I stayed here many times so there is nothing new to write home about. I always choose it for being a good value for money hotel, offering comfy rooms, good breakfast and free parking. There are a few restaurants and bars nearby. For those who want to visit Florence, there is a train station at less than 10 minutes walk (Pratignone) with trains going each hour to Firenze S.Maria Novella and it costs abobut 3 euro each way.

Thin walls, you can hear each word that somebody else speaks in the room nearby. Some of the rooms could use a little bit of restoration. In october 2024 the price is two times higher compared to the same period of 2023.

10mins walk from the train station, lots of mosquitoes by the pool. FOH staff shouted at us as we are walking to the pool that we’re not allowed to walk on our swimming clothes by the front desk which we were not informed. went to have a dinner at the restaurant we ended up leaving after sitting for 20mins and waitstaff not seeing us 😞

This was our third time here, very convenient if you travel by car, very close to motorway, friendly staff, clean all round.

Breakfast reasonable,bacon and scrambled eggs were cold no means of keeping it hot. We had to wait for a long time for our main course (strange reason given for the delay).

Hotel is located on a good place, close to highway, almost as a part of commercial centre. There is big parking as part of hotel and lot of different shops around. There is restaurant in the hotel and also some other nearby to have great dinner there. Breakfast was good with a lot of things to choose from.

Man on reception during the check-in was not so nice. Seemed like you are bothering him with your arrival.

Breakfast was great, a lot of option to choose. The location is also great, the hotel is surrounded with shoping centers and it's around 5-10min away of walk to train station. From there to Firenze is 20min of drive and you arrive to total center.

Room is small and basic but definitely enough big for couple of days. Walls are really thin, you can hear neighbours talking quite clear.

Not far from Florence - 20 min by train and 7-8 min from hotel to station. Good pool and cozy courtyard around it. Cheaper than most hotels around But it is not 4 stars of course

Poor facilities, breakfast not for 4 stars 3-* maximum. Better for car travelers, actually it is road hotel, but not directly on the road

Great staff, good restaurant attached with sensible prices. Comfortable beds, decent sized rooms and breakfast was good. Decent bar area to sit in during the evening. Quite close to the railway station.

Not keen on fixed head showers, lifts need modernising. Maybe a little more selection on hot food at breakfast and also needs a coffee machine as coffee from the urn was cold.

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. 10 minutes walk to local station at Pratignone.

No criticisms, but bear in mind trains at Pratignone Station are not too frequent and getting back from Florence late at night problematic so keep an eye on timetables!

Breakfast was very good beyond expectation. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. Private parking for free. Location exactly next to the autostrada, if you are traveling through. No noise at all. Excelent choise.

Location if you are interested in visiting Florence. Difficulty in using the local train to the city, because it has just a few trains daily.

I had a very wonderful time at the hotel. Never had any issue. Very good breakfast. I would love to see a change of menu in breakfast on alternate days. Well maintained swimming pool. Hotel was near to the pratignone station; a 5 min walk. Excellent room cleanliness service. Beds were comfy.

The only problem which I faced was the availability of the train from Main Florenec SMN station to pratignone after 9 pm due to which I had to restrict my movement.
