Large spacious room. Good location, you can quickly get to Florence and there is a supermarket nearby. Responsive and pleasant staff.

There is a road nearby and it is noisy at night. The pillows are thin, very uncomfortable for side sleepers. Small and narrow shower. You constantly step on a drain that rattles, or touch the faucet. With such a large area of ​​the room, it was possible to make a normal spacious shower.

Good position, good beds, very clean.

The receptionst was one of the most unfriendly persons that i met in hotels worldwide. E.g. I asked for a bowl to put the ice in it to cool down my tendons, she was absolutely determined not to give it to me. It was my first B&B experience, for that price, would be nice to have a hand soap instead of shampoo/shower gel for hands. Also, a water heater and some tea and coffee would be great. Window sills could be a bit cleaner.

Hotel is located, 5 minutes away from the cental railway station in Prato, from where there is a 20 minutes ride to Florence. Next to the hotel there is a supermarket, and close to the hotel there are quite good places to have a meal. The renovation of the hotel is being finalized. Lift is not working yet, but on the other hand everything in the room is new. The room was bigger than average and well equipped. All in all, you get good quality for your money.

Location was very good. Staff were very obliging allowing us to grab tea from the breakfast room at no extra cost. We took the train to Florence for the day. Very easy to do and hotel staff were kind to help us do this. Breakfast was very good. You could even squeeze your own fresh orange juice. Lots of choice, hot and cold. Lovely pizza place just round the corner for sit in or take away. Very popular with the locals too.

The hotel is very close to Prato train station, which is an excellent choice if you find accommodation in Florence too expensive, and it takes just over twenty minutes by train to reach Florence. The area around the hotel is very quiet and there is a Coop supermarket just across the road. The rooms are large, clean and tidy and the staff are warm and friendly.

Spacious room. Clean and comfortable. A new or recently renovated hotel. Well located very close to the train station.

Too little space in the shower. Our first room overlooked the street and was very noisy. However, in the morning Mr. Luca very quickly and effectively changed us to another room.

Location is really close to railway station. And there is a lot of food joints around and Coop. Rooms are big. The location is a good jumping point to exploring Tuscany by bus/train since there are a lot of connections to all the prominent locations Pisa, Siena, Lucca, Viarregio, Firenze...

It was very clean, quite warm and pleasant in the room. There was a hair dryer and enough space in the closet for luggage. There is a supermarket nearby and I could take some items and souvenirs from there. The staff was nice and kind.

Did not opted for Breakfast

despite my humble request to the reception to check out around 2 pm rather 12:00 pm was not accepted which was little bit uncomfortable as i have to wait for my partner at the reception for 2 hours.
