The location is perfect for walking to all of the museums, churches, and shops. The room was well appointed with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage closets. The bathroom was lovely. Our room had a view of the Bargello Museum! The breakfast was fantastic. The absolute best part of this property is the friendly staff who went out of their way to welcome us!

Our stay at the San Firenze Suites & Spa was nothing short of enchanting. The rooftop terrace became our favorite retreat, where we soaked in breathtaking views, listened to the charming church bells, and enjoyed the delightful street music, all while basking in the sunshine and marveling at the starry night sky. To make my birthday even more special, the staff surprised me with a lovely bottle of prosecco, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel's central location allowed us to explore a myriad of fantastic restaurants just a short stroll away. We truly enjoyed a blissful week filled with relaxation and exceptional service from the attentive and kind staff. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Centrally located close to all of Florence’s main attractions but just far enough away that the area isn’t too loud or busy. Spacious, clean, luxurious rooms with all the conveniences you could need. Besides the location, the staff really set this place apart. We traveled with a baby and they all went above and beyond to accommodate and help us find everything we needed. They also provided excellent restaurant recommendations and facilitated an unbeatable excursion into Siena and Tuscany. Highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again!

The property is stunning. The room we stayed in - a luxury suite - felt like a room in a Medici palace - lol. The accommodations were perfect, but honestly nothing could beat the staff. The employees are so warm, welcoming, helpful, and eager to make sure you are enjoying yourself in every possible way. I'll never forget them.

The rooms were large and the bed was so comfy. It was a beautiful room and in a great location. Staff were very accommodating and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations!

The pictures on booking.com are a little misleading. Only one room has a view of the duomo and no roof top access unless you are staying in a specific room. Our room was stunning but just not what we were expecting. We also thought there was a roof top bar from the pictures. Perhaps this is our own fault and we should have researched more.

The room was gorgeous with incredible views. The bed was extremely comfortable. The towels were plush and abundant. The hotel offered fantastic assistance with parking and luggage. The breakfasts were delicious with abundant food. There was even a happy hour reception in the evening with wine and snacks at no charge. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant.

It should be suggested that any spa treatments need to be booked long before a person’s reservation as we were unable to get an opportunity to use the spa. We could not book until the day of departure which given our time constraints was unpractical. The parking was taken care of upon arrival to hotel but it was expensive.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. Such a lovely hotel with beautiful facilities, amazing rooms and the most professional and caring staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always happy to help recommend places to eat, a great local barber shop and local sights. Matteo was particularly fantastic and extremely helpful! The team even had a lovely bottle of bubbles waiting in our room when we arrived with a hand written card congratulating us on our wedding. We can highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Florence, and we will definitely be back one day. Thank you for making our stay in Florence so special!

Perfect location, a 10min leisurely stroll in any direction and you are at the main attractions. Staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble, room was perfect with an excellent view of the cathedral. Breakfast was great.

Nothing. Initially we were surprised it didn’t have a bar, but there are great bars and restaurants literally within 20 paces of the door and you are only 2 mins from a lovely piazza with great places to eat and drink.

What a great hotel. From the moment I arrived the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and kind. Such a great attitude and welcomed us with a beverage. We arrived very early, so we left our bags with them and walked around. Location is so perfect. It is literally walking distance to everything. We had a great view and we loved waking up and looking out the windows. The staff was so nice and very clean hotel. They clean twice a day your room. They offer umbrellas when it rains, and breakfast was great as well. I can't get over the location and views. My son loved the big tub and just a great room. They left treats for him for Easter, very thoughtful of them. A definite must stay and when we return, we will be back here.
