We chose this exceptional hotel and location for its direct access to the amazing Duomo and Baptistery in Florence. It felt as if we could reach out of our apartment window and touch the 1,000 year old marble exterior of the Church…we were that close! And to make it even better, the square comes alive at night..with so much colour and sound … even opera singers ! The apartment is so well presented… there is a full kitchen , with everything one could possibly need. The bedrooms are spacious and the bedding is luxurious. Both bathrooms impeccably clean and well appointed. And then there are the gracious and accommodating staff , who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. Thank you Antonio 🙏. You are so good at your job. 🥰

This property is perfect….nothing can be done better.

I had a very pleasant stay! The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room felt homely, clean, and well-equipped, everything we needed was provided, and all in-room facilities worked perfectly. The location is incredibly strategic, right in the heart of the city, close to major landmarks and lively areas, yet surprisingly quiet inside. It was easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. They even thoughtfully provided earplugs, just in case. A great balance of comfort and convenience!

However, one thing I missed was a window with a city view. The room didn’t have any outside-facing windows, which made it feel a bit closed off. It would have been nicer to enjoy some natural light and see the surroundings. Still, a good option if you value convenience and comfort.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment with views of the Duomo- it was exceptional. The views were incredible. Antonio was incredibly helpful, and always so quick to assist with anything we needed. The beds were all very comfortable. All bedrooms were air conditioned. The apartment got cleaned as well during our stay. The location cant be beaten. At the end of the day we enjoyed a glass of wine on the terrace overlooking the piazza down below with all its singing and dancing- yet inside the rooms were so quiet and you couldn’t hear a thing. We asked for a corkscrew one day and within minutes we got one. Very impressive customer service. Antonio clearly cares and is a wonderful host. We all had a wonderful time.

It was all perfect- if I had to find something it would be that the lift was rather small but thats part of the charm as well and its an old building.

Really the location is prime. I looked out over Duomo. During the day there are plenty of things to observe not the least some great operatic performances in the square. Room is very nice with closet space. Kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, stovetop which is nice... Also had a washer/dryer combo which worked ok. Staff was extremely helpful with everything I had questions on. Sarah and Antonio are just amazing.

It really was a nice stay. I have been to Firenze a few times and this is the nicest stay yet so no bad.

It was like we were back home! This is not our first time staying at this cozy aparthotel. The charm of Florence, the historic building and the view from the window of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore have delighted us all these days. Comfortable shower, large towels. The hotel has a wonderful and convenient location, impeccable cleanliness, cozy apartments. This time the music program in the cafe downstairs strictly ended at 11. pm. It's good that we listened and the situation was corrected. 16.3. P.S. Dear Sarah, thank you again for your attention and wishes. We asked your colleague about the 8th of March vase, but we were told that it was impossible. It is good that there is an electric kettle in the apartment, but unfortunately there are no cups for tea. Coffee cups are not very convenient (especially since the cups in the apartment have very uncomfortable handles). We understand that for Italy and coffee culture, cups are standard, but two large cups or mugs will please your clients, I assure you. ;) We drank coffee in a cafe.

It's a pity that there was no vase for flowers in the apartment and our request was denied. I would have liked to use large mugs for tea. But we bought souvenir mugs in the museum and used them in the apartment. There were no utensils for salad.

This hotel exceeded expectations. The view from the room was impressive, looking out over a busy square. You can definitely hear the activity below, but that’s to be expected when you're staying in the heart of Florence—and it added to the experience. For those sensitive to noise, earplugs were provided, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was more like a full apartment, with quality furnishings and everything we needed. The elevator was a welcome convenience, especially since we were on the sixth floor and had a lot of luggage. At night, the city felt alive. The Duomo is lit up and looks incredible, though we used the shutters to block out the light when needed, and they worked well. Staff were helpful and accommodating—we arrived earlier than planned and they were happy to store our bags and let us check in ahead of time. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and major landmarks. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Florence

The aircon was working but we found it wasn’t strong enough to cool the area that was required.

An excellent choice for an apartment of 4 with a great view and an amazing location right next to the Duomo or the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Can literally open the window and the Duomo is right next door. The location made staying in Florence for us super convenient to go around - next to the Duomo, 10 minutes from Firenze Santa Maria Novella and short walks from many other attractions, shopping stores and good restaurants. The living room was very spacious and clean. There's 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There's also 2 hair dryer and free minibar with a bottle of wine and water. It was such a good welcome. We had to leave our luggage over for a night while we hop to Venice and the staff was very nice and kind to help. Something we couldn't get from other hotels or AirBnB who simply told us to go out and use luggage storage. We really enjoyed our stay here and happy with the hospitality of this place. All the staff were really nice, friendly and willing to help out. It was a good deal and value for money find. Will definitely be back next time we're in Florence and recommend to others as well.

This is my second time staying at the same apartment. This property is a 5 stars. If I could give it more stars I would! It is my favorite place to stay in Florence. The views are magnificent; I don't think I will get these same views from any other property close to the Duomo. Simply the best. I do not get tired of staying at this property. The apartment is very spacious, the location couldn't be any better, the staff (Sarah and Antonio) are excellent and very professional - above and beyond!!! I would be disappointed to go to Florence and not being able to stay at this property!!!

Nothing. Everything is EXCELLENT!!!!

2 ladies shared the 2BR/2bth. We were warmly greeted by Sara who explained everything an escorted us to our apartment. The pictures shown on site are accurate. my twins were combined into a King- and the other room - with the view out over the Duomo sq, had the other king. The living area with well equipped kitchenette and seating was great. Very clean on arrival and linens changed every 3-days or more frequently if you want. Very comfortable apartment and the prefect perch for the lighting of Florence's Christmas tree. - see image. Someone is onsite until 7PM and usually at the front desk, where we ere greeted with a smile and welcome every time. Lovely place, wonderful hosts and a solid choice for Florence.
