Clean and comfortable, as expected, besides breakfast facilities opening time.

The breakfast facility opens too late for the location of this hotel. I think this hotel is booked for it's location, to enable an easy travel forward which must accommodate early travelling requirements. My plan was to get on the road at 6:30, so I went down for breakfast at 6:00, but it wasn't opening for another 30 minutes, so had to give up breakfast in order to get in time to the destination. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, but it is accepting only coins, and I had no coins to buy a coffee. Thank to the gentleman at the desk, he exchanged a note into conis so I could have a coffee before I hit the road.

Excellent choice for travellers who travel by car and don't only want to stay in Florence, but wish to explore Tuscany. Good breakfast buffet with fresh, prepared-at-the-spot cappucccino, scrambled eggs etc. Free parking and good amenities-to-price ratio. Room size was good for 3 persons, beds were comfortable. Room service was excellent and they changed towels every day. We stayed a week, we will definitely choose it again.

Wifi was not working all the time. Also, the hotel is not suitable if you don't have a car, or if you dream of a romantic getaway in Florence. It's practical and convenient.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable and spacious, whilst the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast choice (included in the room rate) was very good and coffee was made to order (not from a self-service machine). Equally the menu for dinner was very good, as was the speed of service. Overall, iIt provided excellent value for money, one couldn't ask for more.

From the outside the building looked a little 'tired', but inside was a different story, it was nicely decorated in the reception and dining areas, as was the bedroom.

Clean rooms, good size most of the staff were friendly The restaurant that was connected to the hotel. The food was pricy and not worth it bit at least it was nice maybe for drinks or a cold plate of antipasti.

The bed... although big, it wasn't comfortable. It was more of a business hotel with lots of people there for conferences. If you come for leisure maybe book somewhere else. The hotel called for a taxi and it took me to Florence train station. I felt they could have given me a heads up on the fact taxis rip off tourists. So I am at least informing who ever reads this. Always check how much it should cost before.

Property location it was good as i was traveling to Amalfi and only stayed for the night.

Restaurant its like canteen but little bit expensive like portion of potato cost 5 euros but when it came it was like one chopped potato😂😂. Also breakfast it look very poor.. no fruits but we are in Italy… Also selection of food its like nothing to choose from as on my travel to Italy i have stayed over night in Brno and breakfast there was 100 times better when in this hotel….

The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. Room was clean comfortable and spacious. Transport links from hotel to city worked well. Breakfast was good and plentyful

Difficult to access, Booking.com and Google brought us to a locked gate with no access. We could see hotel but not get in! Fortunately as regular travellers we had Waze app which brought us round to the access.

Close to airport and easy to find. The room was practical and clean. The on site restaurant was fantastic.

There are a lot of mosquitos and the WiFi signal is not great in the room. I went to the lobby to respond to work emails and was bitten by many mosquitos.

Very easy to access when arriving by car from Bologna or Rome. Parking is spotless!

I would add a direct exit into the neighborhood bypassing the motorway junction. But I guess this is not up to the hotel. Rather to the Italian motorway administration, which is known for allowing bridges to collapse, therefore hopless.

A clean and elegant room and bathroom, a delicious restaurant, exceptional staff. Pets are welcome, and since I left at 4 am. for the airport, they helped me manage the transport and provided me with a grab&go breakfast.
