Fantastic location close to the Vatican. Great eateries nearby and easy to get to by Bus 40 or 64.

We had a problem with the building losing water at about 2pm on the Sunday indications were it was being restored but this did not occur till mid morning the following day. The temp had been 38 deg so to not have water for shower, flushing toilets or drinking water was extremely bad. Although not the fault of management better communication was needed to guests rather the us having to follow up. Guest should have also been supplied drinking water instead we needed to source from local shop

It was a decent place to stay. Very central and convenient. We met a family with children who stayed there and were surprised because we thought it just us. It was that quiet and peaceful. We had a triple room for two of us. I think it would be tight if we had our grandchild with us but for two of us it was ok. Bathroom was unremarkable but clean. Overall it was clean and peaceful.

I didn't like how much texting went back and forth. I didn't like all the negotiations at what time to arrive. The place left a feeling that they didn't care much about me and my requests. I don't think I would want to stay at this property again however it is a solid place to consider: central, safe and clean.

Lovely room in a secured suite of apartments within a larger building. AMAZING central location close to everything, and the hosts were very helpful with an after-hours check-in. Very clean, secure, and with nice amenities. Note: Even though in a pedestrian only area of Florence, taxis DO service this location and can drop you at the door.

We booked the junior suite for four adults. While it worked, we were a bit crammed in, especially with the luggage. A large room by European standards and worked fine, we were just a bit surprised to have four beds in a room with little other space. But didn't detract from our vacation AT ALL, bathroom spacious, and would still recommend, especially for the value and location. Thanks to Matteo and his mother for a great stay.

We loved the location, and the general niceness of the room. We liked having maid service, and we loved being able to look out of our window at the hustle and bustle below. The windows were completely soundproof, which was evident when we opened them to look down. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. Matteo was an excellent host and was extremely kind to let us store our luggage for most of the day when we checked out.

I was not expecting such a small room with two added cots for four adults. I had looked at the photos on the website, and expected that we would have a small kitchen, and an entry hall, plus two beds. I apparently didn't read the fine print. We loved the actual room, and it would have been perfect for two people, but with four of us, we were basically having a sleepover. This actually operates as a hotel, rather than an airbnb. It does have a shared kitchen, which we realized a couple of days into our stay.

Great location especially for first timers, very close to all sites. Plenty of food/shopping options around. Very nice rooms, clean, good bed. Shutters offer full darkness at night. Good internet.

There are street musicians performing nearby. They stop around midnight and you can get away with earplugs. There is this thing in Italy where they have very restricted hours for check in and they chase you to commit to when you are getting in. It is a bit tiresome and unsuitable for this type of business.

Really good location in the heart of the city, so easy to walk everywhere. Owners were super helpful and responsive, property readily accessible and had a lift which is needed given all the stairs. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Only dislike is there is you can hear a lot of street noise, there was a busker most nights from 9-11pm who would sing with his electric guitar and we would hear everything. Whilst adults don't mind, was hard for the younger ones to sleep.

Location is excellent.

The building is currently under outside renovation, so there is scaffolding and workers when you open the window, which we should have been notified about in advance, since it would have been good practice, especially for the price we paid. To be fair, they were not loud, but you still have the feeling that somebody's going to come through the window. Changing the room wasn't possible, since it's not a hotel and there are only a few rooms. It'a also pretty dusty, even immediately after cleaning, from the works outside, I presume. The room isn't spacious and there is noise from the street, but that's expected in such location. The beds are very firm, so not very comfortable. Overall, we would not return to this property.

The rooms are beautiful and the lady to help with the check-in was very nice. We could check in earlier which was great since we travelled with two kids. It's located in the middle of the city, amazing!

We arrived at the agreed-upon time, but the baby cot was not yet in the room, which prevented us from putting our baby down for a nap as planned. We intended to use the two single beds for our 3-year-old to prevent her from falling out, but the cleaning lady informed us that one of the beds had to be removed if we wanted the baby cot, even though the room was spacious enough to accommodate both beds and the cot. Additionally, we chose the parking option based on the advertised deal, only to find out that the price was the same as without the deal. The discount applied to the property, not the guests. Had we known this, we would have parked elsewhere for greater convenience.

The location in Trastevere was perfect , there was a lovely view from my room right off reception, the host was fantastic, even bringing an Easter cake on Easter Sunday! Truly wonderful people. The room was recently remodeled and spotless, tasteful, and inviting. There is a convenient elevator to the residence. Going in and out of the building was perfect. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Don’t forget to catch the 360° view from the roof. :-)

Excellent location, facilities comfortable, central location, lovely picture window that allows one to hear the nightly opera street performances! Window is mostly soundproof, too. Staff and owners extremely helpful. Allegra at the front desk is so welcoming and knowledgeable. When I needed to use a hair dryer, the front desk provided this for me, brand new. Very personable service. Allows for a genuine residential experience in Florence. There is an elevator.
