs going up, with no lift. When we left, there was no one to see us out or help with the luggage. The other issue for us was how unsustainable the place was. Plastic cups covered in plastic, tons of small disposable toiletries. Every other hotel in Italy we stayed in moved to large dispensers. Be kind to the planet.

Great location. They have a kitchen with all the goodies, fresh water (they have filter), milk, coffee, and breakfast (serials). They cleaned the room and bathroom every day. It was not noisy, good place to relax.

The bathroom was out of room. It was only our, but it was bit uncomfortable that it is not in the room directly. They didn't suggest us slippers to go from room to bathroom 🙈 but it's okay

The funny smelll in the room and the fact that we couldn’t open the window for fresh air because of constant food smell coming from a nearby restaurant kitchen.

Location was excellent. Close to the train, tourist attractions, convenience store and restaurants. The bed was really comfortable. Having access to a full kitchen and lounge room was good. It included a coffee machine but no microwave.

Fortunately we were on the first floor, there is no lift. Speaking to another their room was on the 4th floor which meant 96 steps to climb with luggage. Just the 1st floor was tricky with luggage can't imagine more.

Location is perfect. This was the reason we booked here. Everywhere was 5-10 minutes walk. Very central. Staff were extremely helpful when we saw them, they also let us store our luggage and gave us a key to enter to get them again. Comfortable for a short trip to see Florence!
