Location very good and a very nice apartment

Lack of communication with owner Also the kettle in the room was full of thick green mould !!! Breakfast could be improved. The bread did not seem to be fresh and some days there were no sandwiches. Unable to have a hot drink as we did not feel like using the kettle after seeing the amount of mould in it.we did clean it out but still did not want to use it..the cleaner should have noticed this Also towels and bed linen could have been changed more regularly .we had to ask after 4 days Maybe a voucher for the cafe next door may be a better option

Huge apartment with plenty of space and wonderful amenities, more than worth the value. The smart TV was amazing, being able to watch Netflix etc at the end of a long day walking from tour to tour was a huge comfort that we didn’t see in any other hotel we stayed at during our long Italy vacation. The mini fridge and microwave were also lovely amenities to have.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean, we found hair in the tub, shower, and on the floor along with some other stains on the floor. The bathroom was beautiful and the shower was huge and wonderful, but we didn’t use the tub because we believed it hadn’t been cleaned.

Fantastically comfortable bed in cool and quiet room, which was very tastefully decorated. The hostess who received us was most welcoming and extremely helpful, she booked us a dinner reservation and her recommendation was brilliant. In fact both restaurants she recommended were great! Her personal touch made all the difference. Well appointed room and bathroom with nice toiletries and tea/coffee facilities. A straightforward walk in to the centre with local bus stop not far away if you fancy trying public transport (get your bus tickets in the newsagents on the corner!)

The breakfast (included) was plate of plastic-packed mainly crackers with a couple of industrial croissants and jam and butter that you eat in your room. Not quite what I was expecting. However, if you want something fresh, there's a bar just a few metres away and we certainly didn't starve during our holiday, so maybe a lighter breakfast was a good thing.

perfect for travellers with car: garage is right next door (they handle the ZTL issue, no worries). not exactly in the loud centre of old town but everything is within walking distance. renovated in rinascimento style - perfect atmosphere. comfy and spacious apartment. visit the family owned restaurant in the next building!

only hot and very hot water in the shower, needs to be repaired. offers breakfeast but just partly met the standard: no fresh and only sweet stuff was provided. one might say it’s poor

Amazing hosts — both Carolina and owner Alessandro. Helpful, always online, cooperative. Perfect location close to city center with very good Cafe just next door. Apartment is spacious, bathroom is really great, bed is super comfy.

Certain things are in need of slight renovation (hope it will be done soon), but they are minor and they don't distract from the most important — exploring amazing Florence!

Excellent location in Florence - easily within walking distance to all the main attractions. Great room with a nice bathroom, comfortable bed and powerful air conditioning (perfect for an Italian summer heatwave). We didn't ask much from the host, but whenever we contacted him he responded quickly and he was nice.

Breakfast was pretty basic, and check-in procedure was a bit unclear.

I loved all the tasteful antiques and paintings throughout the apartment . I also enjoyed the beautiful ensuite spa bathroom. It was my favorite room . The apartment and building was also quiet and peaceful at night which I enjoyed. I could hear the birds in the back garden .

The room is huge and very nice . The bath room was lovely and big .The owner was very kind and he gave us a lot of tip and very helpful.. i recommend you this hotel to stay with your family .

Close to the city center Host was very kind to take us from airport as we arrived very late at night Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and bathroom We were able to leave our luggages after checkout at 11 AM as the flight was at 9 PM so we could not walk around the city carrying them.

We really enjoyed our 2 nights stay at the property. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was very close to main attractions. Everything was in walking distance. Great thanks to Alessandro for welcoming us and helping with check in. I highly recommend this place.
