We loved the location, and the general niceness of the room. We liked having maid service, and we loved being able to look out of our window at the hustle and bustle below. The windows were completely soundproof, which was evident when we opened them to look down. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. Matteo was an excellent host and was extremely kind to let us store our luggage for most of the day when we checked out.

I was not expecting such a small room with two added cots for four adults. I had looked at the photos on the website, and expected that we would have a small kitchen, and an entry hall, plus two beds. I apparently didn't read the fine print. We loved the actual room, and it would have been perfect for two people, but with four of us, we were basically having a sleepover. This actually operates as a hotel, rather than an airbnb. It does have a shared kitchen, which we realized a couple of days into our stay.

Lovely room in a secured suite of apartments within a larger building. AMAZING central location close to everything, and the hosts were very helpful with an after-hours check-in. Very clean, secure, and with nice amenities. Note: Even though in a pedestrian only area of Florence, taxis DO service this location and can drop you at the door.

We booked the junior suite for four adults. While it worked, we were a bit crammed in, especially with the luggage. A large room by European standards and worked fine, we were just a bit surprised to have four beds in a room with little other space. But didn't detract from our vacation AT ALL, bathroom spacious, and would still recommend, especially for the value and location. Thanks to Matteo and his mother for a great stay.

Location is excellent.

The building is currently under outside renovation, so there is scaffolding and workers when you open the window, which we should have been notified about in advance, since it would have been good practice, especially for the price we paid. To be fair, they were not loud, but you still have the feeling that somebody's going to come through the window. Changing the room wasn't possible, since it's not a hotel and there are only a few rooms. It'a also pretty dusty, even immediately after cleaning, from the works outside, I presume. The room isn't spacious and there is noise from the street, but that's expected in such location. The beds are very firm, so not very comfortable. Overall, we would not return to this property.

The rooms are beautiful and the lady to help with the check-in was very nice. We could check in earlier which was great since we travelled with two kids. It's located in the middle of the city, amazing!

We arrived at the agreed-upon time, but the baby cot was not yet in the room, which prevented us from putting our baby down for a nap as planned. We intended to use the two single beds for our 3-year-old to prevent her from falling out, but the cleaning lady informed us that one of the beds had to be removed if we wanted the baby cot, even though the room was spacious enough to accommodate both beds and the cot. Additionally, we chose the parking option based on the advertised deal, only to find out that the price was the same as without the deal. The discount applied to the property, not the guests. Had we known this, we would have parked elsewhere for greater convenience.

Location was really amazing. In busy area but the room was very quiet. Owner was trustable and there was a friendly receptionist. Bed and bathroom were nicely clean. Nespresso and water cooler at the lobby were helpful with welcome cookies. Closet was big enough.

It took time to make the room warm. Black mold marks on the bath mat. The pot in the room can be replaced.

Five day stay at this small hotel. On a convenient block-long side street with a delicious gelateria across the street, four restaurants on the block, and grocery/liquor store 2 blocks away. Walking distance to Uffizi. Clean and comfortable room with a small refrigerator. No concierge on duty - had to communicate by email, with prompt response. We accidentally left an item of value in the desk - hotel notified us with honesty and integrity and sent it to our home. Will definitely return!

The location is excellent, you are right in the middle of the historic center, surrounded by stores, bars and restaurants. It was easy to find, the room is nice and matches the pictures, the staff is very kind. The shower has good hot water, and the heater is also good for the winter. The building has an elevator to help with luggage.

The room is small, it could be more spacious, the mattress and the pillows needs an update, they are a bit uncomfortable/hard. A fridge in the room would be nice.

Great location in the centre of Florence just a short walk from the main attractions. Given the central location and very busy streets our room - No 6 was insulated from these and there was no problem having a good nights sleep with the windows and ahutters open. Fittings are a little dated but everything is clean and tidy.

Parts of the property are impacted by external scaffolding which limits privacy and security if windows are open. The lift, though working is a little worrying !

Great communication in advance. We arrived late and the owners gave us detailed instructions on how to access the apartments and room. FANTASTIC location, close to the Orsanmichele - in fact you could see it from our window - between the Duomo and Piazza Signoria. Great suggestions for restaurants, pizzerias and gelaterias.

The room is a little small - we were only there for one night, with small bags but I can imagine being a little cramped for a longer period with large suitcases. When we visited the elevator didn't stop on the third floor - I'm sure it is only temporary.

The volume we got an amazing service from Mateo, he explained to us what to do if we need to do a self check in. He was very welcoming and informative about everything, when we got to the hotel and our room which was very clean we had a letter from him explaining everything we needed to know about the hotel and the area included restaurant and places to go. So the service was amazing. The room was very clean and nice! And the location is perfect!
