Very nice location. The staff was friendly and asked if cleaning would be needed every morning. The room was clean and very spacious. And the host replied immediately most of the time. I called when checking in since no one answered the bell, and the host unlocked the gate and directed me with room number.

The entry flight of stairs is dark, which is shared with the whole condo. But there is a switch to turn on the light for enough time till you reach the apartment door. And the smell is a bit unpleasant. There is the same group of guys smoking, hanging around outside of the property till late evening, and having loud conversations. Some guests bang the doors very loud, and you can hear people lock and unlock the door. But all become quiet before midnight.

Great location and value – perfect for a short stay This accommodation is located right in the city center and offers a great price, which makes it a really good deal overall. The interior is simple, but it has everything you need for a short stay, and I actually found it very decent and functional. The only downside was the Wi-Fi – unfortunately, it didn’t work at all. Honestly, I’d recommend the host to just not advertise it, as it was completely unusable during our stay. Other than that, everything was fine. The bathroom is separate, but that didn’t bother us at all. For travelers staying just one night, it’s actually an ideal place. Keep in mind that since it’s in the very center, it can be noisy at night – earplugs are a must!

The location of Il Gattopardo is just perfect for exploring Florence. It is right near the Uffizi gallery, which makes your stay all the more special. The rooms are just perfect for an affordable but comfortable stay in Florence: clean and spacious enough for a relaxing sleep. The check-in process is very simple and the host's instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

Nothing really comes to mind. It might have been nice to have some coffee and tea making facilities in the rooms, but again, the location of the B&B makes it easy to explore the beautiful cafés and breakfast places in Florence.

Il Gattopardo B&B is strategically located in the heart of Florence. Being close to major attractions, museums, and the historic city center made exploring the city a breeze. Whether I wanted to visit the Florence Cathedral or stroll along the Arno River, everything was within easy reach. The cleanliness of the rooms truly impressed me. Each day, the housekeeping staff meticulously tidied up my room, ensuring a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The crisp linens, spotless bathroom, and attention to detail made my stay exceptionally comfortable. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. From the warm check-in to the friendly concierge recommendations, their hospitality was outstanding. Knowing that my room would be cleaned daily added an extra layer of convenience.

Lady was very friendly, after a whole night bus tour, she offered us to check in early which was nice. The room was clean and we had everything we needed for a two night stay. Food for breakfast is served to your room and it is Italian style, expect to be sweet. I asked for additional coffee and tea, which was not a problem. During our stay the hotel was not busy, we always had easy access to shower and toilet which was clean. Worth the price we paid, I particularly liked the location. Beware it is a noisy area, you need to shut the window to be able to sleep

The location is in the very center, cleanliness (room cleaning every day), a cooler with drinking water, there was a coffee maker in the room, sugar, coffee with cookies (nice). Polite and friendly staff. It was very convenient that they allowed us to leave our things before check-in and on the day of check-out (we had a very late departure).

The room was great, little balcony to look out to the street. Clean and spacious for any luggage you have. Lovely staff. Made it easy for us to check in and access the room. Great location for walking to any tourist attractions and only 15 min walk to the main train station. Breakfast included was a nice touch too.

Through the night the street below can be busy/ loud, however we knew this would be the case wherever we stayed as we wanted an easy location. Still slept well and the only thing that woke us up was everyone collecting breakfast in the morning as we were next door to the kitchen!

The owner lady was very nice. The bathroom gets cleaned every day. Good location and nice lightening. Wifi worked very well, the room was huge. Nice breakfast. She let us leave the bags at the property from the time we checked out to 5'o clock, and was very sweet about it.

The breakfast pastries were a bit cold but They were very tasty. It's a bit difficult to check in. Not all the duvets seemed clean. I think Hair dryer should be updated. There isn't body wash. Toilet papers can be updated as well.

The location in the city center is fantastic, so close to all biggest attractions. Our room was marvelous, spacey with a painted wooden ceiling. Clean. Our breakfast was served directly to the room (local pastry, coffee, juice). Also the owners are very, very helpful and nice. Wifi is reliable. Quite quit. Very good value for our money.

There are two shared bathrooms. Especially during the evening and in the morning you can wait to use it. It may not be so comfortable. Some guest are "pigs", but this the owners cannot cover.

The room was amazing and clean, staff is very friendly, seems like a family. Floors are cleaned often. In the morning they gave amazing breakfast with croissants, coffee, juices and other bits. The rooms itself were quite. Apartment in heart of the city!!

It’s not a problem of apartment, but take in a account that because it’s city centre it’s very noisy in the night. So no early sleeping. Also when they wash the street it feels like the plane is landing 5 meters away. But again not blaming property.
