Great location and atmosphere! Stayed at this hotel in Florence and absolutely loved it! The location is just perfect - in the very center of the city, all the main attractions are within walking distance: Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery - just a few steps away. There are many cozy cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are clean, comfortable, with everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to help and suggest where to go or what to see. Breakfast is delicious, served in a cozy atmosphere. The hotel is great for both a short stop and a full-fledged vacation. We will definitely come back here again!

The sliding door was broken ( extremely difficult was to move) from the beginning. And nobody even tried to fix it. The staff at reception are incredibly indifferent to hotel customers. We tried to say hello to them at least two or three times daily for seven days and they only responded twice during the week. The same indifference to all guests. Staff are never the first to greet guests. Once there were six (!) employees at the counter at the same time and not one said hello to us, while they were not busy. This can be explained not only by weak management, but also by the lack of culture of the employees themselves. Unbelievable snobbery. This does not apply to cleaners and waiters.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The location couldn't be more central (just across the street from Piazza della Signoria). Then the warm and gracious welcome of Alessandro, and all the advice received from the various colleagues at the reception (great restaurant recommendations and always with a smile and politeness). I had been in communication with them before our arrival as I wanted to ensure we had an easily accessible room for my mother who has mobility issues - they were always very helpful, polite and kind. I recommend this establishment unreservedly. Well done to the whole team!

"Stunning Room and Sweet Touches, but Staff Could Be More Consistent" We booked the room for 2 nights and wanted to check in earlier, but the room was only available at the scheduled check-in time. The breakfast, which was included, was delicious. The room itself was absolutely stunning, truly feeling like a palace, and it was spotlessly clean. As a lovely touch, they offered us hazelnuts and champagne—such a sweet gesture. We truly felt royal during our stay. However, the staff was a bit of a mixed bag—some were very friendly and helpful, while others were less so. Despite this, it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Bernini Palace! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The elegance of the hotel, combined with its perfect location and rich history, made our experience truly unforgettable. You went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and it didn’t go unnoticed. We felt like honored guests rather than just visitors.

The property is perfectly situated to see Duomo, Academia, Uffizi and Vecchio etc yet in a quiet side street. It is beautifully presented but the star for us was the staff. They were very friendly, approachable, knowledgable and very happy to help with requests. Lorenzo is what every hotel should have! He helped with dinner suggestions, made the reservations and booked taxis seamlessly. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Located right next to Signoria Square, this top rated Hotel is most conveniently located, while offering high level of comfort and service in a historical and decorative 16c palace. A valet car service allows for hassle-free parking in the restricted central ZTL, allowing visitors to walk freely (all of Florence is accessible on foot from the central Hotel location; attached photos within 10 minute walk) without concerns for their auto. We even had our car washed under valet care to resume our journey sparkling-fresh, after cleansing all the Tuscan dust of the WH Orcia Valley drive, which is a must-travel venue of scenic beauty spotted with numerous charming medieval towns and WH site Pienza. The Hotel is highly recommended for comfort, dedicated service and travel convenience, if the fairly high rates is withing budget range. We are sure the Hotel has become our favorite repeat residence for future visits to Florence.

Everything! The staff is incredible! I highly recommend this hotel! Everyone from the second the door opens is so helpful. The restaurant is amazing. The front desk staff go above and beyond. We were with a large group and the hotel staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Thank you so much! The location of the hotel us central to walking around Florence. Located just off one of the piazzas, the hotel is close to all of the major attractions and is closer in proximity to the river making it perfect to exploring the Oltrarno side of Florence as well. The staff was very helpful in restaurant recommendations and the rooms were spacious enough per Europe standards. Off of the fifth floor was a terrace large enough for approximately 12 people where you could share a bottle of wine or gaze upon the city. The included breakfast was outstanding. The food was delicious and the staff was so courteous.
