Amazing breakfast!! I ve stayed before at this hotel ans the breakfast was good but now they ve upgraded it!! Excellent quality of ingredients, fresh fruit, fresh juice u can make urseld with different nice fruit, fabulous warm croissants (oh my god I couldn't have enough of those bad boys!!) Fresh honey, marmalades, different kinds of cheese and hams, omelets, pasties, u name it!! Room was warm and comfortable and staff great and helpful! Well done hotel president!

All was great

We stayed here for one night on our way back to Bologna for our flight home. Prato is a working town with a small, but interesting centre and The President was a short walk from the station.Our room was spacious and extremely clean. The bed, bed linen and towels were of high quality and the room had everything we needed - toiletries, hair dryer and a fridge. We had breakfast and there was a lovely selection of hot and cold food. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to others.

It would have been a bonus if the hotel TV had a couple of English-speaking channels.

Location was ok, ten minute walk to the nearest train station. Local co-op behind the hotel so was handy for any essentials or snacks. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly

Bathroom was small, toilet holder was shoulder height so had to lean when on the toilet

Very clean and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Although the room was a twin bed, other options were available, it was still very comfortable. Sometimes the twin bed mattresses can be very thin like for a child, but this was not.

Comfortable, nice modern hotel just outside old town. A 10 minute walk to train station but took a taxi for 10 Euro. Good breakfast. Good WiFI. Excellent resaurtant around the corner which is also recommended by hotel: "La Vecchia Cucina di Soldano". Small mom and pop place. I would return

It was clean, comfortable, and close to the train station which made accessing Florence very easy. the staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The only issue we had was that the pillows were very flat - they didn't offer much in the way of comfort. I'm sure we would have got more if we had asked but we didn't bother. Other than the pillows the bed was comfortable.

The 2 women at the reception were extremely helpful with our stay. They couldn't have been more accommodating with our needs. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had a great variety which we enjoyed.

Have no complaints.

The hotel and the staff are great.

The bathroom could use a little maintenance, but nothing serious :) I don't know why, but through booking we got breakfast, but in a different room, I don't know why. Anyway, they weren't bad :)

Big room, comfy bed, big shower compared to the size of the bathroom which was on the smaller side, good water pressure. Kind staff

Would be convenient if the TV was mounted on the wall so it doesn’t occupy half of the desk

Nice location near railway station, clean and quiet

I didnt get my invoice from the reception in the evening and not in the morning. Still waiting for my invoice arriving to my email... hopefully I get it some day
