Very clean place, excellent equipment, very kind staff and fast to help also in case of exceptional requests like getting an iron for the clothes. Very good location, in a quiet area and well connected if using a car. There are a couple of supermarkets at walking distance. The pool and the relaxing area is simply great! Every day we got very clean room, clean towels and sheets.

Nothing to mention, all was great.

The location was perfect for access to Florence and Pisa. The access to the pool was great for a hot summer! The hotel was clean and staff very attentive to any queries.

Just a few items in the breakfast menu could be improved (scrambled eggs, pastry, natural orange juice) - but plenty of other offers of high standard as well (the meats, the coffee selection). Secured parking is only available for a fee

A good hotel that was ideal for our visit to Prato. Good location, good facilities, good sized rooms and good air-conditioning.... and a comfortable bed. The restaurant was also a good experience but has slightly limited opening hours. On-site parking wasn't free but was still acceptably priced.

Position close to the center. Firenze easy to reach by car. Big parking right in front of the hotel. Staff very friendly and supportive. Great breakfast for all tastes. Strong wifi. Rooms clean, modern, confortable, well fitted for a 4 star , even coffee machine. Beds very confortable. A nice bar restaurant. A great choice for Prato. We would come back with pleasure. 10

I stay at this hotel for years now. Every time I go to visit family , the staff are always polite and helpful. This time, the gentleman , Saturday night glasses gray beard, was so help in getting us a taxi to leave to Florence, he kept phoning and made sure we got our taxi, very grateful to him as we were leaving that night to go to pisa, , thank you so much, appreciated

A few new things, since last visit, before pandemic, charge 4 euro for fresh orange at breakfast it seemed to be if asked for anything not out was a charge which is fine but before I used to ask for fried eggs and it was not a problem no charge, which goes a long way in service, also if I get a drink befor I would go to bar and get myself and take to pool this time ,was delivered to pool but service charge, so again seemed to be little charges, also in room tea/coffee facilities mm could have been better, lots of tea options, 2 coffee sachets no milk, didn't like the paper cups prefered what you had befor proper china cups and saucer, for the standard of room would expect better maybe some milk would be a good idea,

Good room, good breakfast.

Each morning they have to check room numbers to provide access to the breakfast area, however they may not be present and you want to go get breakfast. Once, one of the staff was slightly rude wanting to ask for this information. Another member of the staff intervened and fixed the situation for his colleague.

Breakfast, clean room,comfortable beds.

Far from city centre and shops. However, there are nearby direct buses to the airport and centre. Noise on Friday night until 2-3am. I had a flight in the morning, I was really tired and did not sleep well. Also, there was no kettle or coffee corner in the room.

Room very clean, beds comfortable, bathroom very well appointed.

Difficulty in locating the hotel by car from Prato city centre; we were obliged to leave the car in the city centre and take a taxi. Some effort could be made to forewarn when booking and to provide assistance in driving a rather complex route between the hotel and the city centre.

Cleanliness of room and hotel in general. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was varied and fresh.

No water or refreshments in the room, which is really inconvenient and disappointing. In the UK, this is a given for all hotels.

A large and corporate hotel. Comfortable and clean. For me it was fine as an overnight stop while travelling. Free parking and ample breakfast.

Lacks character and is a long way from the historic town centre.
